Telling a customer an oil filter cant be brought to the store on a truck is unacceptable especially after I spent +$50. It’s just to help individual store locations with sales doing that defeats the purpose of “neighborhood auto zone”My part should have been brought to the store I should not have send an employee across town to pick up a part that cost $10CSR 53 0/10 I asked you to bring it in and you denied it knowing you were wrongI’ve been purchasing autozone parts for +5 years and have never been denied a part transfer especially after I paid for it

Man, Ive been to this AutoZone like 3 times and every time Ive walked in its like people dont want to serve me or just hate the fact that theyre in there working. Im writing this store off for good after this last visit. The woman with dark hair that works in the evenings is apathetic and doesnt seem to really care about helping anybody. Why ask if there is anything you can help me with if youll just scrunch your face up and treat me like Im dumb when I ask if you have a product in stock that you dont know about?

Bernard is such a knowledgeable and friendly guy at autozone! He helped me out with my car and by the way he talked, i knew i could trust him! I will definitely be coming back again to this store!

What a lovely experience getting my wiper blades replaced. I had no idea what I was doing or what I was looking for. Debbie not only recommended several brands, but came back with me to the aisle when I accidentally picked the wrong one and showed me which was best. She then CAME OUT TO MY CAR and replaced them in about 30 seconds. Unreal!!! What a kind soul!

Had to explain what a lug wrench is, then after a wait was told even the manager looked, those items arent stocked anymore much less part of the loaner tool program. Its a 12$ universal 4-in-1 tool thats been used on EVERY car tire for 95 years!!! Should learn some car basics. She was nice so not one star. Walmart has it in stock and so does oReilly.

Came in and needed a turn signal light since mine just randomly went out, decided to just look in the aisle for my specific one and the employees just brought me over to the counter and asked me for my car info. They pulled up all my options and explained the differences. When I decided on what I wanted they walked over grabbed it and rang me up. Really like the tool borrowing option, employee even offered to install. Of the few I have visited this had the best customer service but they all do very well.

They usually have what I need. Sometimes better to order online then pickup in store

One Saturday, my husband and I were out and about and suddenly started experiencing issues with our vehicle. The AutoZone on Garden of the Gods Road was one of the most nearby auto supply shops to where we were, so we drove right to it. Upon arriving, the vehicle was dead and would no longer start. Store Manager Jesse took care of us from start to finish, helped guide us to the right purchases, and our car was ready to drive away by the time he was done with it.Jesse went much more than the extra mile to make sure our vehicle was taken care of on a hot Saturday afternoon. I would highly recommend this location for anyone who is looking for help and service that goes above and beyond.

Everyone is so nice here! They help in whatever way they can and they are professional. I have been to other Auto Zones and the staff have no bearing on their mouths. This Auto Zone cares about the customer and that you will trust in them to help you.

Getting worse to consumers

Jesse is an astounding professional. On the third attempt to obtain the precise part (O2 sensor) needed to fix my truck, he got it right. He listened to the problem, he carefully assessed how the incorrect sensor was hindering vehicle function, and he quickly provided me with the exact replacement. As a woman, it is not always easy to communicate or be treated fairly when dealing within any facet of the auto industry.Over the years, and due to repeated dishonesty, I have become more active in maintaining my truck personally; a positive and beneficial outcome grown from bad experiences. I truly enjoy learning and problem solving the mechanical workings of my truck, and Jesse treated me ethically and with respect in this regard. I hope that he is always upheld for the distinct integrity and promotion that he deserves.

I had one bad experience out of 100 awesome ones. These guys are great and my go to part store.

My girlfriend has had lots of bad experiences being taken advantage at auto stores. We bought a new seat of headlights and splurged on the good ones. When I installed them one headlamp was faulty. We didn’t have the receipt and were told we couldn’t return them without it. When we returned to the store pretty upset Braidon took good care of us and ended up exchanging the faulty bulb for a new one at no cost to us. Excellent customer service!

I cant make it to the air or oil filters before one of the staff asks what Im looking for. Great customer service, and if they dont have it they can get it to the store quickly.

