Long story short, my Rav 4 was having trunk alignment and electronic issues, Toyota was unable to help me with it, referred me to their collusion office they automatically stayed that I needed a whole new trunk without even trying to open it to see what was wrong with it and assumed that the alignment was twisted from the inside which was an odd assumption to make considering they didnt even open the trunk to look at what was going on from the inside due to being worried that it wouldnt close. They quoted me $3000.00 cash quote and over 2 weeks for repairs which was ridiculous. Took it to another shop and they were able tonfix the trunk without having to replace the whole trunk as it turned out to only be one hinge, the shocks and a sensor that needed to be replaced and it cost me half of what Toyota was trying to charge me and only 2 days of repairs!I highly recommend getting a second opinion before using this shop!

I was also very pleased to see repairs done to the bumper that were not part of the damage I brought the vehicle in for. The manager, Brad, was an integral part of the effortless experience I had and very customer centric. Exceeded my expectations!
I had the best experience here. Christine is phenomenal. Took my car here after getting into a tangle with a fence. It took less time than I anticipated it would take to get repaired. Christine was so kind and understanding. Clear communication and very upfront about everything. I want her to be in charge of all repairs my car may need in future. (lol) I wish I could give more stars! My overall experience was outstanding.
In a spot of bad luck, I got into a fender bender while traveling through Colorado Springs. My fault (first accident I caused in 30 years!), and the 1997 Nissan drove away from the scene. The 2019 Toyota 4Runner was not so lucky. Extensive tie rod and steering damage, along with fender, door, rim, etc.Tom Mower was my handler. He understood my situation - living in an RV park, waiting for repairs to be made so I could get back on the road. He was up front and honest with the schedule, and I believe he pushed his guys hard to make sure to meet that schedule. I picked up on a Friday afternoon - had they delayed I would have waited another 2 days in CS, as the shop is no open on weekend.The work was top notch, and while I cant say I enjoyed the experience and want to do it again, I CAN say that Tom and the team at Larry H. Miller should be commended for the fine, fine customer service and the overall professionalism in which they run their business.
Tony, whom I encountered for the first time when I picked up my car, seemed nice and the work done looks good. However, the lack of communication was terrible. When I scheduled the repairs several weeks in advance, I was told the parts that were needed would be there by then and that I could drop my car off sometime in the morning on the scheduled day. When I asked so just any time? I was told yeah, the earlier the better though just so we can get it done before we close. So I was anticipating it taking a day (I had a dent/scratches on one door- not too much damage.) About a week before I was supposed to bring it in, the gentlemen in charge of my car called and left me a message to call him back about my scheduled repair. I called a few times with no answer and so left a voicemail for him. He never returned my call...returning HIS call, lol. The date came and I still hadnt heard anything else, so I figured no news is good news. When I dropped my car off, I was told he was at lunch but that he would call me after to give me an idea of how long the repairs would take. He didnt call. It was around noon by the time I brought my car in, so I figured it might not be done that day, no big deal, but I didnt get a call the next day either. I called him late afternoon and he said that he was waiting on my insurance to approve something... probably tomorrow. Okay...I thought we were good to go but I understand things come up- but again- he didnt call. Especially frustrating since my car was supposed to be done 2 days before and the repairs hadnt even started yet! Again, I know stuff happens- just let me know!! Nearly a week later, I tried calling with no answer several times and eventually left a message checking on it. Nothing. A few days after that, my husband called and someone actually picked up! My husband said who we were working with and the woman said oh yeah, I dont know what happened to that guy but low and behold, my car was ready. Yay! My husband drives me over the next day and I go in to find no one at the desk. I waited. I rang the bell. I waited. I casually cleared my throat... eventually Tony comes around front and was apologetic and friendly- which I appreciated. Not his fault, as he didnt appear to be the typical front desk employee and Im sure theyre short staffed like everyone else. I pay my deductible, get my key, and am so happy to have my car back! ... Until I go to unlock the door. My fob didnt work and the key wouldnt turn. Thank goodness my husband waited. I go back in, Tony tries it and says the mechanics are at lunch and hell call me when theyre back. Probably just a wire that didnt get connected. At this point, its comical. We decided to get lunch because we dont live close, but were taking bets on how many more days itd be. Tony called me about an hour later saying it was fixed. Woo-hoo!! At least one person calls when he says he will! I was very thankful that Tony got that taken care of so quickly for me! Still, the overall experience was disappointing. Just someone taking the 2 minutes to call/text to keep me in the loop wouldve made such a difference in my impression.
It was recommended by Honda as their auto repair.Difficult to work with. They rarely returned a call.Estimator did not place my appointment on the calendar. He did not return calls. Even though Miss Hixon stated she inspects (for overspray) all vehicles before they call the customer their vehicle is ready- my entire drivers side had overspray. Had to spend more time to get that removed and even the remaining spray- she claimed that was a paint issue from the originally. Funny- Honda managed to remove it without on the first try. The damage was the rear fender and panel yet my front panel and hood, drivers door was covered with overspray. Wouldn’t recommend for customer service. Advised Honda very disappointed. Freedom Honda did a great job as always.
They took a little while to get my vehicle in to be serviced but the work was done wonderfully and professionally. I appreciate how quick the work was done once my vehicle was finally in the shop.
WARNING SLOW SERVICE!!! they out source for mostly everything. The only thing they do is macanical labor. If they send your vehicles somewhere else except them not to check up to see if the work was done for a few days. It seems like they like their hold button saying they are very busy with phone calls but I was out side calling just to see and the lady at the desk wouldnt even pick up the phone to say please hold before pushing the button. Over all slow service and bad customer service

