I brought my Nissan Rogue at Woodmen Nissan in 2015. But fully disappointed with their service. They said fluids leak service needed in Dec’19 when they did the regular inspection. I did the Fluid leak service at their center and I didn’t drove my car for 500 Miles in next 1 year because of the COVID pandemic. Mostly my car was in the garage. When I take it for oil change, they said again the same Fuel leak problem repeated and did one more service on Feb’2021 to fix the same issue. Again I took my car for regular oil change to them after 3 months. They said the same fluid leak problem repeated again and need the service. Since the same fluid leak problem repeated for 3 times after their service, I decided to not to give my car to service to Woodmen. Fully disappointed with their serive!!!! Horrible experience with their service!!!
Meet with knowledgeable people that understood my needs and concerns for elective car!Service dept was on top of maintenance questions I had.Was dropped off picked at home while service completed!Friendly Tech’s
Excellent service and very easy to work with. I made my appointment online 2 days ahead. And I even rescheduled for a new time. They were ready for me when I arrived and welcomed me with a smile. And they already had the notes from the online appointment and knew the services that I requested. Joey was extremely pleasant with some small talk. I received text updates with pictures of recommended services. It was easy to approve or decline. I did most of the items since they we clearly needed. The vehicle was completed same day as promised. We enjoyed it so much that my wife wants to upgrade to the new 2022 Pathfinder. Joseph in sales was friendly and helped answer all of our questions. Very well run dealership and great employees!!!
I was amazed at the excellent service provided by Tyler and his team. During my recent used vehicle purchase, Tyler was professional and helpful throughout the process. He was totally flexible with scheduling, took the time to answer my questions thoroughly and even responded promptly when I called with a question after the vehicle purchase. If you are in the market for a vehicle, I highly recommend checking out Woodmen Nissan and asking for Tyler.
Brought my vehicle in for oil change and tire rotation which went fine. Then they did a multipoint inspection and they told me there were some critical issues that needs to be addressed. This is when I felt things were off! I have a hard time believing that a vehicle with only 20,000 miles needs the brake fluid exchanged and a fuel injection system service!!! Maybe someone can explain this to me??? I myself know enough about auto servicing plus had another mechanic look at the brake fluid and he saw no reason to have it replaced! This is my third Nissan bought at Woodman Nissan and I am really starting to question the reasons behind this service departments methods.
Hoping for a better experience next time, made an appointment online a few days ago. Chose an earliest time for oil change and when drove all the way across town was told it was going to be an hour and 45 minutes. The appointment process was easy online but not quite sure why you get to choose waiting option if you dont have the proper time slots to where I could actually wait....not almost 2 hours.
Arrived ahead of scheduled appt, checked in with no problems. Work was finished ahead of schedule and I was notified of completion. Friendly agents and all work was done, and car was washed.👆
My husband and I had an excellent experience purchasing our vehicle here. I would highly recommend Juan, Joseph and the finance team. They were straight forward with everything regarding our purchase and did their best to get us in and out with our new vehicle while also making sure we were well informed every step of the way.
Horrible customer service!!! Rude and inconsiderate. First the Charges for work are way over priced. They will sell you a vehicle with issues and when you ask about them as they appear it’s your fault you did it. No help from the owner or the GM best they can do is make me pay half the cost of something I didn’t cause…. And by half I mean make me cover all of the parts and his guys he probably treats horrible to will do it for pennies on the dollar. I got the issue fixed at another shop for 800$ less with a better clutch and a warranty. This mechanic said this was a long time issue and definitely didn’t happen in a short period of time. Don’t waste your time or money go elsewhere. Steve, Chris, Tyler are all crooks do not go to Woodmen Nissan
Josh Mariano my service helper went over and beyond to make my experience great, and work with insurance adjuster to get my car back on the road. I highly recommend woodmen Nissan. And I will be using them in the future for all my car needs.
Good service-polish and redcoat headlights. Was done in a timely manner.
The service was poor. I went in for an oil change and they tried to up sell me. They said I had transmission problems that were critical. I had a new transmission put in about 6 months ago. Took it back to where I got that installed and the transmission was fine. At the parts counter I asked about a product I had bought when I bought the car figuring they wouldnt have it. He said they hadnt had the product for 8 years. I bought the car 4 years ago. I would not recommend bringing your car there.
