They came to fix our dryer, which worked in the beginning, but it ended up breaking again and lead to another repair and expense. It was due to a faulty piece they installed (their own statement!)and the owner refused to refund us for the first repair and the faulty piece! Don’t waste your money.EDIT to add to the reply: We honor all veteran owned businesses, as we are military as well. The other piece went out due to the faulty piece that was installed and I only know this because this was explained to me my the technician! I am also pretty sure that we did get charged for labor. And yes, my husband did indeed talk to you.

The fridge company told us that they couldnt send a repair person for 15 days, but Peak Appliance sent someone the day after we called. And Gary even fixed my loose front door handle! Thats going above and beyond!

Shawn and Tim came out to fix my washer. They were both amazing. The price and time frame was the best quote I received. They both worked very hard and diligently to get the job done right. Due to the location of my washer machine it was a hassle to get it out to repair it and a hassle to get it back in. They did it with a smile on their faces and was super nice and understanding about it. I would recommend them to anyone!!!

Our oven was inoperable and we called Peak Appliance in April they came out and diagnosed the computer board was inoperable. Told us they would order one and get back to us. They put a new one in the end of May, it did not work charged us $800, they orderd a used one and that did not work.They tell us our oven cannot be repaired. Out an oven and $800.00🤪🤪🤪. The tech apologized because it was a used part that did not work and the owner would work with us for getting some of our money back. We were informed that we will not be reimbursed. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

My dryer broke. They replaced heating element and it started stopping mid cycle. They replaced the electrical panel and it still kept stopping. They then replaced the motor and it still won’t work. All the expense over 1 1/2 months, many cancelled appointments and now refuse to return my calls. I have spent more than a new dryer and they couldn’t care less. So frustrated!

Bought a dyer from peak. Installation was done quickly, cheaply, and as a result the venting hose came off 3 days into use because the installers lacked the common sense to properly attach the hose, which I ended up doing myself after having to buy a new hose. This made me question whether the product was worthwhile and if the only thing wrong with it, as they claimed, was the dent in its side. What struck me about the incident is not that I was refused a refund when I contacted peak but the level of belligerence and unprofessional behavior from the owner when I was finally able to contact him, for simply asking that the dryer be returned and we be refunded. Regret buying from peak and looking forward to taking my business elsewhere.

I highly recommend using Peak Appliance for repairs and service. The tech they sent out was on time and it was nice that the time window they gave me was only 2 hours and not 4 or 5 so I didnt have to set aside my whole day waiting for them to come. The office staff is very nice and explained everything to me. Will use Peak Appliance again! They also mentioned they are getting truckloads of new appliances in soon so I will be stopping by to buy a second fridge from them.

I will never ever call or recommend this business. I’m not a technician so I trusted them to get the part I needed and install it but what I got was my time and money wasted. I’m on a budget and I can’t afford to waste money this way. Technician comes out and tells me I have no power going to my dryer and that I needed to call an electrician. I call the electrician and he tells me that I do in fact have power. Luckily he doesn’t charge me. So I call Peak Appliance and tell them they need to send tech out again because I do have power. Tech comes out and apologizes saying that the batteries were probably low on his multimeter. Whatever! He checks dryer and about 15 minutes later tells me it’s the dryers mother board. I tell him okay I will call the company and order the part. He proceeds to tell me that they can get the part cheaper on Amazon or eBay and that as soon as it comes in he will come back and install it. He didn’t seem to want to wait for me to call and get it from the company so I agreed to have them order it. Part comes in, tech returns to install and he then tells me that the part is slightly different and that it is not working and that he doesn’t know what’s wrong with it but I can swing by the shop because they have dryers they can sell me. I ask if I can return the part and he says well it was purchased through eBay and the seller will not accept returns. So I had to pay for the part and my dryer is still broken. I don’t understand why they would even purchase a part for a customer that has no warranty or can’t even return. I’m not a technician and I trusted them so I thought they would look out for me. So I had another repair guy from another company come out (another service call fee) and he tells me that it’s the wrong part and of course it’s going to cost more money that I don’t have to order the right part and get it installed. I called peak appliance to tell them that the part was the wrong one and I pretty much was told that they ordered the right part and that it was just a bad part and that I was warned that this may happen. I was never warned! I trusted them to take care of me. NEVER AGAIN!!!! LESSON LEARNED!!! Now I’m stuck with a dryer part that apparently doesn’t work and no dryer! The only reason I gave them one star is because I don’t have the option of giving no stars!