My husband took our car here after an accident. Took much longer to finish than originally estimated and it was hard to get in contact sometimes for updates, but once we got the car back, it looks and runs good as new. All the sensors for the self-driving features all work and the body work looks excellent! My husbands only complaint was that they didnt vacuum it out and put that stuff in it that makes it smell like a new car again lol. Hopefully we dont need auto body repair again, but if we do, I would take my car back here. Thanks guys!

The estimator was rude. Not worth the time.The estimator from the moment he came out acted like he had better things to do. Then called me a liar. Said something that happened in the accident, did not. I will never deal with your business again.
Tom did an amazing job with fixing my 2012 Scion. They even clean the car before we pick it up. We discovered the towing company had taken our plates, and they gave us screws for the plates once we got them back. Every staff member is very friendly and polite. Will definitely use their services again if we ever have another collision claim.
My car was severely damaged by a hail storm in Colorado Springs, Colorado. I have never experienced anything like that before. To be honest, I was really concerned about my vehicle and did not know where to take it since Im not from here. I was skeptical about collision centers in the area, but after a quick search online, I found Larry H. Miller Collision Center Colorado Springs. I called them, explained my situation, and they kindly assisted me through the entire process. While my vehicle was at the shop, Christine regularly called me to provide updates and the status of the repairs. They originally estimated that the repairs may take up to 8 weeks due to high demand of their services, but I was glad that they finished the jobs 3 weeks earlier than they expected. They did an awesome job with my car. In fact, it looks better than it was before! Their staff is amazing, specially Christine. She made this situation incredibly easy for me. She even assisted me with my rental vehicle. I could not ask for a better place to take my vehicle. Definitively I highly recommend Larry H. Hello:I had a claim through my insurance and picked you guys over other collision places because of all the good reviews. I tried to call to schedule an appointment for inspection today (at 3:10PM Jan 28), and the lady whoever her name started with a C picked up the phone and helped me schedule an appointment. LOL. I cant believe a big dealership would provide the worst customer service like this. She was so rude and had so much attitude, sigh, mock, laugh (wow). Lord, sounded like she was having a really bad day at work. Someone gave her a good day off!!! I will see how this goes and give you guys another the review after the work is done. At least try to hire some receptionists with decent attitude and want customer businesses. Next time, I would pick Phil Long or Caliber over you guys. Thanks for the first impression LOL

Per my insurance adjuster, she was right. Christine was very professional and courteous. She even consoled my daughter telling her that it was more important that she was OK. The car can be replaced. My family appreciates her very much. I wont hesitate coming to this shop in the future.

