I just needed a VIN verification, had it been anything else I would have left immediately. There was absolutely no kind of professionalism or organization to be seen. But apparently they lost the only set if keys to a customers car and were unable to do anything to repair his car because he was unable to provide them a second key

You ever came across someone who was aggressively nice? Thats how the gentlemen who helped us was like this afternoon. A nice know it all. Not very informative, not very welcoming, I didnt really understand what was going to happen when I got apit stop I was told I could stay in my car and the next thing I knew I was finished. There was Noone else being serviced and I felt like they could have talked to me more instead I felt like I was being rushed out.This isnt the first time Ive had problems in the service center.Theres a lady that works there her name is Amanda, she has a VERY stank attitude. I remember once I needed to drop off our other car to get repaired and usually they have my insurance on file and when I had a hard time locating my paper one she plain as day looked at her coworker they laughed and she said what she thought was only meant for them to hear I bet they dont even have any insurance. I felt very stereotyped and once again Noone else was waiting to get serviced besides us and I felt like I was being rushed out, she became very very irritated with me crossing her arms, shaking her leg staring me down to where I felt anxious because Im guessing it was close to her time to go home and I was stopping her from that. Not a very pleasant experience, when I called to speak to the general manager I never got a call back, he was in a meeting, theyd leave my message then Id call back and oh hed left for the day and hadnt got my message so.I also had to get my engine replaced once and didnt get any information on where the engine came from and Ive asked and asked but I just get an itemized receipt multiple times so, I dont know sometimes I feel like they arent fixing things the way they say, they seem very shady to me.My sales person is amazing, though he first sold us a car that went straight into negative equity, he helped get us another car brand new. Made us feel very important and valued and was very informative.

Fast service. Easily make an appointment online. Theyboffered suggestions on additional services that they recommended based on what the techs saw. However, they were not pushy in the slightest when I chose to postpone those services. Feel comfortable going to the dealership for all my Honda needs.

My experience with these salons is not very pleasant. We bought a car in this salon in November 2017. And only at the closing of the loan, we learned that we were handed the maintenance of our car, but did not say a word about this paid service. Be careful when buying a car in this salon, read carefully the documents that you sign, because there may be the same services that were imposed on us without warning about them!P. S. Because of the service contract, we overpaid $ 7,000 more for the car than it was worth in two years.(
The Best dealership in the Springs area!!! The most professional and honest men that I have ever dealt with in the business . I bought 2 cars in the span of one week. This shop does good work. Occasionally they will not remount your donut (tire repair), and diagnostics are pricey, but they do stand behind their work.
Took my vehicle in for the first service of its life. Normal oil, filter and tire rotation. Decided to mark my tires to see if they got rotated. Drop my vehicle off and go pick it up a few hours later. Pay for everything, 57$ out the door. Go to check my tires and see they aren’t rotated. Go back inside and get a terrible excuse saying, since they are so new we didn’t rotate them but we didn’t communicate it to the advisor. Some BS. Needless to say, all trust lost with this dealership service department. Love the sale department but will never have my vehicle serviced here again.

I have never been treated so poorly. No one came out when I pulled up, when they did I asked if they could read my codes also and the guy couldnt answer my question. When I went to wait for someone to take my info everyone I could see was busy talking so I went and sat down in the waiting area. When they did come to get me signed in, they informed me it would be 2 1/2 hours. My complaint besides the terrible customer service was, why wouldnt you tell me that when I pulled up! Highly NOT recommended!!

Never trust these people!I am editing this review today, 01/03/1919 to let everyone know that Mike Maroone Honda has the worse service and customer care. On 11/27/18 I purchased an extended warranty for my Honda CR-V Touring 2016 and guy told me it will cover everything except some rubber parts. I asked him if it covers battery and he said yes. Few days later, I went there to fix my my vehicle as I was having trouble with starting. After diagnosis they said it needs new battery. I was shocked when they asked me to pay for battery saying that extended warranty doesnt cover it. I went to the guy called Jake Leatherwood, who sold me the extended warranty. He said, battery is not covered by extended warranty. I asked him, then why you told me other day that everything is covered, including battery and altinator? He was speechless..I decided to cancel my extended warranty and Jake told me that refund will be mailed to me, and Ill get within three to five business days. Today, January 3rd, 2019, and its over a month and still they didnt refund my money. Last time they told me that the check has been mailed. But yesterday another guy in finance department said its on the refund process.Long story short, dont trust these people. They are like a licensed scamers, cheaters and robbers...I really hate this place and yet I have to go there. Because, its most convenient and nearest location for me. The employees are not professional as they should. I have RoadVantage coverage to replace my tires but constantly they have been asking me to pay for the tires. I called the RoadVantage and they said it should be replaced free of cost. These people are either dishonest or not professional. I ended up going to Discount Tire and they replaced it without any cost to me.
Oil change is cheap, but the professionalism in the service department is terrible.
