Update:Got a response from their online sales and everything has been going smoothly, this is why I am adjusting my rating to 4 stars. So far so good, looks like my lead time is 6 - 8 weeks for the range.
Dissappointing. Poor selection of appliances. More high end but few Samsung/LG etc. There were not many prices found on items. We like to look at appliances on our own. We will go to Denver.

We had a good buying experience at mountain high. Our salesperson was well informed and straight forward with what he thought would work best for us. I wish they had the display for the brand we were looking for though. We have not received our Avianca yet so I cannot comment on follow-through.
Was able to meet with a rep to discuss appliance options for a refrigerator we were looking for and discuss pro and cons to the models available on the showroom floor. In the end, opted to purchase what we were looking for. The only drawback is the uncertainty for when the appliance will actually arrive. This long lead time is the only concern we had.

We have now gone to Mountain High Appliance twice for appliances since we got appliances in an old house and are now buying them for a new house! They are amazing! Every experience with them has been wonderful! They have been so patient and helpful when explaining different features and brands.

Wish I could use Zero stars. No service after the sale!!! Sales staff was friendly enough for this kind of store but they were not good at getting back to us. When we did buy our new Sub Zero built in refrigerator we figured all that was all behind us. We of course had to wait for a couple months for the delivery, again not surprising in these days. The delivery and installation companies did a great job. Then, just two days short of the first month, the refrigerator FAILED. These things happen. This is where the poor customer service really came out. Mountain High would absolutely not help us out--would not even return our phone calls after multiple attempts. Left many messages for sales lady and the manager and they wouldnt even call us. We visited the store and coulkd not get past the receptionist--the person we needed to talk to was always out. We were forced to deal directly with the Sub Zero company to get the defective unit replaced. We are now in the second month of waiting for the new one to arrive, with another couple months to go. Assuming this one works we will have been 7 months without a fridge. We have the remaining kitchen appliances to replace and will go ANYWHERE else. For a $14K purchase you would expect better...or at least some customer service.UPDATE: After ignoring us as described above throughout the experience, as soon as I wrote the review, THEN, the store finally decided to try to contact us. No reason to speak to them now of course since we were left to perform our own customer service. The good news is that through the Sub Zero replacement we found a dealership in Denver (that the factory recommends) for our future upgrades. If you go with Mountain High I hope to are lucky enough to receive a flawless unit, otherwise, you will get nothing from them.
Mountain high appliances in Colorado Springs, Their customer service is terrible. first of all I was not kept informed of any of the delays during the covid -19 pandemic and then when I called them for a service call, the lady I talked to said that she would contact GE and set up an appointment, well 3 Days later and no call or information from GE, I had to go online and set up an appointment.
The worst customer service I’ve ever received. Paid for a technician to come into the home and measure the specifications for a new washer and dryer unit and no one called back after a week. Called multiple times to follow up on the appointment and order a new unit and the sales rep is always out and the manager at head quarters has been avoiding my calls. They took the money for the inspection and vanished. Avoiding emails and not returning calls. Very very disappointed.

I tried to buy a Wolf or Thermador Oven set but couldnt get a call back from the rep. I left a personal vm and the the next day another vm in the general mailbox but recd no call back. I had to leave 1 star to post but really no star would be appropriate.Movin on....