Josh at Woodmen Nissan in Colorado Springs was AWESOME!!! He was very thorough, kind, and considerate! I definately will be back!
So Tre’Von was our salesman here for the second time and enjoyed the time and quality from such a salesman as himself. He not only helped my girlfriend with her ‘21 Rogue, but also helped with my ‘21 Titan. If you want an experience of purchasing/leasing a vehicle here, ask for him personally. I highly recommend not only him, but the dealership as a whole. Service is prompt and shuttle service is a nice convenience if you wouldn’t like to wait there while your vehicle is being serviced.
I contacted the dealership from their website and was so pleased with the experience from our first contact through delivery of my new vehicle. I moved to the area last year and had previously leased all of my cars through the same dealership and salesman. I was nervous to make a switch. However, Hugh was awesome to work with and the process was the smoothest yet. I will definitely be back to Woodmen Nissan and look forward to working with Hugh again!
I always take my vehicle to the Nissan Dealership on Woodmen. They’re proficient, honest, affordable, and never try to sell me on anything I don’t need. Also, if the appt takes longer than expected, they’re always quick to offer discounts or a free service. I’ll continue to take my car here because I trust them!
German was awesome and took care of us very quickly. Got our vehicle back within a day.
I always take my frontier to woodmen Nissan - they’re very honest, down to Earth people who don’t try to prey on you and your vehicle. When speaking with any employee, it’s like speaking with a friend. I trust them entirely to do any work on my truck.
I already have recommended this dealer to others. Joseph was extremely professional and helpful. Thomas initially helped over the phone and made an appointment for me the day before. Then texted me the next morning. I can’t tell you how these so-called “small things” actually tell a lot about how you will be treated once you walk through the doors. It made the difference for me in following through and set a time of professionalism and friendliness. Excellent service is everything and such a rarity these days. The end result is the best car I have ever owned with the confidence of future good service. Nissan throws in a lot of extras for the price!
It was a very good experience. They really treat you right and they are very quick. They did a recall and also oil change and they did it in less than 2 hours. Everything was great.
Great service! No appointment necessary for oil change and tire rotation. Was done in just under an hour. I recommend Woodmen Nissan for service!
My sales guy Mike was very good. He was very patient with my busy schedule to come in and meet him to test drive a new truck. He was very effecient on a Saturday to get us in and get us out with the purchase of the truck. He got it washed, gassed and cleaned up for us to get through financing and get out of there all with in 1.5 hours, from start to finish.Thank you all for being part of our new vehicle.Nathaniel
Michael Natividad was amazing!! We drove from Loveland all the way to Colorado Springs to purchase a car from him. He was honest and followed through with all of his promises. We could not be happier! Also, Kayla in finance was fast, friendly and knowledgeable. Great dealership and great employees!
This truck deal was started and finished over the phone and emails. My salesman was Tyler Davis and he was very professional and the transaction went with no problems. I made the offer along with my trade and it was excepted and everything was ready when i arrived at the dealership. Very simple and pleasant deal. The truck is in great condition and runs great. I am very pleased with this dealer and will buy from them again if needed.
I had a lovely experience at Nissan on September 28, 2021. Kianna was absolutely amazing! I would definitely recommend Woodmen Nissan Service department anyone.
I had a loose hood latch release cable. I brought my car in for inspection and oil change and they changed my oil and quoted me 650$ for a latch repair. The total cost of parts online is about 150$ without a dealership discount. I bring it back for a second oil change and wait around 3 hours for someone to tell me the piece is now completely broken and they can’t get into the hood, and they chalked it up to wear and tear. So between them being able to get into my hood and and change my oil, to my next visit, the hood and cable remained untouched but somehow became completely broken. I told them I wanted a second opinion and when I got back in my car, the hood release handle was missing and cable was hanging down by my feet, which was not at all how I dropped it off. Honest opinion is that I felt they caused further damage the first time they got into my hood and instead of being truthful and relaying that to me, they blamed it on “wear and tear”. Not sure who else has had a hood latch spontaneously break on them without touching it.
