Andrew Kirk the Assistant General Manager is by far the most professional person Ive ever had the privilege of working with. Shortly after leaving the repair shop my battery failed. I called Andrew and without hesitation he grabbed a jump box and headed my way. I returned to the shop and after a quick check my battery was in need of replacement. I purchased a new battery and Andrew replaced it for me. If that isnt top notch customer service then I simply dont know what it is.

When no one would take my Jeep because it was too muddy from trying to rescue someone else, they took it.Matthew Galdin worked diligently and tirelessly with me and the insurance company until we could resolve my case. They were sympathetic to my situation and did not quit on me after my insurance took over a month to provide an estimate. The GM, Dale personally also gave me a walk through of the assessed damages on the first day . They made me feel like I was their #1 customer. I was working with Chris and he answered any questions I had and also got back to me very fast everytime. I recently moved to the Springs so I thoroughly researched to find the best auto body collision center here. There is not a shop that has higher ratings and reviews on any of the leading sites! As well, there Better Business Bureau rating is impeccable. When I initially visited the shop Dale, the manager, gave me a full tour of the facility and explained the entire process to me. The insurance company only gave me $2600 so Chris negotiated with them to get enough money to do a proper repair which cost over $7000. Andrew and David managed the process and kept in touch with me on a regular basis. When I picked up the truck, not only was the work perfect, but they even repaired a tiny dent that wasnt even a part of the accident. This is one of the most professional companies I have ever dealt with!

Great workmanship on painting the left side of the whole truck in December 2019.I noticed a couple weeks later the r-roof mould was missing. Called, voicemail left, no reply. Not a huge deal for me.Then I noticed the rubber gasket on the driver door handle was off, again no big deal.Today, I left my fob in the truck to run (first time ever since the paint job) and brought my standard keys. They didn’t work, the lock was fine but I’m guessing the rod connecting to the key port in the door was never reattached when the handle was put back on so I had no way to mechanically open the truck and had to use roadside. I don’t troll or leave negative reviews ever but I just wanted to show my experience. The paint job was top notch but when we did a walk-around afterwards I guess I was too enfatuated with it to notice the discrepancies. So, if you get work here, just actually do a thorough inspection to make sure everything is present and in good working order.
My car was hit in the parking lot while I was at work. I have been in the Car business since 2000. I knew where to take my car for the best work, Red Noland Collision Center of coarse. But just for the heck of it, I took it to my dealership. They wanted double to do the same extra work. When I walked in to Red Noland I was greeted with a Friendly hello from Penny and was asked if I wanted a water. Then I met the Manager Matthew, Matthew what can I say. I wish everybody was like this guy friendly Professional and courteous. Im a car guy and my car is older, they dont even make the car I drive anymore. Yet still I might as well have pull up in a Exotic car, they treated me like a VIP! The Communication during the repair process was A+. When they called me to tell me my car was done I was excited to see the work. As they pulled my car around the corner to the front. I felt like I was on one of those Hot Rod shows! Great customer service, clear communication and fair prices. We had a can of paint thinner stored in the rafters of our garage, and one warm summer day the can began to leak on the side view mirror of our relatively new Subaru Crosstrek. The paint bubbled and fell off, and the mirror itself was in bad shape; Red Noland helped us to price both a repaint and a full replacement of the mirror, and (finding the latter to be more cost effective) quickly accomplished the work.