I was rear ended a couple of wks ago and was looking for a certified shop where to take my Honda. I made an appointment and everything went smoothly after that. I was very worried that the insurance was gonna give us a hard time. I wanted them to use Honda parts only on my vehicle for repairs. I was very pleased with how Aaron handled the entire process, he was always available to hear my concerns. He did follow my requests and made sure my car was good as new. I was very satisfied with the service provided in the shop and will for sure have you guys in mind for future repairs.

Had a little fender bender on I-25 during rush hour. Aaron P. was my estimator. He handled all of the paperwork between Larry H Miller and Progressive. He did an intake inspection of my vehicle. He was in contact with me throughout the process. When my repairs were finished he showed me the work done, explained my warranty and made himself available for questions. I hope I dont need to use a collision center again any time soon but Ill call Aaron @ Larry H Miller Collision Center if I do!
I was working in the Broadmoor area when the hail storm hit there and the zoo this past summer. I had almost $14,000 in damage and it looked like someone hit my FJ with a bat multiple times all over.I brought it here for repairs- they made it really easy to coordinate the rental car and I received updates each step of the way from Tom. After I picked up my vehicle there were a couple things I noticed that needed some attention. Tom and an estimator looked it, they were really nice about it. We scheduled a time for drop off and I had my car back in a day. I thought it would’ve taken at least a few days! The team here is awesome, I just don’t know anybody else’s names to provide :) photos included with before and after- it’s like a brand new car now!
I could not get to the collision center until 15 minutes before they closed, but the receptionist and Aaron Premo were so nice and helpful and did not rush me out the door. They called the car rental agency and told them I was ready to be picked up but the car rental agency took forever to get there and Aaron waited with me a half hour past when they closed so I didnt have to wait outside in the cold! He went above and beyond! My car was ready in a few days and it looked beautiful, plus they washed it! I would recommend this collision center because of the great employees and the professional repairs

Our experience with Aaron Premo was wonderful! I was rear ended AND we hit a trapped barrel in an I-25 construction zone in the same week. So we had 2 insurance claims and Aaron coordinated communication with us and both insurance companies seamlessly. He was so helpful in educating us during the process and was able to patiently give us a thorough run down of what was done to our car when we picked it up as he used to do body work. I was very pleased, and I admit, I can be hard to please! Im so glad we were at Larry H. Miller Liberty Toyota for an oil change right before we took it in for repair because they recommended their collision center. Its nice to take a Toyota to a Toyota expert. I had a finder binder with a big dear and I took my car to Larry H.Miller Collision. First day I took my car there, I met with Aaron who put me at ease right away. He reassured me that original Nissan parts will be used for the repair. He even arranged transportation for me to get back home with a young nice guy from detail. Aaron was diligent and honest answering my questions and concerns. The repair was done 2 days before deadline and the front of my car looks amazing! When I get my car back, I noticed few minor issues that needed attention and Aaron was on top of it as soon as I reported it. Overall very satisfied with LHMC. Ask for Aaron:)