Jeremy took great care of what we needed completed on our dryer. Even though it took 2 days because of some unforeseen parts, he was timely and got the job done so we can get our 10 loads of laundry that piled up over the weekend. We called Peak Appliance when our dishwasher started leaking. Jeremy was very courteous and respectful. He showed me that the rubber seal had come loose near the bottom of the machine. Even though I felt a little foolish for missing something so simple, Jeremy kindly advised me to watch for wayward silverware that could cause the problem again.I am very grateful to Peak for their help! And, yes, it was totally worth the $80 service fee.Thanks, Jeremy, we will think of Peak, when we need help in the future!

Peak Appliance is fast, friendly and affordable. We were told by another local company that our washer had to be replaced. Shawn came out, diagnosed the issue and ordered the part. Technician showed up with no mask during Red level of covid. Did nothing besides look at our fridge temperature, did not remove any panel off the back of fridge to look at anything or use any kind of volt meter to read levels of anything. No work or effort of any kind was done today, basically told us we can choose to replace a part if we want to for 350 or not but they dont see anything wrong with our fridge. BS company and do not recommend!

Check the BBB on this company! I wish I had done that. They have many complaints there and have never resolved one of them. We hired Peak Appliance to fix our dishwasher. They came and repaired and charged us several hundred dollars. That same day we tried to start the dishwasher and the exact problem they fixed was still broken. We called and they said we will come out to fix the problem again but we will have to charge for any parts. The diagnosed and fixed the problem again and proceeded to charge us for a pump and some other parts that clearly were not even broken. Unfortunately this too did not fix the dishwasher. When I asked for a refund the owner Brian said OBSOLLLLLLUTELY not and in fact he said he was going to send me another bill for labor and just showing up for the second repair. I hired them to fix the dishwasher. They did not fix it and charged me a lot of money for nothing.

Okay I just wanted to share with all future customers. I spoke with Brian Jr. in regards to possibly repairing/servicing our dryer. He was very knowledgeable with what an average repair could cost. After thinking more about whether I should go forward with repairs to our dated dryer, Brian then guided me in another direction. Even though they say they work on LG appliances, they do not do LG warranty work. Had a service man come out and supposedly diagnose the problem. Waste of money as we have to contact another repairman to come out and diagnose and fix the problem. Also very negative phone conversation regarding LG.

After fighting with LGs approved warranty service organization for two weeks, with being scheduled, cancelled, rescheduled, and being forced to communicate with people off-shore with whom we had a very difficult time understanding and communicating ... the warranty company finally gave us permission to find our own repair company. Sent out some emails after searching for local companies... ONE (Peak Appliance) called back in less than an hour... scheduled a service rep (Shaun - He was awesome! helped us understand the problem and set expectations for repairs) the next day. Shaun was on time, friendly, courteous, and informative. The next day the repair tech (Gary) came out almost an hour early (who does that?!? arent they supposed to make you wait all day the re-schedule???) So in two days Peak Appliance was able to take the call schedule the diagnostic, and implement the repair. The techs were courteous, friendly, efficient, and safe. Would DEFINITELY recommend!!!

Would definitely recommend! We had Jeremy over to fix our dryer. He was so respectful and upfront about everything. He was very friendly and professional! He did a great job, was very knowledgeable, fixed the problem and was finished very quickly. When we need another repair well be calling again and Ill ask for him by name! We were very happy working with peak. They had availability to fit us into their schedule within a reasonable time frame on a day I was off work. The came on to military housing without an issue (which isnt possible with some other companies!) And they had very fair pricing. Overall we are happy customers and will be using them again next time!