The sales experience was not unpleasant, however nearly everything since then has been abysmal. The service department has tried to charge for warranty repairs several times, interfered with an insurance matter by giving incorrect information and assumptions, lost my car, was rude to my wife, and can never seem to find my name in their records. The last one is really strange since theyve sold my information to those God awful warranty call places, EVEN THOUGH WE PURCHASED THE EXTENDED WARRANTY FROM THEM! Theyve also shared our information with CARFAX so I get constant reminders for maintenance that the car doesnt require, and at least daily phone calls with urgent information about my cars warranty. In short, bad experiences. Wouldnt recommend. Will never shop there again, and may never purchase another Nissan since they allow this extensive violation of trust.
I think it’s important to recognize amazing work and sometimes people have a tendency to only point out the negative. I had my first oil change service with Woodmen Nissan this week and I have to say I was not only satisfied but thoroughly impressed!!! Everyone was very nice and professional. I loved the way they checked many different items on my vehicle and notified me via text with pictures and prices so that if I wanted to address issues right then and there, I could. They found a recall on my vehicle and took care of it right away. This is exactly how it should be when you take a vehicle in for ANY service. Thank you, Woodmen Nissan.
Top line service fast, free car wash, clean inside & treats to kill time. I always enjoy the service.
May second lease experience at Woodmen Nissan was even better than the first. TreVon went way above and beyond to get me into the exact car I wanted quickly and easily. His customer service was stellar! I’ll definitely work with him again in the future.
Juan Pablo was my sales specialist. What a fantastic experience. Juan was great from the initial phone call after my initial chat via the website to the test drive and finally the purchase. When I arrived I was greeted by several sales specialists and immediately felt at home. Juan was fantastic, what a great kid. Hes honest and knowledgable. You should be proud of your entire team. The whole experience from the sales team, finance, parts department to the detail team. They Care about the customer and Customer Satisfaction A++. Thank you,Carmen
Took my 2015 Murano in for an oil change and brakes found there were a few things needed above that which I was aware of. Decided to go ahead and get the work done. So glad I did its like driving a new car again! All caught up on maintenance!
Woodmen Nissan employees especially in the service department Were very professional and took very good care and provided thorough maintenance to my vehicle. Thank you for your service.
PLEASE READ!!My boyfriend purchased a 2018 Nissan Rogue from this dealership with 55k miles on it for a whopping 27k. This is 6k above KBB listing for “fair price”. This normally wouldn’t be an issue, however, the dealership failed to mention the car was in an accident, the lower part of the front bumper being held by a measly thread of plastic rope, the headlight on the passenger side not secure feeling like it is going to fall off at any bump hit a little too hard. The dealership also seemed to have forgotten the previous owner’s paperwork in the glovebox which had their full name, address, and other sensitive information. If I were the previous owners, I personally would be a little upset…having sold my car only to have my information sold with it.When washing his car he found that the water was pouring directly into the trunk from above. Hard to overlook when typically dealerships wash your car for you. So they deliberately ignored that issue, only focused on getting rid of the car. Not caring whatsoever about the customer but rather only their commission check. DO NOT GO HERE!
Horrible experience with service department every time Ive dropped my truck off. Under warranty still and I had a 10 am appointment. Was told to give them 2 hours to look at it. It is not 3 pm and they havent even looked at it. I spoke with Matt who made a lot of excuses and told me they are just doing their best but dont have enough people. When I said I had an expectation and needed my truck by 5 because I had things to. I was told it would be ready but may not be diagnosed by then. After a bitbi was told it had been looked at and what was wrong. Was told they needed my truck for several days and had no loaner vehicles to provide. I was told they were only Woodman Nissan not Nissan themselves so to call them to discuss a rental. Worst service and no compassion or understanding just excuses
Josh Hall in the service area is simply outstanding! He is very kind, super helpful, and honest about what is truly needed for our Pathfinder. He makes us always want to choose Woodmen Nissan for our future needs.
Joey is the best! Everyone is always so friendly and the snacks are great!