March 2013: I had just purchased my brand new Chrysler 300C. I had the car for about a week when I was hit in the Harmony Bowl parking lot and the driver took off. I was told the Larry Miller Collision Center was the best place to go for my car by my dealership. I can only saw WOW! You would never know my front passenger quarter panel had ever been damaged. They had to replace the corner panel and match the custom paint (Pearl White) and they did a phenomenal job. Their front desk customer service - Susan was just awesome as well. I strongly recommend their collision and painting services to anyone.November 2016: Now I am going back to them again as my car was backed into. I would trust no one else with my car even if it means I have to wait until they can get to me. It seems they are very popular for hail damage repairs as well!Thank you Larry Miller you guys rock. After having a great deal of trouble from my Insurance Company and Chase Auto Finance, ERIC SHELLITO, with Larry Miller Collision, made things a great deal better. My Insurance company wrote a check to myself and the finance company for just shy of 11k in repairs, due to hail. This was fine. I intended to use the money to pay off my auto loan with Chase. So, I met with 4 Chase personnel and 2 branch Managers, whom were unable to use the check to pay off my vehicle. They have a DIFFERENT Process, they said! They claimed that I needed to send the check to their back office for endorsement (10 day process each time) and before they would endorse, I needed an insurance estimate and a body shop estimate. Body shops did not want to help once I informed them that I only wanted to pay off my loan and not fix the vehicle, as Chase was requiring this of me. I was terribly frustrated, to say the least. Eric, listened, prepared the estimate, and helped me get things resolved with Chase. Chases process of not endorsing a check to themselves, to take the money as a loan payoff that I have with them, is foolish and absurd. I hope never to have to have a Loan with them again.
I had the sad event of an accident. There was confusion and chaos as you can imagine. Larry H Miller Collision made me feel safe and cared for, and they understood it was a hard time. Tom Mowers was THE BEST. He treated me like a treasured family member. My car is better than new, I am so grateful and thankful for Larry H Miller Collision Center.
Great people to work with. Nick wrote the estimate on my truck and was really awesome. They found some more minor damage and provided me with a supplement estimate before proceeding which was great. Also being open on Saturday for a few hours makes things convenient when you work Monday through Friday.
This review is in response to Mark Kirk’s statement that I had been unresponsive to their offer. I dropped my car off for typical body work repairs on September 11. I received a call on Friday, September 21 that my car was completed. I let the staff know I was north of Denver for work and would not be able to pick my car up until Tuesday, September 25. While in Larry H Miller Collision Center’s care, custody, and control my car was vandalized and all 4 of my tires and wheels were stolen. I received 2 calls on Monday but I was working and was not able to call them back until noon on Monday September 24. I spoke with Christine and I was told that I needed to place an insurance claim and pay my deductible in order to get my car fixed. I did not receive any sort of empathy during that phone call, not even a simple sorry for what had happened to my car while in their care. It was not until I spoke with the manager, Brad, that I did get an apology after I told him how appalling their customer service had been thus far. After speaking with both Christine and Brad, there was no mention of an offer to help replace my tires. After what happened and how they treated me, that is when I decided to leave a review on how they were handling the vandalism. I placed an insurance claim that day and got the ball rolling to get my car repaired. I called back to Larry H Miller with some questions about their shop on Wednesday, September 26 and Mark Kirk, director of Collision and repair for their corporate office took my call. While talking to Mr. Kirk he told me that he was working on my situation and that he was in contact with State Farm to try to reimburse me. I received a 3 way call later on in the day from Mr. Kirk and Julie Davis, corporate customer service representative, and they presented me with what they called a “goodwill agreement.” He kept telling me they didn’t “have” to do this, he was doing this out of the goodness of his heart because they just felt so bad about what happened to me. This agreement stated that Larry H Miller Collision Center would pay for my tires and wheels BUT I had to take all negative reviews down and was no longer able to discuss this matter. I contacted my insurance agent and he had not been notified of any agreement that had been sent to me by Larry H Miller Collision Center. If you are reading this you can conclude I did not sign their agreement. If Larry H Miller thinks that they earn loyalty and customers doing their business that way, that is on them. That is not what I am about and not the type of business I would ever support. Here are few key points on how they did business with me....1. I received a call on Monday my car had been vandalized, with no empathy or a simple sorry.2. I posted reviews on every site I could Monday evening to let people know what had happened while my car was in their custody.3. Wednesday I was contacted by individuals of the Larry Miller corporate team- they sent me an email agreement out of “goodwill” to pay for my tires if I in return take all my negative reviews down.4. The first email I got from Ms. Davis actually had the wrong vehicle information still in the agreement, so she had to send me a 2nd email with the correct information. (This makes me wonder if this “goodwill” agreement has been used prior to my experience)5. On Thursday I received a voicemail from Julie at corporate asking if I had made a decision.6. Friday morning Mr. Kirk replied to my review stating they “have tried to accommodate my needs, but I had been unresponsive.”My car is back in the custody of my care so I am posting this for people to know how I was treated at this establishment. If you are a person who believes in doing the right thing, want to leave your car in the hands of someone who is going to do everything in their power to make you happy and keep your property safe then I do not recommend Larry H Miller Collision Center in Colorado Springs.
I picked up my car in delight. It had been hit hard in the rear, and the repair was totally flawless. Aaron was great, knew how to listen, and kept me daily updated with text messages. This is the plac to go in Colorado Springs.
I have used their services in the past and very satisfied. Today I had an excellent service, five stars to the manager who was extremely helpful coordinating my claim with my car insurance. He went the extra mile considering my glass repair has to be done someplace else.

