Appliance Outlet has been great to work with for a number of reasons. They actually had appliances in stock (and/or were able to acquire in short order). This was not the case when we visited other vendors. They were responsive and kept us posted as things developed. We purchased a complete set of matching LG appliances for a total kitchen remodel. AO kept our appliances at the warehouse until we were ready to have them delivered/ installed. We worked closely with Ryan who kept in touch and was very flexible in supporting our install date (a moving target). Just this week, Joe (lead installer) and team arrived to install our new appliances. The team was ultra careful in delivering/unboxing/assembly, etc. and expertly installed the gas cooktop, double ovens, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator. I rarely use the word perfect, but it was perfect. We could not be more pleased!

I bought a dryer here. It was a great price, they assisted me the moment I walked in and didnt try to hassle me into a more expensive unit. They were all friendly and professional. Once I chose the unit, they pulled it out and loaded it in my van. I will definitely use them again in the future!

This place is the absolute best for appliances. Prices are about the same as Home Depot and Lowes but you can take it home with you. I found a washer/dryer at Home Depot but not available for a month. My dryer went out and I didnt want to wait a month. AO has a great selection. We ended up buying an upright freezer, dishwasher, washer, and dryer. No pressure. Super great staff. Will certainly go back if I need anything else.

This is an amazing small family owner business. Over time we have bought a washer, dryer, microwave, stove, dishwasher and fridge from them. We got an great deals on all of our appliances. We did have a very small issue with the fridge and they have been nothing but helpful in getting it fixed quickly. If you need any appliances for your home its is your first and only stop.

My washer stopped working about two weeks ago and I have been searching for a replacement. By far the easiest purchase Ive ever made. Chris explained the pros and cons of a few washer and dryer sets before I decided, then went over the warranty and installation date. Are you tired of dealing with the rudeness of employees at big chain stores or calling the appliance department to just have the phone ring and ring to be greeted as if you interrupted their day?! Yes? So was I! I purchased a GE dishwasher from Lowes when I was in colorado springs visiting family to get it home and have it leak from the bottom right corner also completely derail EVERYTIME Id open it! Thank heavens the only good thing about lowes was 30 day money back guarantee. Before bringing the GE dishwasher back I did a lot of research which lead me to a Bosch next was finding who carried them and could help me pick out the model. I swear I called every appliance store in Colorado Springs! Appliance Outlet was the last place I called on my list and I just about had it with rude customer service when Keith had answered the phone I was so relieved to finally have outstanding customer service. Keith and I talked about a few different options when it came to a Bosch. I had expressed that I was not local and my round trip is 6 hours with an infant and toddler. He strongly encouraged me to call the evening before to make sure they still had the product in stock. I ended up getting to town a day earlier than planned and headed straight over there with only about 10 minutes before they closed. Again customer service still at 100%! When we got there the door was held open for us and we were escorted to the dishwashers. Torn between two different dishwashers I choose a 300 series which I wasnt to fond of and as they are getting it wrapped up, I changed my mind because I didnt want to get all the way back home again and not like my dishwasher for the 2nd time. I ended up purchasing a Bosch 800 series. The gentleman helping us (sorry i cant remeber his name) was fantastic, never once did his customer service change, he never pushed for anything that I didnt want and was just great to deal with! Not to mention the young gal who my toddler harassed. I dont know if they truly had a conversation but I had to peel her away from the young gals desk when it was time to leave. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for appliances! Top notch service and I absolutely love my dishwasher!

Both salesmen were nice to talk to and seemed helpful in purchasing a dishwasher.However,I was told the Bosch model I wanted was not in stock but a shipment would be arriving the next day.I called back the next day and was told they were in inventory So in order to hold the model I purchased it over the phone.I live 40 miles away but would be in Colorado Springs on Saturday to pick it up.O was emailed the paid receipt 2 days before pick update.Arrived Saturday and was told sorry but there are none of the Bosch model I paid for on site but we do have a floor model available or I could wait until a shipment arrive for real and they would deliver it 9 days later.When I asked if there were any type of discounting for the floor model or the higher priced model they happen to have in stock was told cannot do anything,either take floor model or wait.I ended up taking the floor model since who knew when I might ever have one delivered.I did receive a follow up apology call and when asked if for all the trouble they might do the 2 year $69 warranty.I was told couldnt do that because in dishwasher failed before 2 years they would be out $550 which makes no sense because if I bought the warranty they would still have to make good on the item.Buyer Beware

I had purchased appliances from LOWES, and after HORRIBLE customer service and 3 damaged appliances, we found AO! Dylan and Nick were very careful and courteous in our house.