Service department only.HORRIBLE ! DONT GO HERE EVERIn my 3000 mile trip I encountered problems with my Nissan Titan XD diesel.Showed up with no appointment but under warranty. They were dismissive and somewhat rude.Instead of addressing my issues they told me there was a rental car agency down the street !8/30/21Now a person claiming to be the owner replies calling me a liar !EVERYTHING I wrote DID happen, they did tell me they had no loaner vehicles and to go down the street to a rental car agency.I live in Kentucky and obviously wont ever have to deal with these despicable people again butNOBODY SHOULD EVER SERVICE ANY VEHICLES WITH THEM AS THEY OBVIOUSLY HAVE NO INTEGRITY AND LACK HONESTY.
Tyler was super helpful in finding a car that was in my budget. No hassle whatsoever. He catered to what I needed. Awesome experience at this Nissan dealership. Thanks again Tyler!
Always a great experience at Woodmen Nissan. Great customer service and my car is always ready when promised
This time, as well as last time, I had an appointment set up, specifically for oil and tire rotating. Both times, I was told that appointments mean absolutely nothing to you and that even with an appointment, I could wait as long as 4-6 hours for an oil change. If that is true, and you do not respect appointments, you should stop taking them, or be more clear with your customers of this. On my last visit, the oil/tires took over 2 hours. That is quite a bit more than is acceptable. Please be clear what an appointment does and does not do. Its more helpful to those with busy schedules and no ride (and waiting in your lobby).
Not only a great deal but the best sales experience I have ever had! Brian was super helpful and answered all of my questions. It was quick and painless! I am in love with my new truck. I would recommend this dealership to all of my colleagues and friends. 10/10!
I came in for an express oil change. Website claims around 45 minutes for service. Despite making an appointment and arriving on time for the appointment, I got to wait 2 hours. Employees were short and explained nothing, passing off questions without providing knowledgeable answers. And as further insult, you had the waiting area TV set loudly to Fox News. Nothing but hate and lies. I will not be back. We will be taking our Nissan to a different mechanic for all service here out, I will never purchase from your lot, and I will not recommend your lot or service to anyone I know.
Bought all three of my cars from them. They have great customer service and patience. The sales people have great senses of humor and are a lot of fun to work with.
Always good service and good customer service. Very friendly and did a great job on my vehicle.
Joshua Hall, is an OUTSTANDING Nissan service technician, he always lets me know exactly what is happening with my two Nissan vehicles. I always ask for him by name when I bring my cars in for maintenance. I am glad he works at Woodmen Nissan. If he is not a manager, he sure needs to be as soon as possible. I appreciate how he treats me at Woodmen Nissan. Thank you Josh for what you do and taking car care of my Nissan car needs.
Even as being an employee of Woodman Nissan any service I have gotten from the service, parts and sales departments has been top notch, reasonably timed, kind and courteous and reasonably priced, I definitely would refer anyone I know or anyone that may ask about them 😉
Josh M is very thorough and knowledgeable. Team washed our car which was a nice finishing gesture and was not expected.
I came in to Woodmen Nissan with a bit of car trouble and at the end of the day I had none! The advisor I was working with was Kianna and she was very helpful and the mechanic that took the time to listen to me and figure out what the root problem was Chris. Thank you so much! I will be returning should I ever need any more work or a new car!
A service manager man at checkout was very rude to me and actually yelled at me for not wanting to purchase your extra work to my vehicle. I explained to him that my son was a mechanic and actually was the manager at an automotive shop and that he kept my vehicle watched for issues that I might need. Your man got so very loud and rude to me and I will never go there again. My son told me I needed to call a Manager of the dealership and turn him in!
Joey was great as usual! He called me to discuss the necessary parts I needed and gave me all the info before proceeding with the service. Thanks for your great customer service!!
I love Woodman Nissan! They can always fit me in for car maintenance and do a great, fast job. My car is always ready before they say it will be ♡
Not happy with the 2&1/2 wait for an oil change! Service person was not too friendly and didnt explain additional services that car needed, so I did not have it done. Also, did not offer to wash car after service. I am going to look for different place to get my Nissan serviced in the future!
Very disappointed at the Woodmen Nissan service 3 days ago. The job performance sheet says Performed 27 Pt technician inspection, but the inspection was obviously not performed, because when I did oil change yesterday, I found the oil level was low, and the windshield washer fluid was low as well. Today I called the Service department, as well as the customer relations representative. I was made to believe that I was wrong to raise this question because the inspection was optional. Fine. Please let me know when inspection was not done, and dont make misrepresentations on the performance sheet! I hope Woodmen Nissan distinguishes its business from those unethical ones.