SEE UPDATE BELOW THIS INITIAL REVIEWOld-> Ive been waiting for a response to my first email over 6 months ago regarding the problems with their work on my car. Apparently quality service is non-existent at Red Noland Collison. I will never use this company again and will warn everyone that I can, not to ever use Red Noland Collison. It was the worst experience ever simply working with Matthew. Over the phone, he was great at selling how awesome the company is and how well my car will end up, but when I got there, and through the rest of the 32 days my car was there (just for a new bumper, windshield, & painting the front half the car), he treated me completely the opposite. Then, on top of that, I received it back with paint on my chrome/silver rims, window tint coming off my driver door window and the black strip along the chrome strip under the back seat passengers window was half torn off from when the painting prep materials were applied/removed. Too bad they didnt know or more likely care to add the prep materials to cover my chrome/silver rims before painting my car a very dark gray! Removing the parts to paint them as their website says was definitely NOT done with my car. The worst part is, no one cared to contact me about the poor work I informed the company of months and months ago. Lifetime warranty on their work is apparently a lie. Maybe its just for some people and not others. Discrimination? It appears and feels that way. Maybe posting this will get them to actually reach out to me and Ill finally receive a response since my emails were ignored. Quite doubtful. But if so, I hope its someone above Matthew because I do not want to have to speak with him ever again. Oh, and their detail job was worse than if I had a 8 year old kid do it.**NEW UPDATE: After I posted this, the owner called me the next day and had Dale Francis call me. He said they were going to fix every issue I had! When they got my car to fix the issues. Not only did they give me their very nice loaner vehicle, they brought it to me and picked up my car an hour away in Canon City! I couldnt believe they did that for me! They fixed everything except one problem wasnt resolved with the first attempt to redo. So I informed Dale Francis, and not only did he not question my opinion, but he had the loaner car BROUGHT to me AGAIN in Canon City and picked up my car! He fixed it PLUS MORE! He had my window tint redone and had my left headlight polished, which wasnt even in the list in the beginning just to go above and beyond what they were responsible for! My front left rim still needed work and instead of just fixing the paint still on it, he split the cost of redoing all 4 rims with me! And, he didnt spilt the retail price, he split the actual cost and I only paid $300 for ALL FOUR rims to be refinished! I am so impressed by their response (when the owner finally found out there was a problem with their original service). They went so above and beyond what they were responsible for, just to make sure I finally had a great result from doing business with them. I dont believe ANY OTHER COMPANY will EVER be so amazing in their work to satisfy their customer! Dale Francis is SO UNBELIEVABLY AWESOME! I had an AMAZING EXPERIENCE with him compared to the first time with Matthew. Request Dale and you will have a beyond great experience!

Red Noland body shop brought my 2016 Nissian maxima back to life. When my car got into an accident I thought it was over like beyond repairable but boy was I wrong.... the team at Red Noland brought my maxima back to life. Chris French went above an beyond to take care of my car and needs he was awesome. Also penny was always very kind an helpful. The manager there was also very nice cool guy even offering me a car while it needed to be touched up. I’m extremely greatful an will definitely recommend the body shop to friends and family. Definitely not the service I had on my first experience. Picking up our vehicle, I found dirt under the new paint, and was told I “could find this on new Range Rovers”. Washing the car later, I noticed you can see where the technician wrote instructions on the body panel, showing through the paint. Returning car to make it right.

Third time taking one our cars here for body work. Two other times were a great experience but the last one was so so. First issue was our passenger window developed a glaze from paint Im assuming. Thought it was on the outside glass but turns out its on the inside on the window tint. Not too big of a deal, Ill just have to take it to our window tint shop and maybe get darker tints. However, the second issue is that the passenger door will not unlock anymore with our key fob in my pocket. All others do except the passenger door. Not sure if the quarter panel they replaced had a sensor in it but Ive tried messing with the vehicle convenience settings with no success. Sadly, Ill probably seek out another shop for future body work.UPDATE: Took it back and they got me in same day and apparently when the door was put back together a wire was interfering with the receiver on the door for the keyless entry. Now just need to get my window tints stripped and replaced.

Had my truck repaired here for sand damage recently. The quality of the repair and paint job they did is beyond any expectations I had. It looks like a new truck. My estimator (Chris) was extremely professional and worked with me on any and all concerns I had with the process. Extremely friendly staff and management, even in the current world conditions. They made sure my vehicle was disinfected completely before I picked it up. The little things they did and do for everyone that gets a service here definitely sets them apart from every other shop in town. I took my car to Red Nolan for some repairs based on the reviews. I dealt mostly with Andrew, who was my service advisor. Andrew was professional and knowledgeable. He walked me through the process and always kept me up to date with the progress of my car. He also seemed to have my best interest in mind the entire time they had my car. Every single time I have brought a vehicle to red Noland collision center the work has been impeccable. First it was my Nissan leaf which was rear ended and they repaired it like new. Second was my Nissan Altima and it had been hit by someone in the middle of the night and caused $8600 worth of damage. The work they did on my Altima was just as good as the leaf. it was spotless. On top of that, the customer service and the Work staff are all phenomenal people. I have not met a single person at red Noland collision that has given me any sort of hard time about getting my car repaired or about making sure that it was right.

I called this place over a month ago because I heard they are the best in body repair after I was rear ended. I left a message for the service manager to call me back (I believe his name is Chris) to get my car scheduled. Glad I didnt count on this place. Never received a call back, my car endured over $10,000 in damages which I gave my business to Service King on Stone Mesa. Service king was very professional giving me updates weekly. I do not recommend Red Noland for auto repairs.