I am updating my review from 1 star here because the Sales Manager Brad reached out today to try to make this right. There were several miscommunications that caused all of the issues, but I really appreciated that Brad and Mountain High wanted to do what they could to make it right even though the fault was not solely theirs. I would recommend this company but if you are working with a builder I would caution that you ask the builder to go over your appliances before they place the order because miscommunications happen. As with anything, clear communication is key to making sure things happen smoothly and for whatever reason that didn’t happen in my case but I’m grateful that they are willing to help us get the appliances our family needs.Previous Review: I will not recommend this company to anyone I know and I won’t be coming back again. In fact, I will go out of my way to tell people not to come here. Our home builder in Pueblo West uses Mountain High as their appliance supplier. They instructed us to select our appliances back in September. I called Kanessa who is their liaison and told her who our builder is, she set up an appointment and asked us to come in. When we arrived she told us that they didn’t have any of the builder’s standard appliances in stock to look at and immediately pulled out her tablet and referred us to the website. We drove an hour with 2 small children and a 5 month old baby to see appliances to be told that we needed to go on the website. Who does that? She should have told us on the phone. Or at the very least she should have apologized when we arrived. I was extremely frustrated and drove back home, but I resolved to give them a chance. I placed my order with Kanessa over the phone. I gave her my email asking for a confirmation of those selections. I never received the email confirming my selections even though she called me a second time to confirm my email address. Then we walk into the house a few weeks ago and see that the appliances are not what I ordered from Kanessa. With 3 small children and a very messy mother who lives with us I asked Kanessa to order fingerprint resistant stainless and a nonstick microwave and a fridge with the ice on bottom because we need all the space on the top of the refrigerator. LITERALLY NONE OF THISE THINGS was ordered. I had 3 stainless steel appliances and an upgraded fingerprint resistant stainless steel dishwasher. So I have a brand new house with appliances I didn’t even order and guess what? The appliances DON’T EVEN MATCH! I called Kanessa and politely told her that the wrong appliances were ordered, she promptly said that she remembered exactly what I was talking about - she remembered taking my order. She said she was so sorry and she wasn’t sure how this had happened. She told me she would call me the following morning 1st thing to let me know what could be done with such short notice because everything is on back order because of COVID. Well guess what? It’s been over a week now and she still hasn’t called me back. She disrespected our time from the moment we walked in the door. She took my order and said she would email a confirmation but didn’t and then she ordered the wrong appliances and said she would try to make it right and she didn’t even call me back. Much of my experience with this company has been very frustrating. They don’t care about the customer and they have no regard for your time and I’m stuck with appliances that don’t work for my family. The sales staff isn’t friendly or warm either. None of my interactions with them have ever been notable. They quickly shuffle you along. For the high end place they claim to be service should be impeccable. They aren’t high end, they just charge a ton of money and give you terrible service. Shop at Lowe’s or Home Depot, you’ll spend less money and have better service and you’ll actually get what you ordered.
I ordered a freezer in June, they told me up front it wont be delivered until August. I was ok with that. In mid August I contacted them and was told delivery will be end of October. Not happy but ok. End of October I call them again to find out delivery would not be until March 2021. Considering they had my full payment for 5 months I was surprised when they offered a refund but did ZERO to try and make it right by looking at other options. So unless you dont need your new appliances for several months go shop elsewhere. I ordered from Home Depot and they are delivering a freezer in one week.
Are salesperson Brittany was very delightful. And knowledgeable as to the products that we asked her about we ended up buying a Whirlpool refrigerator. We were told that it would take three weeks to get our refrigerator as it was it took seven long weeks. I had to call Brittany and ask her as to what was going on. She did her best to find out. But the company really didnt have any good reason as to why it took so long. . Brittany Was kind enough. To not charge us for the delivery.. Which made the wait a little more tolerable. . Richard

Terrible service from Mountain High Appliance in Colorado Springs. Spent a small fortune on a Jenn Air range, Jenn Air Microwave, and a Bosch dishwasher for our new home. The dishwasher is the only piece that has worked perfectly since installation. The installers dragged the range across the brand new hardwood floors, scratching them badly. They then threw the heave cardboard appliance boxes on the new landscaping. Then they put the knobs on the wrong stems. The installers could not get the microwave to work upon installation. Installation crew was terrible. Took 6 weeks to get someone out to repair it. No problems since, at least with the microwave. And thats not the worst problem. After 3 warranty visit from D3 (Ralph, who was awesome!), the simmer function still does not work on the Jenn Air Range. So, the Jenn Air range, that we paid $8k for has two burners that do not function correctly...kind of like buying a luxury car and being told that the radio doesnt work, but the car still goes! Joyce, the manager, said she would call me the Wednesday after Christmas. Still havent heard from her two weeks later. Left two messages this week, but neither were returned. Horrible customer service at Mountain High Appliances in Colorado Springs. Going to try corporate to see what they can do.***UPDATE*** We heard from corporate and our salesperson (but not the store manager) immediately and are pleased with the response so far. They apologized for the problems we had with the installation and fully refunded our installation fee. They also apologized for the lack of response from the store manager. They are in the process of working with the manufacturer to see what the next steps will be to get the range fully operational. So far, sogood!
We had a stove delivered and we had some complications that were unforseen. After speaking to the manager today I am encourgaed by her professionalism and willinginess to fix what was wrong.
We purchased a entire kitchen suite from them late last year. We had problem after problem with the fridge. I was at my wits end with this fridge and they ended up replacing it with another unit and the next model up. Patrick our salesman is very professional and polite. At first I was disappointed but since they took care of us we will definitely buy from them again.
Would give negative stars if I could. We placed a large order for our business and Mountain High Appliance failed at nearly every level. When the week of delivery arrived we learned that, after weeks of waiting (which was expected) we were told that some of our order would be fulfilled with loaner appliances. When we called on Wednesday of the week of expected delivery we were told that the order would not be delivered until the following Monday. That was not acceptable as we would be undergoing a national inspection starting on Monday; an inspection which relied upon some of the appliances we thought would be delivered the week before. However, the most galling point and the complete lack of honesty and customer service began on Thursday when I called, again, to confirm our delivery for Friday. I was told no problem, the product will be pulled from the warehouse and put on the truck for a delivery on Friday. On Friday when I called yet again, I was specifically told oh yeah, the appliances are out for delivery. This was around noon. When I called again around 3:45 I was told again, they were out for delivery. When 4:50 rolled around I was finally told that the appliances didnt make it on the truck that morning. Wow. The sales rep then told me he would see if the warehouse could be opened on Saturday. When I called on Saturday I was told by the sales rep and the sales reps manager the the warehouse could not be opened (and they didnt seem willing to try). The order was canceled and I called Appliance Factory Fine Lines in Denver, rented a truck, and got my order fulfilled - with no help from Mile High Appliance. No honesty. No customer focus. No help. No faith in this company. Look elsewhere.
Very pleased with Mountain High Appliance, the staff was friendly and treated us like people and not just a cash sale. We had a very bad experience with Appliance Factory so this was a pleasant change. Thrilled with our new Speed Queen washer, finally we have a washing machine that actually gets our laundry clean!! Thanks again and we will definitely be repeat customers should the need arise in the future.