This was the worst experience with a car dealership service shop I’ve ever had. They told me it would take 3-4hrs but after 5hrs I still had no idea what was going on with my car. After calling they told me it would still be another couple hours. Finally after 8hrs I get a text, it doesn’t say my car is done it just tells me everything that’s wrong with my car listing every problem as critical. When I go to the dealership and say I don’t want the fixes, they tell me ‘Well it won’t be fine when you die’ essentially trying to guilt me into getting the fixes. After consulting other people about my car and it’s problems, I was told it wasn’t that bad and that the dealership was over-exaggerating. Overall terrible service, and they tried to guilt me into paying more than what I needed. Will never return to this dealership again.
2018 nissan rogue. Buy price 27k 55k miles (base model) way over kbb. Deliberately hid evidence from the accident it was in. Left old owners paperwork in the glovebox. Name address everything. 3rd brake light leaks more than the oil pan on my 93 cherokee. CVT transmission does not like going down hills. Oh and if its above 60 degrees out while driving for more than 20 minutes your transmission will go into overheat mode. Go to alpine instead. Went to high-school with the owners daughter so I figured ot was a trustworthy place. Guess not. Legally dealerships need to inform you when a vehicle has been in a crash and if a group of professional nissan technicians cant tell when a vehicle theyve worked on countless number of times is damaged thats a problem. Definitely taking them to court.
Went in with a pre-approval for a financer that I wanted to work with, saw over 11 hard inquiries each appear on mine and my wifes credit so I asked them about it and apparently when my financer didnt work out they decided to take my credit and apply everywhere else against my wishes. Already retained a lawyer that won a case like this recently and confirmed that this is an act of credit fraud. My advice is to shop somewhere else
No need to make an appointment. Another customer drove up right before I did and wanted the same service. They were quoted a 2 hour wait time.I was 15 minutes early for my appointment and was quoted the exact same wait time as the person that arrived without an appointment. Also, the 2 hour wait time has already turned into a 3 hour. There also aren’t enough seats for the customers waiting. So be prepared that you may have to stand for a while in the waiting room.Save yourself time and trouble and go somewhere else.
I was going in to look at some used cars, Tony brown and the team there did an amazing job letting me see my options, and even test drive a new kick.I ended up buying the Kick, the entire visit lasted maybe 2 hours from my test drives to leaving with the car. Was simple fast easy and team was just amazing.Lastly i will say they have a lot to offer with the purchase of a new vehicle as far as packages and deals go.
It was great. My technician was very attentive to my needs, both in terms of the car and my schedule. Ill definitely be going back. Also, the complimentary CARFAX membership thing was a nice bonus.
I had the best experience buying my new car from Woodman Nissan. All of the employees were extremely nice and very helpful. Thank you Juan Pablo for getting me into my car. You all rock... #VoteForPablo
We recently were in the market for a new car and had been to a couple of other dealerships in the area when we finally made our way to Nissan. We were blow away with the service and help we received from them. Joseph and Dan took their time to find us what we wanted, answered ALL our questions, and even made sure to keep us well within our budget. I would highly recommend their services if your in the market for a new vehicle. We are proud to be apart of the Nissan family!
Josh was efficient, professional and thorough. Great job.
Had a very good experience with this dealer. They have done some major work on the car. Always very professional and keep me in the loop how the work is going. And even get me know there was a recall I didnt even know about.
Very good service, we just bought a car. Mike was very kind and quick.
Mike was great and made the process of buying a new truck for my inspection business a breeze. I highly recommend him and everyone at Woodmen Nissan!
I was very pleased with the job done by Woodmen Nissan. I will continue to be a long time customer.