I actually brought my mom here to pick up her car. A five-star would mean they fix the one 2 in scratch while they fix the rest of the damage to the car on the same bumper they were working on. But since it wasnt part of the parking lot accident, they left alone. Its a pretty new car and leased through Larry h Miller. My moms gone there for years. Well thats just my thoughts anyway. People are family oh, we have to wait a little bit, but everything was good.
Aaron Premo helped me with my claims and the experience was fast and very pleasant! After being lied to by another company it was great to have someone who kept in contact and really made sure me and my car was taken care of!
I wish I could give them zero stars. I just wanted to take a minute to send a quick shout out to Larry H Miller Collision Center in Colorado Springs. They took such great care of my car....clearly I’m kidding....I dropped my car off September 11 to have it repaired from being hit while I was back in Missouri in June. I tried to get my car back in my possession before I left for an out of town work trip, but was constantly sent to voicemail and no one could give me a straight answer if my car had been completed. I told the staff that I would be working out of town and that the earliest I would be able to pick it up would be Tuesday. It sat in their parking lot outside of their establishment all weekend when someone decided to steal all of my tires and rims off of my car. I had 2 missed calls this morning and I was not able to give them a call back until noon to hear all of this news. CHRISTINE was the most rude and unapologetic person I could have talked to. She did not say sorry one time and was “irritated” she had called me twice and I was just now getting back to her. Larry Miller is trying to tell me they are not at fault and I’m responsible for the damage done to my car. The manager BRADLEY admitted to me that this has happened before and NOTHING has been done in the meantime to insure people are being taken care of. Let’s get a few things straight.....1) my car was the only one damaged 2) this has happened at this establishment before (I learned this after the fact) 3) the staff knew my car was going to be sitting there untouched all weekend 4) they have no cameras.....I’m beyond livid at this point and just want to make sure everyone knows about this and ABSOLUTELY NO ONE gives this establishment a dime of their own money or insurance money.
Trusted Hal at Larry H Miller with my C6 Z51 Corvette. They performed the repairs for sand damage, installed a clear bra and did some interior touch up. The work was done right and they had a great attention to detail. It seems hard to find a body shop in Colorado that you can trust your high end car to and looks like I have finally found one. Would recommend this shop to anyone looking to have work done right.
This is my second car to go to Larry H Miller Collision Center in the last 6 months! The first was a total loss, but Aaron Premo dealt with insurance and kept me informed every step of the way. I then bought my second car and someone rear ended me at a stop sign. Once again, Aaron was my guy. He worked with the insurance to make sure they covered it and kept me in a rental for the week, and then got my car back to me on time. Of course you never want to be at a collision center, but if you have to be there (once or twice), this is the place to be!
Our hybrid Camry came out great, although the communication and organization of the staff was lacking. If I had received a message from them letting me know a closer date as to when the car would be done, I would not have filled the rental car’s gas tank. After I had picked up my car, I got a message from the staff three days later saying “Your car is nearing completion.” Interesting how they thought they still had my car, even though I paid the bill and drove away happy!

Fast and great service. Had two dents that needed paintless dent repair. One was a dent they thought my be a challenge to repair. End result, it looked like nothing ever happen. Good as new. Highly recommended and great customer service. Was done in just a few hours.