They have been good to work with for our large kitchen model. I bought all new high end appliances. I was disappointed my dishwasher was delivered damaged and they didnt follow up on it with me. I had to call them to find out status on new appliance.

This is a tope notch organization from top to bottom. I had a very funky set up at my house and they helped me find the ONLY cooktop that would work for my kitchen. S&K installers were the greatest. Highly recommend.
We were working with Brittany who spent a lot of time going over options, helped us figure out some solutions for our kitchen not being standard sized, a made sure the delivery we had talked about happened as it should. I would definitely use Mountain High again.
I ordered my drop in stove top in December 2018 for a kitchen remodel and I was told by my customer service rep that it would take up to 6 weeks for delivery. Today is March 6th, stove top was shipped from Texas yesterday... really!!!?? How do I know this? I called and have been nagging them since the end of January, was given 3 different shipping dates and the run around. I have not had even one call that was initiated by my customer service rep. That is completely unacceptable. Customer service is great when selling the product so I gave one star BUT after you pay...Customer service is nonexistent. Be ready to be completely infuriated.
I went in to order a new trim kit for my Electrolux microwave. While I was there, I got many many questions answered about new washer/dryer sets & a dishwasher that we are thinking of replacing. He had all the answers to my numerous questions & spent a great deal of time with me. I would never have gotten this kind of help at a box store.
Great customer service the staff knows about every single brand and you must visit Saturdays afternoons when they cooked food right in the store.
I went in just to shop and look for process. I was blown away by the attentive service and the same process as the big box stores. They dont carry any inventory on stock, so all appliances must be ordered. If you need an appliance right away this place isnt for you.
We ordered a new oven combo a month ago and they said we would hear about the installation within a couple days and the oven would be within a week or so, never heard from them once. Weve called twice inquiring about the status and have been told that the company doesnt know when to expect it but that someone will call us Monday. Im asking for a refund Monday if I dont hear from someone. I understand that things get backlogged but your company should be communicating these things to your customers. Horrible customer service!

I have had my GE washer for 10 months and it broke two weeks ago. I am not sure who is dropping the ball, Joyce - the store manager or their service company D3, but my washer is still not fixed. Not sure why the parts are shipping to my house and not to the service company or mountain high. Plus all the parts are not even here yet for the second service call on Monday. Joyce sold me on the fact that Mountain High handles everything for you on a service call, but don’t be fooled because that is not the case. If I hadn’t called D3 myself the parts that have been delivered wouldn’t even be here by now. So frustrating.

Ordered a new stove stove, because our stove died 2 weeks ago, today, Nov 24th. Sales person said we would have it in two weeks. Called yesterday. Store said we would not have it for at least another week because the truck was full. Not a very good first impression. We have a large family, and really need the stove. Now we have to wait.
Ordering a wall/microwave oven from Shouse was a lesson in frustration from the very beginning. They never knew when it would arrive. The date changed twice. They claimed it wasnt their fault. When it finally arrived, they installed a USED wall oven that had food splattered on the inside of both the microwave and oven. They claimed there was a mix-up at the warehouse. Just exactly who is responsible??? They then said it would be weeks before a new one would come in. Miraculously, a new one was installed a week later. There was hassle after hassle. We felt we deserved a considerable discount due to all the headache involved. We spent $4000.00 and got a $300.00 discount. Next time we will go to Lowes.