Used to be good, but dont bother now--Ive had them do body work on 2 vehicles in the past, and it was good. Called today to get an estimate, and they cant do a simple ESTIMATE until July??? The hailstorms were last summer, so I thought they might be caught up OR hire more people by now, but guess not. Well, if you can turn away an $11,000 job, business must be very good.

I had a Mini Cooper S that sustained some hail damage and was sideswiped on the front bumper that I had Red Noland repair. I was originally quoted one week for the service, and it ended up taking five weeks before I could pick up the car. Every time I called, the service writer I spoke with, Henry, stated that the car would be ready to pick up next week. After a few weeks of the run-around, I eventually spoke with Dale, the general manager, and he was able to assuage my concerns and get things taken care of. When I picked up the car, I brought it home only to find that the airbag light had come on. I called Red Noland back and they immediately sent someone to pick the car up and take it back to the shop, where they reset the computer and the light went away. It never did come back on.As for the actual quality of their work, the paintwork on the car was absolutely stunning, as was the detail job. I did have an issue where a piece of my a-pillar trim came off on the highway, and Red Noland replaced it for me at no charge, and with very little hassle, since they had removed that trim to repair the roof. Months later, I was power washing my car when little strips of paint began to come off of the front bumper, which had been repainted. I immediately brought it back to Red Noland, where Dale explained to me that the strips of paint were likely coming off due to cracks in the bumper paint where someone had tapped me in a parking lot, flexed the bumper, and cracked the paint, and that this was not a warranty issue. With that said, he told me that he would go ahead and repaint the small section of the bumper as a goodwill repair at no charge to me.Overall, I am impressed with Red Noland Collisions quality of work and their warranty, even if there were some issues with their customer service while they had my car. I would recommend them to a friend, but I would caution them to get a rental car.

Well...I had my vehicle towed to Red Nolan Collision after having some rock damage to my truck because they are a State Farm repair center. Long story short, my truck sat there for 3 weeks while they did nothing. They said the damage to my truck was a total loss due to engine damage. When I asked for more info they said they had to call me back. Then they said it was not engine damage, they said it was a water pump issue. It was not. The rocks broke a bracket under my hood which caused other problems. After I paid to have it towed somewhere else since I no longer trusted their competency, I now have the broken bracket and am currently pursing state farm to cover the accident since Red got it wrong. 2 weeks later....the GM of Red Nolan Collision tracked down my truck which was currently at Midas. Asked Midas about some missing parts, then illegally searched my truck. He then called me, said I owed HIM personally a ton of money and that I was going to come into Red Nolan Collision and tell him everything thats been going on with my truck...I told him to leave me alone and I called the police. The police report is still outstanding

Dale Francis, the body shop manager, worked directly with us when we had questions about the actual work being done.Kelly Johnson kept us informed every step of the way regarding estimate updates, contacting insurance, etc.Very professional team, great service, excellent collision work.I would highly recommend Red Nowland Collision over any of the other collision businesses in Colorado Springs.
So I recently got rear-ended in my subí and they were so quick to work with my schedule and get me in for an estimate - which also went extremely quick! Even while I was there, another customer showed up with his vehicle that was damaged significantly, and even though he did not have an appointment, or any information really on who to bill for the damages, they took the absolute best care of him and his concerns. While I have not had my vehicle fixed yet, I will be sure to update this review once I have after returning from South America.

What a great experience. My car was devastated by the hail storm in August of 2018, for a year I was driving around with a damaged vehicle, and when the time came to have my 2016 Subaru STI repaired I was informed by Heuberger Subaru they used Red Noland Collision Repair. Upon my arrival I was immediately greeted with the smiling face of Ms. Penny and superb experience and expertise of Andrew Kurth and Chris French. The day they took my vehicle for repairs I was contacted by Andrew, who is incredibly punctual and precise as an individual and as a representative of Red Noland. He expressed to me the details and intricacies of the stages of repairs every step of the way. Anytime I needed advise and Andrew wasn’t available I would speak with Chris, who is a representative with amazing people skills, and a let’s do it right the first time attitude. Within no time my vehicle was fully restored and looked BRAND NEW! I’m still in awe of the excellent attention to detail that was given to my vehicle. When it comes to the experience and honesty of the staff, technicians, and the owner Michael Jorgensen accept no substitute.
