I’m a collision center that orders lots of parts and have these guys a shot and ordered some door handles and mirror caps I was told that one of the handles was on back order and would be in is what I was told and 2 weeks went by and I called them today and they act like they don’t know what I’m talking about and never took the order and now I have no parts and have an angry customer now thanks to Ford of chappel hills.if they weren’t going to order them why didn’t they just say so lol.take your business elsewhere so you don’t look like an idiot to your customer because of Ford of chapel hills