Jeremy, the technician, further investigated before installing the parts and was able to determine an easy fix. Extremely honest and great service. Brian Jr. and Jeremy were personable, friendly, and professional. Jeremy diagnosed the problems quickly. Im working and they spoke to me over the phone which saved me from taking a few hours off from work. Jeremy and Brian Jr. work well together and had answers immediately. The estimate is free with repair, which saves $79.95. I felt the labor was high but Brian Jr. explained the fees and overall, I think it is a good price - I dont have to worry about an hourly rate, flat fee. Im a single mom and every penny counts. This is money well spent. Repairs start tomorrow. Highly recommend and happy to provide business to retired military.

I came in to look at a used dryer and ended up buying a washer and dryer for the same price as a new dryer. They inspected, fixed and cleaned both machines before they delivered, hauled them upstairs, installed and tested them. This all came with a 6 month warranty. I couldnt be happier with my purchase, I highly recommend Peak Appliance

Didnt have the greatest experience had my washing machine fixed because it wasnt oscillating repair guy came over worked on the middle piece supposedly and left every day since its been popping up out of the washing machine and floating in the washer so Im still not able to do any laundry and Ive paid $180 and still dont have a working washing machine

Honest & ethical is exactly what you will get from this company!! I HIGHLY recommend them. I had a very old washer that I wanted to repair because it was a top of line in its day and still running 40 years later. Unfortunately nothing of quality is made anymore. Jeremy was my technician and he was outstanding. He tried everything to remove a part that should have just slid out and unfortunately the metal casing around the part must have been compromised. They sent the parts back and they were kind enough to discount the labor for me. Jeremy even helped me carry the disassembled washer parts down the stairs and out into the garage (chivalry is not dead). I wouldnt call any other company for a repair and will use them in the future exclusively.

Really unhappy with this company. Very bad communication among their technicians. My friend had to waste 5 days of PTO in order to be onsite and accommodate Peaks lack of organization and scheduling. One technician showed up to finish the job that another technician had started but left after 5 minutes because he didnt want to get blamed for the other technicians lousy work. I think Brian Sr. was so embarrassed by his technicians that he stopped returning my calls and let his son handle everything. At least his son was polite. In the end they soaked me for $800+ and I still dont have a working unit. Avoid Peak Appliance - theyre a dumpster fire.

I would give them negative stars if it was an option.I absolutely do not recommend this company.They do not respond to messages, they hide from complications. They duck calls and communications.They made an initial repair over a month ago that didnt work. They were almost impossible to contact again to schedule a followup repair. Then, after a second visit I was told theyd call me back with pricing for a second repair.Ive now been waiting for them to call me back with parts pricing for over a week. I am very patient, and I was very reasonable about this delay. There was a holiday last week afterall. BUT ---- My dryer has been broken for two months now, and not even a call back on parts pricing.They are completely unreliable and I suspect they have used my old bank card illegally after talking to and tracing out fraudulent activity on my account after their first repair attempt.absolutely use another service.

I called them in July because my dishwasher had standing water in it. They came out and said the timer was bad and charged me $270 to fix it. The next time the dishwasher was used it still had standing water in it. I called them again and they said they would send someone out to look at it. When they finally came out the second time they didn’t fix it or say anything they just left. Weeks went by and they never contacted me. I called again and they said they weren’t sure why the tech didn’t fix it the second time and that they would send someone out a third time. By now it is late August and there is still standing water in the dishwasher. So they come out the third time and once again don’t fix it or say anything they just leave. I called them again today September 23rd. They said they had no idea or record of coming out to try and fix it. Even though I have text messages from them saying when they came out. I told him they should fix it for free or refund the money for the timer since that obviously wasn’t the issue because the water still wasn’t draining. He said I waited to long to call back the first time, a few weeks, so they would only cover the timer if it happens to be bad. Even though i have been trying to get them out there for at least two months and the two times they did show up they left without fixing anything or saying what their plan to fix it was. I told him he deserved a bad review on google and he said he is now not going to come out at all and if I put a bad google review out there he would sue me for slander. I told him I am just going to put on google what my experience was with them and the readers can decide. He said he would still sue me for slander. So the bottom line is I paid them over $270 for a timer that never fixed the issue and they won’t come back out since I said I might give them a bad google review. What a horrible and incompetent company. Do not ever call them or use them they will just steal your money and not actually fix anything.Update - 10/08/19 - they still have not fixed the original issue that I paid almost $300 for.Also they are paying for fake 5 star reviews. This is a current review they have. I have called, my tenant has called and they refuse to correct the original problem of the dishwasher not draining. I have attached a photo showing what happened after they said they fixed it.Update 12/18/19 - TIP: If they dont fix your issue and you pay by credit card, you can call your credit card and dispute the charge and they will refund the amount until the credit card company can investigate. I suggest anyone who has an issue with Peak do this. Also you can take them to small claims court, which is easy to do, like I am going to do.They keep replying that I am not a customer of theres but I have two Square receipts of them charging me for fixing the dishwasher.