They brought the range but did not bring the conversion kit, so we were without a stove. When they did bring the conversion kit I think they installed it wrong because the oven doesnt get past 400F, and takes a couple hours just to hit 350. I called and they said they couldnt do anything, just gave me the stove companys 1-800 number. I had already tried contacting that number and they are not answering their phones. So now I have a brand new stove that doesnt work. Im sorry I bought anything from this place.Edit: We told you we had propane gas when we purchased all of our appliances. You told us that you would bring a conversion kit with the stove. It isnt our fault you forgot to bring the kit and had to drive so far. We were very willing to pay your delivery fee to bring us all our appliances.

Mu experience here was fantastic! Went to lowes and the salesman was so honest about lack of supply. He ended up sending me here and WOW!Walked in with 2 toddlers (hard enough lol) looking for an affordable washer in stock. I was in and out with the washer loaded into my car in under 15 minutes. They have outstanding customer service, especially when compared to the other appliance stores in Colorado Springs. We made a mistake when we measured for our refrigerator and they were extremely accommodating! We were only planning to buy a refrigerator for our garage to tide us over when we visited AO, but ended up getting everything we needed because we were so impressed with the sales team and the quality of appliances available. The prices were also competitive, even better than what we found at Costco! In fact, we cancelled our Costco order while we were there, haha! Delivery was smooth and fast, we didnt have to wait weeks for our refrigerator, washer, and dryer like we would have had to if we had bought from the other stores.They made sure we had our garage refrigerator the very next day so that we could live in our new house. We purchased a brand new Samsung washer and dryer set, it has been down more then it has been up(we havent even had the set for a full year yet). So frustrated with this company. They continue to give us the runaround and have been completely hands-off and take no responsibility for what they sold us. We continue to get told by Samsung there is nothing they can do for us, AO says it is not their problem until the middle of January when their warranty kicks- in.

Went to the location and my family were the only customers in the store with about 12 employees. The employees were to busy talking to each other to be bothered with us. We were looking to purchase a freezer and stove but, if they dont want our business it was fine with us.

I had two interactions with Chris from Appliance Outlet. The first was through Facebook where I was looking to buy an open box Sidekick for our washing machine. He was extremely professional and went to the extra effort to confirm the product they had would work with my model of washing machine. It ended up not being a match so that was the end of our communication. A few months later we were in a bind, my husband sprained his ankle and we needed help moving our washer and dryer to get them on their pedestals. I called all around town and no one would help if you didnt purchase through them. I couldnt even get Handyman Connection to help. I remembered how great Chris was and that he mentioned he had in-house installers. I talked with Chris and he was willing to help! He had his installers there that very day! Bought two sets of Samsung washer and dryers in the last 6 years with extended warranty. Each set was inoperable after the 3 yr mark. The company said they fired their extended warranty company when the first set broke so I foolishly trusted this and purchased the second set from them. 3 years later, the second set has broken as well. They have not honored the extended warranty, yet again. They never honored either the extended warranties which were a couple hundred dollars extra, each purchase. . I just bought my third set from Best Buy which will be delivered this weekend.

We initially ordered GE appliances from the big box stores. On delivery day, no one showed up. Not a phone call, nothing. Turns out there weren’t any appliances to be delivered for months with everything backordered. So I decided to find another place to shop. I found Appliance Outlet where I was able to special order an entire set of Bosch kitchen appliances and a washer and dryer. We had a couple of hiccups with some items coming in scratched or broken, but AO handled it all flawlessly. When the dishwasher came in, the back was cracked and Bosch took over a month replace it. AO loaned us a dishwasher during that time. Do you think any of the box stores would have accommodated us in such a way? No. That’s why I recommend this store. They bend over backwards to make sure their customers are satisfied. Thanks again AO!

Working with Appliance Outlet was a fantastic experience. I recently purchased a home built in 2001 and the appliances were outdated. I didn’t have a ton of money to spend on new appliances as purchasing a home is obviously very expensive upfront. I worked with Keith, Matt, and Chris and they put a bundle together for me at a fantastic price! My fridge and dishwasher have very minor damages that are not visible once installed. Matt and his team were very friendly and helpful. There was a little snafu with the delivery date, but Matt and his team were able to make it work. The prices here are very reasonable as is the price for the extended warranty. I will definitely do business with Appliance Outlet in the future as I we replace appliances.

Prices are great...the service is amazing! Chris sold us our washer and was very pleasant. The 2 delivery guys, Matt and Joe called and were at my house exactly on time. Put it in took old one out, gave me all the details. They were super professional and careful with walls and floor! We will be back!
