Small Town Appliance has come by my home twice to fix my unruly washer and dryer. Dennis today was beyond helpful, polite, and respectful of my home and belongings. There was zero mess, a thorough walkthrough of what was going on with them, and he kindly worked around my tied up work schedule. Super professional, very thorough, 10/10 would recommend!

Patrick is our tech. I bought appliances from Conns. And I have only had these appliances just over a year, stove, microwave and dishwasher. My tech fixed my stove, the microwave and working on the dishwasher now. They are super awesome and reasonably priced. They have turned a horrible shopping experience at Conns and made it better. I just called this store in search of a certain dishwasher and let me tell you about the customer service I received over the phone! Dennis was absolutely awesome to talk to, knowledgeable about his product that he had and really sold the product! Its unfortunate Im after a certain product they dont carry or Id definitely do business here just by the way I was treated when I called in. Fantastic

I walked in and the cheapest laundry set they have they have REFURBISHED is $1500, they got it twisted.

I am a full time mom, working full time hours... needing a full time washer/dryer for myself, husband and 3 boys...! I called Small Town and Desirae not only talked me down from having a nervous breakdown... but had me scheduled in for the following day for our dryer to get diagnosed before I could even ask. The phone call took 2 minutes and she told me Patrick would be here between 12-3. He was here right at noon and fixed our dryer within a half hour. I will never go anywhere else with appliance services again. I LOVE THIS COMPANY! Highly recommend!

Had this company come out to diagnose a dishwasher leak. Tech walks in and right off the bat says (not a minute into it without even looking at it) any fix attempted would very likely not work and it was therefore better to purchase a new dishwasher. He says 1 in 100 chance any attempt would work. No matter that the high end Kitchen Aid dishwasher is just under 4 years old. Fair enough... I appreciate the honesty, but why not tell that to us over the phone when we scheduled the visit so you can save us the $49 ‘diagnostic’ charge and time??So I guess if you are reading this and your issue is a dishwasher leak, better ask them over the phone if it is worth it to schedule a diagnostic visit since according to their tech it only stops the issue 1 in 100 times.

I am a renter, the company that I rent through uses Small Town Appliance to service the appliances to all of their units and homes.They have come to my home to service my refrigerator and to attempt to service my washer and dryer unit, as well as to install the new unit when the other was too old to be fixed.All of the technicians and installers I have met have been personable, professional, fast and thorough. They have always been able to answer my questions and theyre always on time. Frequently they will fit me in the schedule sooner than I imagined possible!I have always felt comfortable with the employees in my home, and I trust their services completely.Someday when I buy my own home, I would like to use Small Town Appliance as my repair company. I would recommend them to any of my local friends and family as well. Its not all that often that you run into a small business that has such good performance and such caring people.

Your delivery guys are way cool! They deserve a bonus!! They came over, really friendly and professional. Explained exactly what they were doing as they installed the new dishwasher. At 8:15 I got a text from my wife saying our refrigerator was at 40 degrees. I had visited Small Town Appliance before and since they are so close to our house I decided to give them a try.I was greeted warmly by Heather when I walked in and after telling her about my text she said weve already got two emergency refrigerator calls for today can you make it until tomorrow? Before I had a chance to answer she asked the person next to her if they could make it work. The person replied, I just scheduled a 3rd, let me check. within a few minutes she said, well make it work.Heather then told me exactly what to expect in terms of what time and how much to expect.I just spoke to my wife and the repair is done and under what she told me to expect. Heres the text from my wife:He was nice, quiet, and thorough. Took about 30 minutes in and out. Its running right now and cooling down.Thanks Heather and your team, this is the kind of service I rarely see anymore. Great job! Well definitely call you again if we need anything.Highly recommend these folks.

I want to highly recommend Small Town Appliance Co. I have a Whirlpool Gold Refrigerator which has had a problem with water leaking. I had several appliance repair technicians out from different companies and was pretty much told that I probably needed to get a new refrigerator after water was even cut off to it as well. However, it is a newer refrigerator, but only out of warranty. Anyways, I dealt with the issue and pretty much became enslaved to it by constantly chipping ice out from the bottom several times a day to cleaning up the puddles it made. However, I had enough and called Small Town Appliance. Heather was wonderful on the phone and sent Dennis out to assess the problem. He was highly knowledgeable and very professional. He found a blocked defrost drainage tube (which is strange that the other technicians that came out from several other companies did not find). Dennis was simply a joy and in great spirits with a smile on his face the entire time. Other technicians can only strive to be like Dennis with his wonderful customer service..... truly, they should see him as an example. Exceptional service was received today and at a very reasonable price. You will not go wrong in choosing Small Town Appliance for all your appliances that might cause you turmoil.