My vehicle went to the shop in January. I just got it back in May. It looks brand new. Still having a few issues, but when I took it back they didnt complain. Im happy it has a lifetime warranty on all the work.
Not welcoming, attentive, respectful of your time or secure. USAA should definitely reevaluate using them as a preferred facility, in my opinion which is based on my negative experiences!
When I received my car it had deep scratches in it that werent there before. They tried to give it to me like that without saying anything and then tried to tell me they were already there when I know for a fact they werent. On the other hand, Hans was great. He was helpful and promised to take care of the scratches in a couple days. We will see if that actually happens, but so far Hans was nice and helpful. Overall, not happy with the state my car was returned to me.
My wife was in a at accident, she looked up collision centers. Larry H. Miller had Amazon review, so she went ahead and decided to take her Jeep there. Her Jeep had the steering wheel upside down. Once she got her car back (March 30) and $500 dollars later, her car was drifting to the right when she try to straighten the steering wheel. She took it in 5 times to Larry H Miller and it still had the same issue. Apparently they took it to A Jeep dealership, where they only did an alignment and apparently tighten some knobs. We are into three months after the accident. My wife is driving her Jeep with it still not fixed. They made her go to the Jeep dealership herself, why does my wife have to herself when we trusted Larry H Miller to do the job. I am infuriated, and quite disappointed. Now shes driving with a car that any day now will cause an accident, let alone driving with a 7 year old and 4 year old kids.
Worst place ever ; quoted two weeks got my car back in 3 months . Then when picked up the windshield had a crack down the middle and then they tried to say it was already there I showed Hal the photos of how it looked in the Toyota lot when dropping it off that wasnt there .... he contacted my insurance making them think it was apart of the accident . I was appalled . Not sure if the environment is racey so if youre not white be hesitant point blank. Also I found paint drips on the paint job ! I am appalled. I came to this place because of their good reviews.... lets just say the reviews did not live up to the service I received at all. Not happy at all . And this is not one of those review stories oh they had a bad day legit I dont recommend this place even if you have a Toyota . You may be better off with another body shop. This is the second car that Larry H Miller Collision center has repaired of mine. Fabulous job putting both cars back together. The first a Toyota and the second was a Mazda. Great customer service, keeping you informed during the entire process. I was kind of worried about the Mazda because of course it was not a Toyota and did not know if they would repair it to be the same again. They proved me wrong, the Mazda looks like it did the day it came off the lot. Thank you for taking prince in your Jove to put me back on the road again. I highly recommend this collision center!

Had a really bad experience with their customer service, the person who was managing my estimate was extremely non-responsive, I could never reach him, left him two voice mails and he never called back. Once I got fed up and asked for somebody else to handle my estimate, somehow they patched me through him, first he seemed very irritated to talk to me on the phone, he did not verify who I was or what repair I was calling about, he said they could fix my car in two months which is fine if you are over-booked, but couldnt even bother to schedule me and give me a fixed time, just said to go between 7:30 am and 4:00pm, what kind of scheduling is that?I decided to NOT get my car repair here, I would rather go get a new estimate somewhere else and deal with the insurance process again than deal with unprofessional people.
Hans and team did a great job repairing my truck. The service was outstanding. My truck was side-swiped damaging every panel and the cab bumper to bumper on the drivers side. It came back looking like new.I had estimates from a couple providers and LHM stood out. The estimate in time and cost was right on. The team was responsive when I had questions and the scheduling of the repairs.Definitely, would use them again
Car accidents are obviously not pleasant, however this was simply the best service experience Ive ever had. Car was completed a week early with truly exceptional service. I received regular updates even multiple times a day. If I never need body service again, regardless of brand they will get my business!!

Wish I could give them zero stars. This is a picture what my girlfriends car looks like after the car was in the care of LHM. In addition, the customer service was awful at communicating with her and the only urgency they showed was when they found the car without its tires and rims after sitting in the parking lot all weekend. I personally talked with the Manager, Brad and I was informed there were no cameras that faced the parking lot and this same exact incident had happened a few months before. THIS IS AN UNSAFE ESTABLISHMENT FOR YOU TO LEAVE YOUR CAR. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
Timely, Consistent Communication, Quality Product.The folks at the Larry H. Miller Collision Center (LHMCC) went above and beyond expectations. Aaron, Tom, and Chris were a great team who provided the best possible service! I really appreciated how the LHMCC consistently kept me and my spouse informed of the progress. Such great service couldn’t have come at a better time as I was about to deploy. The LHMCC completed the job in half the estimated time (4 vs 9 estimated days). That part of my vehicle looked good as new and they conducted a courtesy wash and detail. The LHMCC also has an excellent relationship with a nearby Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Picked up my vehicle and left the rental with the collision center. Very convenient. Highly recommend!
Worst service ever. They dont actually do anything. The lady at the front desk doesnt even remotely know whats going on. And isnt that the backbone of the store? Someone who knows what going on! Its a lovely thing to walk in somewhere and have the front desk lady tell you we have no info on you and I dont know who your talking about then have someone with higher authority come out and help you. Its just sad. If you dont know what your doing why are you at the front desk or even working for that matter? worst worst worst collision center and receptionist ever!

