It was my first time here and it was the best customer service I ever experienced at an auto parts store. Thank you both very much crew of 4/23/21 @2:13pm and extra thanks to Ramon for installing our windshield wipers. He was fast, friendly and awesome.

This is becoming my go to store to pick up miscellaneous auto parts.

Always got the parts I need, found a slaphead ratcheting wrench, too bad it didnt fit in the replacement fuel pump spacing for the application I wanted it for... may e theres a refund at the end of my rainbow. On the plus side this 400cu FORD is back on the road. Idk how long, however I kinda like it out here

After leaving Phil Long Ford where I stopped in for an oil change and received questionable service, I stopped into Advance Auto Parts to get the many questions Phil Long Ford left me with answered by Christina. Christina answered all my questions for free and she was knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you Advance Auto Parts and Christina.

The sign and the website say open til 9pm i went to the cheyenne rd store colo spgs at 730 and CLOSED i need connectors n ended up stuck overnight

Had everything I needed was able to pick it up quickly efficiently and the staff was great. The manager there used to work a different store and its great to see him again.

99.99% of the time theyll have exactly what I am looking for or need in the store. If they dont usually another store in the area does. If they need to order a part for me it never takes long and always get the correct part the first time. The staff is extremely helpful and are always in a good mood.

Katrina and Britt helped me find some odd parts quick to get my truck back on the road...emergency status! Awesome crew here.

Today I went in because the hose under my hood broke that sprays onto my windshield. When I went in the first time, Kat (?) helped me find the right parts I needed for that piece. Afterwards, she kindly helped me find a replacement key remote. I left and came back a few hours later and asked for help putting the piece on my car that she sold me because I couldnt do it. Jon assisted me by completely fixing the hose under my hood, encouraged me to try the spray multiple times to make sure I was satisfied. After that was fixed, I went inside for windshield wipers where Kat helped me find what I needed exactly for my make and model and then Jon placed them on my car. Both Kat and Jon were extremely helpful and nice! I highly recommend this store.

I had a voltage warning light on my jeep. I thought it was a faulty battery. Eric and Corry ran a diagnosis that showed the battery was fine, saved me $198. Very conscientious staff. Highly recommend.

It would be easier if they just turned the screen around and let me find my own parts.

Rude and unknowledable woman. Had an attitude and didnt seem to care to help looking up parts information. This has happened on multiple occasions, not just a single bad day. I give everyone the first one or two times, but after 3 to 5 times of the same bad attitude and lack of knowledge and caring to do the job right, is a pattern and deserves to be known. Also there have been plenty of times when there is only 1 person helping customers while 2 or 3 are standing around talking, laughing, and watching customers wait in line to be helped/checked out by a single employee. Unacceptable.

Marc took over and now there is no such thing as customer service.

These guys have been super helpful to me without trying to sell me more than I need and answered my questions without making me feel like I was a girl (even though I am) that doesnt know anything about an engine.

Everything you expect from an AAP. Staff is friendly and helpful. Varying degrees of experience/expertise, but answered all my questions and got me what I needed.

All around good place for repair and/or replacement parts, the only problem that is not controlled by the employees who work there, is that some parts are only an online order and ship to your house.

The staff know my husband and I very well. If I have questions they always do their best to advise or help me.

I am ONLY writing this review because of the excellent service from a gentleman named Q BUT need to write a review also for the terrible employee named “Judy”. She was so disrespectful to Q in front of many customers and disrespectful to customers. Her attitude was awful!!!!!!!!!!!! And apparently was the manager!!! Yikes. Q was unbelievably polite, patient and hardworking! Thanks, Q! You turned a bad day into a good one!

Not all the employees are as knowledgeable as you would like but they will admit right away if they are unsure, which is nice. Great prices and inventory.

So these guys are not only stupid but ignorant too. Rich didnt know what a PCV Valve was and when i gave him a part number he laughed and said that didnt go to my car. I was looking at the part on my engine (idiot). So after he laughed and said i didnt know what i was talking about, i decided to call Napa Auto Parts; which they had the part and reassured me that Rich and Advance are full of idiots. Save yourself sometime and go anywhere but OReillys and Advance.

Staff are very helpful and you can dispose of used motor oil at this store. You must take the container back with you, but no disposal fees.

Did not have basic rental tools like a brake piston compressor and was told they “never had those” after which the representative tried to sell me the tool.Drove to oreilly auto parts 2 mins down the road and received the service and loaner tool I was looking for.

Had a caliper i bought fail, they replaced it and the rotor it tore up no questions asked. If the staff doesnt know, they know where to get an answer for you at.
