Brad, the GM, was amazing and went above and beyond for me and my fiance! They fixed his hail damage quickly and beautifully! They also do vinyl wraps, so they wrapped his emblems. (Brad offered it because he thought it would look good, fiance agreed) They also do detailing and ceramic coating. For my car, I got their silver package ceramic coating. Seriously I do not know why I never got this originally! All water, EVEN ICE, just beads up and it is so easy to clean.Anyways, they also go by Ceramicpro as well; they are worth a visit. PLUS they have an office puppy!!

I dented my back fender pretty badly right in the line of the car and I was afraid it wasnt fixable. Not only did they repair it in a timely manner but the car looks brand new. I couldnt be happier with the experience I had here. This was my first time trying out PDR, they were very kind and informative of the entire process. I had a recent door ding after two weeks of owning my car and this place helped me in any way they could. Due to the type of dent I had there was only so much to be done without getting a new paint job for the door. They gave me estimates on the spot for if I decide to pursue a paint job. I took my 2017 Traverse to them to have the hail damage repaired. When I picked my car up I was so happy to see how great it looked. Even the tires had been shined. When I got into the car I was absolutely floored to see that they had detailed the inside. It was spotless! And none of the work was even done on the inside. It looked like a new car. I have taken my car to other places to have the oil changed and had grease on the steering wheel, inside door handles and the mat. Even had the windshield replaced somewhere else and they left all the black rubber bits on the dash. How awesome it is to pick your car up and be so pleased with the work! I would recommend them 150%!!

WOW! Where can I start about Professional PDR?? If I could I would rate this dent repair, tint/clear bra, detail, and ceramic coating shop 100 stars!!! I have never had a dent repair done on a car before in my life but I just recently bought a used 2014 Lexus IS250 F Sport and noticed after the fact a small dime to quarter sized dent on the rear door that I didn’t see before. At first I was gonna just live with it but it kept bothering me so I decided to get a quote on fixing it. The only place I knew of that might be able to help was a local body shop that recommended Bill (owner of Professional PDR) to me. The guy at the body shop originally quoted me a price, that I thought was reasonable, for the repair so I decided to call Bill and see if he could get it done today. He informed me that he could. Not only did Bill personally fix my dent in 30 minutes or less but he also let me watch him do it and walked me through the whole process. I sat there and chatted with him about his business while he immaculately fixed the dent. It looks like it never happened! AND, to top the whole experience off he charged me WAY less than I was expecting!! I am blown away by the whole experience and customer service from Bill at Professional PDR! WOW! What an absolutely amazing experience I had with them today! From walking into the door talking to the receptionist all the way to the GM, Brad Downey introducing himself. Everyone was so kind and helpful. The quality of work Brad did on my vehicle was amazing. I originally went in for an estimate on my car that was involved in a hit and run. I really only needed a popping sound from my driver side door to stop catching the fender done making a popping sound done first. The dent could wait in my opinion since it didnt irritate me as bad as that sound from the door and fender. Brad was kind enough to fix it free of charge. I could have given him the biggest hug ever, but because of the pandemic I couldnt :( . Brad Downey also sent me an extremely thorough estimate not 20 minutes later on the entire damages done. I am very confident that I will ONLY be doing business here. What a great first impression. I got the warm and fuzzies from beginning to end and knew my vehicle would be in great hands. Having only recently experiencing my first hail storm since living in Colorado, I was at a loss as to where to take my car to have it returned to its former glory. I have never in my life had the pleasure of dealing with impeccable professionalism, service, and quality of work. The owner insured I was taken care of just like I was family. My insurance company missed roof hail damage resulting in my vehicle having to be painted which delayed the 3 to 5 day original estimation of vehicle being fixed. The owner personally made sure I had vehicle access and ensured my ability to make it to work while the paint shop had my vehicle. The owners work was complete on his repair and no longer had possession of my vehicle and still took care of me and family. Once I received my vehicle it was perfect and it was washed inside and out! Took my 2018 Cadillac Escalade in for a door ding that went all the way down to the metal. They fixed the dent and had the entire door repainted instead of cutting corners and only painting the effected section of the door. I was able to turn the car in a few days after the quote on a Tuesday and get it back by Friday. The price didnt change from the quote I received. I picked up my car vacuumed and washed too. Would absolutely use again.

I just had an Interior Detail with Professional PDR and DANG does the inside of my car look good! Not only did they clean the inside (which was all they were supposed to do) but they cleaned the outside as well. I called about a self inflicted dent and they were able to see me right away. I arrived and met Bill who gave me a fair estimate. The work took about an hour and they perfectly repaired the dent with no damage to the paint. He then applied a 10% military discount off the estimate, which wasnt necessary. Eric at Professional PDR was nothing short of extremely professional. Professional PDR was able to get my 2016 4Runner in the day after I dropped it off and within a couple days and some coordination with my insurance company, had a revised cost estimate and estimated completion date. A week and a half later, my 4Runner, which sustained about $6000 in damage, was back in my hands and good as new. These guys did a great job and I recommend them to anyone in need of hail repair.

I have a 2000 GMC Sierra that I accidentally dented on the rear bed panel with a large box TV that had fallen. June 23rd 2019 my car was backed into by a careless driver in a Safeway parking lot, it was a Sunday evening and we had planned a road trip to California for a car rally months before and were leaving that Friday. I called around the next Monday for quotes and for someone to get me in immediately to fix the massive dent on my rear passenger side fender, stressing to them that I needed this car back in top shape before the rally. With no luck I decided to just drive the car to a shop in hopes that somone can repair it that week, and these were the first guys I chose. A gentlemen by the name of Phil came out to look at the damage and started off with a reasonable quote, but changed his mind and made a better offer I couldnt refuse and told me to bring it in the next morning on Tuesday. He did what he could in a short time and with me only wanting to do dent pulling to keep the cost low, and to my surprise when I came back for my car, you couldnt see the dent anymore. I was more than pleased with his work, and even bragged about it to other auto enthusiasts during the rally in Socal. Now paint was taken off when the vehicle hit mine, but after the dent was repaired, my wife was able to cover it up with a vinyl wrap design that actually matched the car perfectly, and I promsied Phil when we returned from our trip that I will have everything else properly repaired through them via insurance claim.