First emailed this company as I was having problems with my washer not fully spinning clothes. First few emails were fine. Then when setting up my appointment didnt answer all my questions. Told them I wasnt available until after 12pm. Shortly after 10am on the day of my first appointment, the guy calls me to say he is done earlier and asks to come now. I told him I told them when I made the appointment I wasnt available until 12pm, but would most likely be home by 11:30am. He is kind of snarky and says, I guess well keep the original appointment and hangs up. He shows up at 11:30am. Tells me it is either the lid lock or the board is bad, but they will try the lid lock first because it is cheaper. Which is fine. They need to order the parts and they will set up another time. I pay him the service fee. I tell them again that I am not available until after 12pm so they give me an appointment time of 12pm-2pm. I get an email the night before that the appointment time is 11am-1pm. I call and leave a voicemail letting them know that it wasnt the appointment time I agreed to and I wouldnt be home until 12pm. I also let them know that I didnt recieve the emailed receipt from the first service call and asked them to resend it. They call me back to let me know they changed the appointment to the time we agreed on and then they hang up on me before I can even ask them if they resent the receipt. I call the right back and hes like oh yeah sorry and resends it. They put in the lid lock, I pay them, they leave and I test it out. As I test it out, I noticed that they dented the top of my machine when they put in the lid lock. Washer still doesnt work, so I call them back. This is a Monday. Guy on the phone says they cant come back out today but the day that works for both of us was Thursday. I ask him to remind me of the quote they gave me during the first visit for the board. He says he calls me back. He does, and gives me the quote including the shipping. Thursday morning when they are supposed to come put the board in, I get a phone call stating that they dont know why the guy scheduled me, as the part wasnt here. So even though I asked the guy who scheduled me to requote the part and he mentioned the shipping, he still didnt pick up on his mistake. I cancelled the rest of my repair with them, as I didnt want to dump more money into this company who made quite a few mistakes and I always felt like I was being pushed off the phone with them. I even recieved a phone call from them a few days after I cancelled stating that my part was in and to call them back to schedule the repair. So I called them back to remind them that I had cancelled. I ordered a new washer and it was less expensive then all the repairs together would have been, and they even removed my old one for me. I wish I would have done that in the first place instead of wasting $200 with a company that doesnt have basic customer serivce skills like, Is there anything else I can help you with? before hanging up on you.

Brian and the staff at Peak Appliance are the best!! Our dryer burned out, followed shortly by our washer. Not sure what to do, we began to look for new sets, which obviously are very expensive. Fortunately we stumbled across Peak Appliance, and Im glad we did! First, they explained how the problem with our washer was probably an easy fix (and it was) and showed me how to fix it with a used part they sold me. As for the dryer, he sold me a good used unit and took a bit off the price as well. When we asked about delivery, he had his staff bring it over immediately AND they fixed the washer for me at no extra charge! The staff was so polite and helpful, making sure to take great care in not damaging our house when switching out the driers.Our experience at Peak Appliance was excellent, and we saved a TON of money with them. They will be our first call when we have any appliance needs from now on. Very trust worthy and ethical. Thanks guys!

They were wonderful. Particularly Brain. I manage in a Group Home with Children with Disabilities called Roundup Fellowship We are a nonprofit so when a appliances go out it is sometimes challenging to get them fixed or get new ones. We just do not have the extra money being a nonprofit. I was told about Peak Appliance though a company partner and friend. Brain Sent someone over the next day to see if our Fridge could be repair as it was not keeping a consistent temperature. After looking at our fridge it was determined that our compressor was going out and we needed a new Fridge. The tech that looked at the fridge was extremely respectful. Brain was able to find us a used one at a great price practically almost giving it to us not making money on it at all. .He was able to have it delivered that same day and covered the price of delivery and labor. They have amazing communication notifying us when the tech was on his way. I was thoroughly impressed by Brain and Peak Appliances giving nature. We were all so thankful for his help. We will definitely be using Peak Appliance in the future.

