Girl friend was driving my 2011 jeep grand cherokee and a semi blew a tire and flung a piece or metal into my bumper leaving a huge gash. They replaced my bumper in 2 days and I decided to replace both head lights, 1 was broken and having condensation issues. Paint matches the car perfectly. Looks fantastic. Don’t take high end cars/suv’s here. I had a progressive claim that is still being looked at after 18 months. Ford in Lakewood CO finally found what everyone won’t look at. The steering box. It has been broken since the accident and making clicking sounds. These guys didn’t find it. Now I have a dealership telling me it doesn’t look like it was from the accident, but looks like my front end was reinstalled incorrectly and they pushed the box out of alignment breaking it. $2,900 in damages. Yay for me. 🤬. **Edit did go back and was told “You should take this somewhere else as this is out of the area of what we know ‘as auto body people’”

They took great care of my vehicle, got it back to me before we had originally anticipated and it looks just like it did when I drove it off the lot. Oh and they cleaned the interior! Thanks guys!!!

Absolutely the worst shop Ive dealt with. Theyre a progressive approved collision center. The troll that called my wife this morning said our vehicle was done. Not ten minutes later we got a call back saying she was incorrect and that it would be done in about an hour. An hour goes by and they call us saying its done. We show up and they inform us they confused our car with another and they werent sure when our car would be done. They offered us a rental car which I refused because I had already missed 90 minutes of work and wasnt going to either take more time off to pick up a rental or leave my wife and two small children there to wait for the rental to show up that they would probably screw up reserving anyways. Well see how long it actually takes them to finish fixing a golf ball sized dent in a plastic bumper. I will NEVER bring a car to them again.