If you need anything for your car, come to this location! The entire staff is extremely knowledgeable and will take the time to explain not only how to do something, but some tricks and tips to make it easier. The store manager is simply incredible.I was having trouble getting enough torque to lower the tension wheel to put on the new serpentine belt on my daughters Buick, so he came to the house and showed me how to pop it on. He was able to do it in a nanosecond whereas I had been fighting with it for over an hour. Not once did he make me feel stupid or weak.This crew and location will get 100% of my business and I highly recommend them to anyone.

My wife and I went to AutoZone on Garden of the Gods. Needed to have the battery checked having a slow start. And individual who came out and tested the battery. We found out that the battery is getting weak and with winter coming in may need a new battery. Talk to a man by the name of Don who is most helpful and gave us several prices. We said we were going to check around and see where we could get the best deal. Whats neat about AutoZone if you bring a slip showing somebody elses price AutoZone will do their best to beat that price. So my advice to you is youre in good hands with AutoZone.

I have been coming here for years and NEVER have I had an employee argue with me and tell my I was wrong. And as a heads up, I was right my vehicle is running now. Without spending almost 100 more then I need just to go back and have to get the part I wanted in the first place. I really dont feel comfortable coming back even though it is closer Ill take the time to make a drive so I can get my parts without arguments.

If you think something is wrong with your car, start here. The people who work here are knowledgeable and earnestly helpful. Plus they can run diagnostics on your cars computer, so you know what you are getting into before you head to the repair shop.

Staff was so helpful I was in and out

Stopped by AutoZone to get a refund on a battery core (thought it would take a couple of minutes). Refund seemed to go through system OK, but then the cash register would not open. Young man at the counter tried several times without success. He then went to the side office to get a manager. (I could see him talking with the manager for the longest time.) Finally, the young came back out per his managers instructions (the manager would not come out) and tried the whole refund process over again without success. He went back to the side office once again to talk with the manager. After another ten minutes, the manager finally came out to try to help. The manager—a rather unfriendly bearded gentleman—tried several times without success to get my refund. Finally, after waiting a total of 20 minutes to receive a simple refund on a battery core, I asked the manager if he couldnt just open the drawer and give me the refund, to which he tersely replied, Then my drawer will be short $19.49. I then told him that my wife and granddaughter were waiting for me out in the car, which only seemed to make him more irritated. Finally, he opened the drawer quickly pulled out the refund money placed it on the counter, said, Here! and walked away without a single apology. Very rude service!!!

Had a car issue came to get it looked at my wife and i was greeted as soon as we walked in good customer service got some good advice.

I was just now in the store. And a younger man put the diagnostic reader in, under the drivers seat. He gave me the results and advised me to take the results to a mechanic.So since I was there, I was looking around. Viewing all the new things Ive never seen before. And this tall clean shaven Red headed man came in, or back from lunch, regardless, he brought over a basket and told me to put back all the stuff is stolen. I was floored, but gave him permission to search me. So I turned out all my pockets and put everything in my pockets in the basket. He then walked me to the door and kicked me out. No apology. Nothing. Humiliated me in front of other customers, and found nothing - since there was nothing to find, and not even an apology. I would not Recommend this store as long as that rude employee works there.

These guys were great! They helped install my wiper blades and when I came back the next day with a burned out tail light bulb that I didnt have the tools to remove the bolts for around the housing....they came out and helped with their ratcheting screwdriver! Nice people!

This store is the most convent for me to go to from going home or into work. The guys are always super helpful, profession, and dont at like they hate their job like other auto stores around town. I would still drive across town to go to this store just for the service.

ABSOLUTELY the best customer service! Has a issue with a part ( MFG Defect ). After filling up the part with ATF4+, it failed. I bought the fluid somewhere else, because AutoZone doesnt carry it by the gallon. The part failed, and they not only replaced the part, BUT my fluid as well. Ray was awesome! Thank you all. Will never go anywhere else!

Everytime Ive been in the manager was a prick. He has wasted my time calling me in for parts that were never delivered or recived. I have been in line and when I was the next customer he closed that register and just walked to the back!I even had a different sales associate willing to go to a different auto zone to pick up the correct part, after the wrong part was ordered, to make things right, and the manager told that other sales associate not to make things right. Its a shame they are conveniently located, but I wont take my business there again