I have had great experience with peak appliance. They were able to come out the same day I called to diagnose my dishwasher. Later when I called about a completely separate part, they were very honest with me in telling me that the part could easily be installed by us... which it was. They have great customer service and are very friendly. Would recommend and reuse them in the future!

Service was excellent, Gary did a great job diagnosing and then fixing the problem. From what I understood they have a flat rate bid pricing, which is great for longer jobs but may be a little more than the competition for small jobs. But customer service was great and happy with the job overall.

Great Service ! I came in to the store fairly confident that I knew which part I needed to replace to fix my dryer. Rather then just selling me the part they took the time to ask questions and were able to quickly determine the problem and directed me to the appropriate part. And it did turn out that the part I was planning to buy was not what I needed. Very helpful and saved me a lot of time.

Is there a way to give zero stars? I highly recommend you find a different appliance repair company. I should have read all of the previous reviews before I was taken for over $400. Read other reviews on Yelp and BBB, and anywhere you can.I originally rated this company 5 stars because they fixed my microwave relatively quickly. However, it stopped working within a week. I was told that it would be fixed at no cost under warranty. After almost two months, including Thanksgiving and Christmas without the microwave, I’m still getting the run around from this company. I’ve called numerous times and every time I’m told that I will be called back “within an hour with an update” or “will call you back tomorrow with an update”. Rarely did I receive a call back and not once with a resolution. I should have noticed this company’s F rating on BBB, and also the yahoo rating for this company, which is very poor and unfortunately accurate.

I had a washing machine that needed repair. Repairman shows up. I explain to him whats going on. Tries to get the machine running. It doesnt. He takes a few screws off the back and tests to see if the control board is bad. Says it is. Leaves and says I will get call from office for part estimate. I call back around an hour later. New board will be $190 and ship charge from Denver and another service call charge of $120 in addition to the the $79.99 I already paid. Since he was confident it was the control board only I bought a brand new one myself for $150. Installed the control board and programmed it according to GE instructions. Its not that hard. Guess what? Same problem. I call them again and they said the tech would come out Friday to look at it. He shows up grabs the GE instructions for the board. Presses a few buttons. Apparently texts his store for some help in diagnosing it. Says he will need to call GE for some help. Will get back with me that day. No call. Wife calls about an hour from close. Person answers. Asked where we got board at. She told him where we got it. Said they company sells knock offs. The part I got was a genuine part from GE/Haier. Air sealed and everything. He asks my wife who the repair tech was. Forgot name because they didnt leave card. The person states they will contact the repairman and have him contact us. No call by 5pm. Call Monday in the morning and the customer service rep said he made a mistake and shouldnt have sent out the repairman in Friday to look at it since I purchased the part myself and they couldnt warranty the work. Clearly they didnt want to come and fix the problem without some more $$$. The repairman never looked at anything else on the washer. Didnt take it apart to see if any other sensors or other items causing problems. I absolutely feel the tech didnt know what he was doing... literally. Weve used these guys for service and equipment for the last 10 years. They used to be great. I will never use them again. I would recommend that you find a different appliance company if you need a repair. Also, if you buy a new washer or dryer buy an extended warranty. I hate having to post a negative review but the lack of customer service and lack of knowledge by the repairman warranted it. They never looked at anything else on the washing machine to determine if any other cause as to why it didnt work.UPDATE: Another technician came out and determined it was only the lid lock actuator that had failed. There was nothing wrong with the $190 control board as identified by the Peak Appliance technician. Brilliant!