First visit - Staff were helpful and kind. Services were performed in a timely manner, quicker than I was quoted which was nice. Did not expect a car wash, added bonus. Parts were a little over priced.Second visit - I was emailed to make an appointment for my next oil change, so I did. Arrived and was told the wait would be a minimum of 1.5 hours. After waiting 2 hours, my oil change abs tire rotation was finished. I was recommended about 4 other jobs be done. My husband was a mechanic so I always double check repairs with him. 3 of the repairs were unnecessary and just a way of the dealership getting more money from you. I asked the woman checking me out what was the point of making an appointment if I still have to wait, she said its always first come first serve. If that is stated on their website where I made the reservation, then my bad. If not, it would be nice to know. Their quotes were over priced again.Overall, will not be going back here for future services.
Just had a great car buying experience at Woodmen Nissan. Brian Fink did an excellent job making sure the whole process was seamless. He was top-notch and made sure I knew everything there was to know about the car. He continues to check up with me and I will recommend him to others.
Everything was great the services I needed were completed fully and reasonable wait time.
Ive been taking my Nissan here for the past 4 years. The staff is friendly, fast and trustworthy. The work is well-done.
Didn’t have a great experience here as of yet, I am hoping it improves. My girlfriend dropped off her Merano that we thought the differential was failing to find out the drivers side rear wheel bearing was nearly completely destroyed. When I enquired as to why one bearing was bad I was told it was because of the way she drives! I almost lost my ever living mind! The dealership manager was very apologetic that the service guy said that and there was no way it could have been that.I then took in my Titan for brake work and tire rotation and when I received my truck back, they had not reset the maintenance counter on the info screen and also did not check the tire pressures either. These are basic things folks, come on and don’t be rude to customers!
Worked with Thomas at Woodmen Nissan, he was great and easy to work with.. The service has been awesome on our new car. Highly recommend.
Two weeks ago I took my car in because I needed a new valve body, oil change, and new air filter. They did a good job replacing my valve body and air filter but did NOT change my oil and they still charged me for it. I got new tires yesterday at my husband’s work at a different dealership and they did another oil change while I was sitting right in front of the car. When they drained the oil, it was black. Both my husband and the mechanic agreed that my oil wasn’t changed two weeks ago. Obviously, Woodmen Nissan did NOT change my oil and STILL charged me for it. I do not recommend going to Woodmen Nissan. If you do decide to go there, make sure they actually did what they are charging you for.
This is by far the worst service department at any dealership I have ever experienced, and its all due to poor communication and a complete lack of basic customer service. The other service department reviews clearly show there are real flaws and a lack of good leadership.Ive had my Titan in 7 times (4 times for one issue which still has not been resolved), and each time has been a poor experience. There have been multiple times theyve kept my truck in the shop for days to diagnose a problem, and not once called me with an update. The only times Ive gotten responses have been when Ive called in, and I usually receive a run-around answer.Today I had an appointment and was waiting for my vehicle. After 2 hours, I went and asked for an update. I was told they wouldnt have test results back for another 4-5 hours. Nobody bothered to tell me or provide that update. It was just expected that I would wait all day and be ok with it.They simply have no respect for the customer or the customers time and need to learn that its not the customers responsibility to ask them for updates, its their job to provide them and proactively communicate. Every other dealership Ive worked with seems to understand this basic element of customer service.Ive owned 3 Nissans, but this will be my last, just because I dont want to deal with the Woodmen Nissan service department anymore.Buyers beware, this is what you can expect from the service department AFTER you buy your Nissan.
My experience at Woodmen Nissan was great! Tony Brown worked hard to get me the deal I wanted. Brad also made sure my family and I were all taken care of. They made sure I got the deal I wanted and they didn’t pressure me too much. Definitely will come back!
Cheers to my good friends at Woodmen Nissan! My 3rd vehicle and this one is mine, 2021 Titan! Huge shout out for Huge, Kaila, Andrew and the entire service department! Best service in Colorado Springs hands down!
They did the work in a very timely manner. Were very courteous. Informed us of what additional things needed to be done, did not pressure us on things that we didn’t want done on this visit.
Matt kept us informed throughout the entire process. The service department made it happen and exceeded our expectations. Awesome! I usually forget to do these, but I did not want to forget to do this survey today. As always, Im impressed and committed to being a Nissan customer for life.
Intake was done quickly & efficiently. Work done to satisfaction.
