Brian, Celina and Julie did a fantastic job of estimating, getting my car in, prepped and painted in only 5 business days. The paint match is 100%, the detail in getting older chips or scrapes was top notch, and the customer service was very professional. My car was purchased only 4 weeks ago and most who know me know that I am extremely particular about the way my car(s) look, given this isnt my first rodeo, Eurocar Collision is one of the best paint jobs Ive used in the last 30 years. My car looks brand new!! Very professional, detailed oriented, and willing to take care of their customers. If you want your car painted correctly, youre making a mistake taking it anywhere else.

My experience with Eurocars has been absolutely terrible. I took my car in for some minor body work. Repairs were estimated to take 4-5 days. Today is day 17. I have received two updates during this time period. Calls in are not returned. I have absolutely no idea what has been done, what needs to be done, or why it is taking so long because of the lack of communication. I have given up and will have the repairs completed elsewhere. The reviews were great and they were highly recommended, but obviously have gone downhill. I will not recommend this business at all.

I have used Eurocars Collision for hail repair on my truck, powder coating wheels and painting accessories on several of my Porsches. They always do an outstanding job, delivering high quality results with a quick turn around. I highly recommend for body, paint and powder coating. They painted my mirrors and end plates on my 996 GT3, added vinyl side stripes and refinished my track wheels.

Several months ago my Subaru Impreza was rear-ended in an accident.The Insurance company from the guy who hit me contacted me about where they wanted me to take the car to be repaired. Before doing anything I contacted Heuberger Subaru in Colorado Springs. They have done all the service work on my families Subarus. (thats all we own)I spoke with Patrick Riegle and Matt Klinker for their input on the repairs needed. They said they only have two Subaru authorized shops they work with. One of them was Eurocars Collision. I called them the next day, spoke with Celina, who put me in touch with Alan Byer. They were on top of this from the first phone call. Set up appt for me to bring the car in.I met Celina and Alan, most professional! Alan went over everything with me, all parts (everything) would be genuine new Subaru factory parts. No aftermarket or used parts. Alan filled out all paperwork and contacted the other guys insurance company on my behalf. I got approval immediately and Alan made arrangements for me to drop my car off. The other guys insurance paid for my rental car, Alan and Celina had Hertz there to pick me up the day I dropped off my car. Made arrangements with Hertz and got the rental car. (a brand new Subaru Impreza of course!)Alan kept me posted on the entire process from beginning to end. Parts Ordered, work started, progressing nicely. I got a call from Alan earlier this week with my car scheduled to be completed Thurs.I left work, drove to Eurocars Collision and was met at the door. My car was under the covered drive - looking better that the day I bought it. All repairs done perfectly and a full detail done to car inside and out. I mean they did everything! Car was absolutely spotless. Everything was cleaned, Alan and Celina took care of my rental car and as they say in the movies, I drove off into the sunset!(Did I mention the other guys insurance paid for everything!)I highly recommend Eurocars Collision for any work you might need. Eurocars installed 2 modifications on my Tesla Model 3.Both were done on time and the one on the outside looks great - cannot tell its an add-on. Looks like it was part of the car from the factory.The other is hidden - anti-sway bars. They work as intended, Im very pleased.Will be returning in a couple of weeks for one more modification.

He kept me informed at every step and he carefully looked at what was planned to be done for my car and found some ways to get things done better and cheaper. The car look brand new. Met with an accident on our first day of vacation in Colorado. The park ranger crossed the yellow line and hit our truck on head . Tried reaching the park office for help but no one helped. We took our truck to Euro cars to make sure that the vehicle in is driving condition to head back home. From the beginning the staff were super helpful. The service staff Justin was so courteous and took time in his busy schedule to inspect our truck without an appointment. Thankfully the car was in driving condition. Euro cars DID NOT CHARGE US ANYTHING except they wished us to have a safe trip home ! This is exceptional customer service ! Highly recommend this business.