These guys are great. I called them in a panic, our dryer heater stopped working Friday morning before having family over for the weekend... they got someone to our place Friday afternoon to get everything repaired. The technician even explained to my wife how we were over using the high heat function on our to dryer to improve coil life span moving forward. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY fair warning:We called Peak Appliance repair to have them fix our wash machine. They came over the first time and said our board was fried and that it would need to be replaced. The cost was around 450 so we thought about it but finally decided to have them fix it. After they came over to replace the board the machine still was not working. Then they decided it was the pump. This would cost us 200.00 more. We paid and they came out to fix it a second time. The machine still did not work. After a short period where Brian didn’t return my wife’s calls, I called. He apologized and said his technician had said we needed a valve. So we waited and when the part arrived they came over a third time to fix it. The technician again left with the washer not fixed and this time he blamed my outlet for not having enough charge to run the pump. After he left I called another company. They came over today and found that the machine would not spin or drain. Upon inspection they found that the valve that was replaced yesterday was leaking and had debris in it. The board that was replaced the first time they came over was not seated properly and had a blown fuse. So after a month of being patient and respectful and just over six hundred dollars in parts and labor I had to call another company to finish the job. Which they did! After this poor experience I posted a review on the company’s website. Not really wanting to blast anything all over the internet. In minutes I received a call from Brian who informed me that I had made a mistake in posting on their site as I was never a customer of his. I told him that I definitely was and after we cleared that up he continued to dispute what had taken place. He ultimately yelled over me as I was trying to talk. After yelling at me for a bit he hung up on me.Extremely poor customer service and I can’t believe he called me to yell at me. DON’T USE THIS COMPANY!

Our almost-new Samsung refrigerator got dropped during a move which caused the doors to not close properly. Fantastic service, I called and talked to the owner Brian in the afternoon and their tech Gary was here early the next morning. Gary really knew what he was doing, and kept us informed during his assessment. Pricing was right too, and they are very honest as they could have recommended replacing the whole door but are able to do just the hinge assembly. They are our new go-to appliance repair service!

I needed a washer lid switch replaced for a Kenmore washer. Pike Appliance had the part and I was able to pick it up without an issue. Brian even went over with me how to install the lid switch. Horrible. Never had used an appliance repair co, and I chose the wrong company with Peak! Said it would take two weeks to get a dishwasher part (seems extreme). Then come to find out they ordered the wrong part!! Sent a technician out without the part the second time (didnt even know what he was supposed to be doing apparently). No show on the next service call. Then accused the renter of not being on the property for the call which is not true. Left several messages and no returned call...communication is lacking. 6 weeks into this job and the repair is still not complete. When I finally spoke to the owner (Brian) and expressed how dissatisfied I was with the service and asked for the exact amount I had been charged, he hung up on me he was so angry. When I asked for a discount, he said I had already received a discount. When I said we would probably be using another company next time, he actually provided the name of another company and said they charge 3x as much. Hey, thats okay with me if we get good timely and quality service!!

Excellent experience with Peak Appliance. Highly recommended. I live on Fort Carson and was able to get a house-call estimate within 24 hours for my washing machine and dryer. Very professional and courteous. The owner (Brian) came out with his assistant and did on the spot trouble shooting. They performed their inspection of the machines right in front of me. The team explained everything they were looking at and what was going with the machines. After the inspection, Brian gave extremely reasonable options on repair and possible replacement. He answered all of my questions and based on his experience in the industry, gave me background information on reliable machines that could meet my familys washing needs. The first time Ive experienced a company that did not try to force feed their product/services to a consumer. I will use Peak Appliance again for future appliance issues.

Had an appointment window of 9-11 with a 20 minute call ahead, never showed up at all. Then Brian called mid-afternoon and left a voice mail to call him back, which I did not bother to do so. If you value your time you might want to look for a different company to work with. Also, around 10:00 I tried calling to check if he would be on schedule, phone rang about 10 times, no answer and no ability to leave a voice mail, the call just ended. No way to communicate with this company either.

5/5/16: I called Peak Appliance to address leaking in my 5 year old washer. It took a few visits to get the fix in place primarily because a replacement part supplied was bad. Peak honored their warranty and persevered until the washer was repaired and working properly. Charges were fair for the work performed. Compliments to technician Jim who was efficient and courteous. Everyone I dealt with at Peak showed clear interest in my satisfaction. I will continue to rely on them going forward.2 years ago, Peak Appliance saved the day for me when my clothes washer was acting up right before family visiting at Christmas time.