Received a collision estimate from them. Was informed that I would have to wait a month for my truck to be repaired. Emailed, called and left messages asking for something sooner. No calls were returned. Ill be taking my business elsewhere.
Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with a Collision center! I hit a deer while driving down highway 24 on December 2nd of 2018, and knew that either way it would probably be a few weeks before I could get my car into the shop, due to the high volume of hail damage/winter accidents that were occurring around the state. I did hit the deer on a Sunday, had an officer report the collision, and called my insurance the next morning to report the incident. Because my insurance worked with Larry H. miller, i decided to use them to do the body work. My insurance company (MetLife) was very quick with their response and told me toBring my vehicle in the very next day for a quote so they could begin the process. By Tuesday (only 2 days later), I had the check from my insurance and was ready to bring my vehicle into Larry H. miller To begin the repairs. Little did I know that it would take over 1 week for them to even return my call to simply schedule an estimate! I even had my father begin calling them just to see if he could get them to answer, and after 1 week and 4 days, they finally answered! They told me that i would not be able to get my vehicle into the shop until March 6th (over 5 months later) and could take approximately 2.5 weeks to complete. I was just so ready to have my vehicle in driving condition again, that I told told them that that was fine and I’d bring it in March 6th to begin repairs. March 6th hits, I drop off the car, and was told I would (almost guaranteed) be able to pick up my vehicle on March 22nd and drive home... March 22nd comes and hadn’t heard a word from them. So that evening I decided to give them a call (of course with no answer) and later that evening they call me back and tell me that my vehicle actually sustained much more damage than their initial assessment, and they needed to have my insurance approve roughly $3900 more in damages than they hadn’t found in there original assessment! The worst part? They found this out on March 15th... 7 days prior to me calling and asking If my vehicle was ready for pickup!! They never even informed me that this was an issue, and I was prepared to drive down that evening to pick up my vehicle! They began to tell me that little progress was made on the vehicle, and that they needed to have the insurance approve anymore work they did. So I decided to drive down to The collision center, only to find out, that my vehicle had not even began to be worked on!!! After 2.5 weeks in the shop, my vehicle did not have one single repair done to it! This was a Friday evening that I decided to check on my vehicle and see the progress and realized nothing was done, so there was nothing I could do at that time since they were closed. I could continue on with this story, but to make this story slightly more brief, Eric did absolutely nothing to inform me on the progress of my vehicle, and did not bother to contact me one single time (unless I called him) while my vehicle was in the shop... Aaron On the other hand, was spectacular!! As soon as he began to take over, the work began to start, and I had my vehicle back very quickly! He contacted me on a daily basis and updated me on progress of the vehicle every single day. I was treated much much better, and I knew exactly where my vehicle stood in regards to being repaired. At the end, my vehicle was in the shop for over a month, and I never heard from Eric as to why this happened. Incredibly disapointed with the service I received, and would only go back if Aaron was to handle it!
I worked for this company for a little a year and got wrongly accused and fired for talking my problems and concerns i was experiencing that eventually turned into a hostile work environment. They preach about this being the best place to work in town! Its not. If you dont bow down and are best friend with receptionist at this shop or swoon over the GM as he makes his appearance at the shop, he will come in and unprofessionally terminate you. Ive tried to go to the immediate HR rep first and since shes friends with our receptionist down in the shop. She will call people liars and turn away complaints if its her. Tried going to cooperate HR about the way i was treated the day I started there and they didnt care about protecting their employees only the company. So never work for this company because your voice will not be heard by the higher ups.

I was impressed by the professionalism, helpfulness, and ease of working with the staff. They worked with my insurance company, and made sure the car was done right. I got regular updates on progress, and they answered my questions right awsy. On top of this, they even give you a ride, wash your car afterwards, and they have a nice waiting room with a fun coffee machine. Thanks!

Front desk receptionists Neira and Chelsea were very helpful and enthusiastic about my visit. The employees Eric and the mechanic Disson who handled my vehicle went above my expectations.
We brought our Tacoma here for repairs after being rear ended. We dropped it off on a Monday and it was supposed to be finished by Friday. That Friday we were told it would be done Monday. Long story short, we did not get it back until the following Thursday. The guy who worked on the truck was also really bad about updating us about what was going on and answering his phone.