Absolute fantastic service! They replaced my cars poor mangled bumper, and it looks brand new. Additionally, I had my wheels powder coated, and the color turned out awesome! They even fixed the curb rash, and it looks perfect!

When our BMW was struck by a drunk driver I was very nervous about the repair process as it involved quite a bit of structural work. I damaged the front end and bumper on my new galvanic gold BMW. Several shops in town expressed concern about being able to match the color and pearl so I began deep research for a good body shop that works on high end cars. I found Eurocars. This body shop matched the paint on the new bumper perfectly, applied a new clear bra, detailed the car spotless. This shop renewed my confidence in auto body repair. They know high end cars, attention to detail, and do amazing work.

When a crazy lady ran a red light, I was left scared and stressed, and my car was left almost totaled. After doing some research, I decided to use Eurocars for the repair work. This is one of the best decisions I have ever made. Right from the start, the Eurocar team took care of everything. Selena helped me fill out the initial paperwork, and then Justin took over. I was blown away at what good communication both Selena and Justin have. They regularly emailed me with information, and Justin would text me updates each week on the car. Perhaps more importantly, they handled EVERYTHING with my insurance company -- getting updated estimates processed and obtaining the additional repair funds without any issues and without me having to do anything at all. When I picked up the car, I almost cried. It was perfect, like new, and all of the work is guaranteed for life. I took my Tesla Model 3 in for hail damage repair on the hood, quarter panels and elsewhere. The repair work was flawless and amazing!!!! They were even able to fix hail dents without removing the paint protection film. The car looked like the clock was rewound and the hail damage never happened. I absolutely recommend Eurocars collision!

My 2012 Lexus GX460’s front bumper was not mounted properly, which happened during the first owner’s time with the vehicle. Eurocars was recommended by a coworker and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I talked to Sam when I dropped the vehicle off for an assessment. Sam was very transparent with their findings and how much it would cost for the repair. One comment Sam made that helped sell me on Eurocars was their focus on doing the job right, not fast. The results were amazing. The new bumper lines are perfect, the paint is exceptional and a perfect match, and the overall look of the front end is like new. Alan was amazing and explained everything in great detail. I knew exactly what was being done to my car, the cost of the repairs, and the time frame. It took 10 days for my car to be finished and Alan loaned me a rental car from the shop without charge, therefore saving me about $700-1,000 on a rental. He also kept me informed throughout the entire process of any changes and called to make sure I didn’t have any concerns or questions. Celina was just as amazing. She was always cheerful to see me and greeted me with a smile. She carefully gathered all paperwork and answered all questions in a timely manner. My 2019 Toyota Tacoma got hailed on and I was so upset about my new truck being damaged. I am a very picky BMW owner and extremely cautious on who repairs my vehicles, this is the only shop in Colorado Springs that I completely trust. There are no hassles, you are constantly updated in any changes and the process is stress free. To top if off since there is a huge Military Community in the area, they work hand in hand with USAA. Try them out, you will not be disappointed and not look elsewhere for all your repair needs.

I reached out to an employee at Eurocars Collision who I had worked with previously when this location was a different collision center. He had promised to apply a product called CilaJet to my vehicle, which is designed to protect the paint. The previous collision center at this address had applied it, and the employee (initials JA, not sure if Google will let me leave an actual name), who I had worked with in the past, said they even had some of the product from the previous application. He agreed to perform this application.Over the course of two weeks, I sent two e-mails and left four voicemail messages, all on different days. This employee did not return any of my calls, and after two weeks sent a short e-mail reneging on the promise he had made on the phone two weeks earlier because they were too busy.This would not have been nearly as much of a problem for me if he had just let me know within a few days that they were unable to perform the work. But after two e-mails and four voicemails being ignored over a two week period, I would not recommend this company to anyone. This type of behavior is simply unprofessional and is inexcusable for a business.