Car washes for life if u buy from them.i went around 9 am on Saturday and took no more than 5 minutes. Perfect if ur gunna head to Denver and want a clean car on the way
Didnt buy a car here, but even though Im not a customer, staff went out of their way to take care of me when needed. Above and beyond! Exceptional service!
Every time I come here I have issues. This time was no exception. I dropped it off Tuesday night and they said they’d get to work on it Wednesday. Wednesday they called me and said they needed to order the part and it would be done Saturday. I heard nothing all day Saturday and finally had to call and was told Monday. Monday I waited all day and finally had to call and they told me Tuesday. Tuesday it was finally ready - but now my right turn blinker is going twice as fast. Why can’t you guys just follow up and keep the customer informed? I’ve had very similar experiences the other two times I’ve been here. Really should learn to stop coming back.
This was the best experience Ive had with any Nissan dealership ship Ive gone to in California and Colorado. Great services, were great with details on my car very attentive very kind. I will definitely be bringing my car back to this dealership.
Working with Woodmen Nissan sales team was great! Very easy to work with! Hugh listened to my questions/concerns and took my requests to Jessie with no issues, plus I like the Nissan Brand and Vehicles they are highly reliable and very well built mechanically.
Cant recommend this dealership after a recent used car purchase. Their dealer fee is already high at $800 but then they sneak in a detail package which is not optional and that adds $240. So over a $1000 dealer fee which is outrageous. Secondly, within 24 hours of purchase I discovered a non-mechanical issue with the vehicle which changed things for me and I pleaded with them to allow me to cancel the sale. The vehicle was in high demand and would have still been sold within the weekend and I was more than happy to absorb the dealer fee for their troubles. I wanted to remain a customer of theirs but I would need to wait until they found the right vehicle for me. I had no problem waiting and I know eventually the one I really wanted would have come along and everyone would have been helpful. Instead they lost a repeat customer and I will not recommend them to any of my friends or family.
Helpful and prompt service, was able to get in quickly and car is doing great. I like being able to see the reports remotely so I can decide if further services are required.
I brought my Nissan rogue for service at Woodman Nissan and was so thrilled with the service. Ill be back for sure-excellent service
On August 12, 2021 I have Bought Brand New Wiper Blazes from the parts Department all three of them and when they did a safety check to my car one of the unknown advisors said that you dont need to replace your old ones with your new ones so I did not get a reimbursement and did not replace them like at all so I had to call up Larry H Miller In The Centennial Location to officially complain about what happen.
Josh and Brandon did an excellent job servicing my Infiniti QX80! I moved from Michigan back to Colorado after 35 years and found a great dealership to work with!
Outstanding customer service and services knowledge.
For half a year I have been serving my Nissan Rog on Woodman - the most pleasant impressions: there is a comfortable waiting area. Many thanks to Mr. Randy - his friendliness and professionalism motivate to contact you again and again!
Excellent Customer Service and very friendly!
Scheduled for some recall works and an alignment. Sounded like it had an exhaust leak so I asked them to add it to the appointment, never prompt me with the $155 for diag. Brought the car in, Service Adviser looked at the VIN as he walked up, asked for mileage and then confirm my requests then asked me to sign again the $155 bucks never came up.Next day afternoon:I got an email of what they found wrong then the $155 was already added to the bill. He claimed, I signed for it which I did. But I would truly appreciate to not get surprised by the way I did. Also, even if you approve for them to do the repair. THEY ARE STILL CHARGING DIAG COST AS AN ADD ON!Say cost to repair is $200 it would be $355 unlike most other dealerships where they would wave the diag cost.Weve had 2 Porsche, 2 Toyota, 3 Lexus, 1 Audi, 1 BMW, 1 Ford and a 2018 Blue Nissan Rogue SL AWD.The experience at this Nissan dealership doesnt hold a candle to any of the dealerships weve done business with:(I know who I dealt with but I believe its more of a broken management than the staffs.
It was great communication about what was wrong with my car, and they listed critical things that needed attention that allowed me to pay the price I wanted!
Josh Moreno provided excellent service to us and made sure we knew everything that was happening with our car including the price ahead of time. The customer service and care is top notch here!!
German is the best. Always takes the best care of me!
Came in to buy a Rogue all the way from Denver! Tyler Davis made it really easy and hassle free.