I rent, so using Small Town wasnt my decision when it came to installing a new dishwasher. Had no previous experience with them, so it wasnt a big deal. I was given a 3-hour window of 11am-2pm for the installer to show up, this was fine since I also personally work in the service industry and understand that kind of scheduling. I received a phone call at 1:35pm from the installer saying that he would be showing up right at 2pm, which wouldnt have been a problem but he actually didnt show up until 2:15pm. I got no apology for that, and I actually had to make sure it was the installer as he had no apparel with a business name at all. The dishwasher was replaced in about 45 minutes, and although I didnt watch him work it seems like he did at least an okay job as the appliance works fine.If it werent for the late show-up time with no apology I would make this a 4-star review, but customer service goes a LONG way in an industry where you have too many choices for the same product. The company should also at least invest in T-shirts for their installers, I dont expect full uniforms but a simple logo gives a customer a little piece of mind that the people showing up at your door are indeed the same people that were called to do the job.*Update* The GM called me within 24 hours of posting this review, he was very concerned and apologetic about my experience. THAT, is good customer service. Because of that, this is now a 4/5 review instead of the original 3/5. A phone call can go a long way...

Wow! Small town Appliance is all about customer service, competitive pricing, honesty and integrity. I arrived on Saturday about 15 minutes before they opened looking thru the windows at their selection and Dennis opened the doors early for me with a smile on his face. Now thats unusual. Im use to a late opening with a frown on the employees face like their doing you a favor from so many other businesss. After visiting four other appliance stores I new this was the place to purchase our new washer & dryer. Dennis gave us an honest assesment of the different brands and great customer service.Theyll beat everyone else including the big box stores hands down in so many ways. Great job Dennis and Small Town Appliance, I will be telling all my friends and family where to go for all their appliance needs including repairs.

I have always had great experiences with this store. The employees are all very nice and extremely knowledgeable! My granddaughter was cleaning my refrigerator for me and the glass shelf exploded into a zillion pieces on her. I called Home town appliance and they found one for me and it was at the Colorado Springs store within a few days! I was so pleased because they found it cheaper then any other place I had looked and I looked all over on line! I will be remodeling my kitchen real soon and I’m going to them for all of my new appliances because I know they will make it easy as they can! Highly recommend this company!

I have owned 10 houses over 40 years and I am renting in between places. Small town has worked on several of the appliances in our rental home and the customer service on both the front in and back end is amazing.Every time I get a call from Heather or Desirea, I feel my blood pressure go down. And Dennis is not only a great professional but an outstanding human being. I have had dozens of repair people in my houses over the years and these guys are head and shoulders above.

I purchased a used stand up freezer from another source and it was not working properly after I filled it with food...I was in a panic when I called Small Town Appliance, the receptionist was very friendly and sympathetic to my situation. She called me back within 2 minutes with a time window their service guy could come out. Dennis was on time, very knowledgeable and professional..had my freezer running great in no time, he even checked for any other problems with it and cleaned up underneath the fan area for me.. only charged me the $45 diagnostic fee. I would definitely recommend them, and will use their services again if needed!!

Nothing but great experiences from these guys as a renter. Great whenever they came to fix/replace my washer and refrigerator over the course of 3 years. And now that I am a home owner, I will definitely be stopping by to see what they have to offer!

The receptionist did not make it clear to us that the $50 “diagnostic fee” that they charge to come out and tell us what was wrong with our oven (even though we already knew it was the igniter and told them that) was not applied to the cost of the repair itself. So they ended us charging us about 120 for less then an hour worth of labor. She also told us that if the part was in town (which it was) that they would be able to fix it the day of our first appointment. But this was a lie, they were not able to come out and actually fix our oven for another five days. She was also unable to communicate with the repair man that I needed notice before he showed up (they give you a three hour window) or what was even wrong. (He thought he was coming to fix our stove.) We will not be calling them again. There is certainly an opening in this market for an honest, timely appliance repair person.

I bought a washing machine from Small Town Appliance in April and it started leaking in July. I called them and told them the situation. They sent a new washer 2 days later! They are an excellent company who stands behind their word!

First, Id like to thank Heather Scura for guiding me on the phone through the process of buying a new set of washer and dryer. I chose the Maytag washer and dryer set and they are exactly how Heather described them over the phone. I had a set of Samsung washer and dryers coming from the Home Depot but their customer service is horrible. They didnt let me select a delivery time and wanted me to pick them up. Thats when I looked online and found Small Town Appliance. Heather got me in right away and after having to go to the laundry matte for a week to do laundry it was a very big burden lifted off of my shoulders. I highly recommend this great company to anyone who needs used or new appliances. They are very professional and the installers were also great. Thank you again Heather and I hope this review helps this appliance company take out those unwanted big business headaches! Very satisfied customer here!

No return phone calls, and they dont answer their phone. They must not want to sell anything too badly.

They came out to do a service call, and after paying the service fee I was told I would hear back from them the next day. After 5 days, they finally called to tell me they couldnt get the parts in to fix my dryer. I called 3 other appliance repair companies, all of which could get the parts and fix my dryer. To me, it seemed as if they didnt want to do the work, and took my $45 and shrugged off everything else. Pretty disappointed.
