We purchased a washer and dryer along with a refrigerator. The young lady at the store was so helpful and a delight. She was very customer oriented and had quite a few other customers come in right after us and managed to make everyone a priority. When the appliances were delivered the couple who brought them were awesome and even though they were obviously exhausted they still delivered with a smile and offered to come back and pick up other appliances that we had no room or need for. I highly recommend doing business with Bustillos!!

Great experience! Got an excellent price on a washer and dryer set. Had issue with the dryer, but they were out the next day with a replacement. Was in desperate need of a washer and dryer for a good price. Thankfully we found Bostillos by chance and was able to get a beautiful front load washer and dryer for a reasonable price. Our refurbished washer and dryer are exactly what I was looking for, and I love the peace of mind I get from the warranty. My only complaint is that the delivery was not done very carefully. Several of my baseboards and door jambs were damaged without any comment by the delivery people. Also, the dryer vent was cut shorter for some reason (again, without me being told) and the dryer was moved about a foot to the left because of the shorter vent. This means that I can’t open any of the drawers to the left of the dryer, and won’t be able to move the dryer until I purchase a vent of the correct length. I would have appreciated more care and communication.

Very nice people but horrible products and customer service. We got a washer and dryer in October and had it serviced after only one use because the dryer screeched and wasn’t drying and the washer smelled so strongly of mold. A day after it was “fixed” it was more broken than it was to begin with. Then I reached out to get it maintenance again and they kept putting me off. A week later (thanksgiving day) they replaced the entire washer and dryer with a nicer looking one after we pressed the secretary to get in touch with the owner. He installed it and turned it on to show us it works great. Once we put actual clothes in it, it didn’t work at all. The drum doesn’t spin, the washer doesn’t drain, and the new heating element they installed in the dryer apparently didn’t work either. I told them the following day that I needed this one replaced or they said they’d fix it on Monday. Monday came around and I couldn’t get a call or text back till later in the afternoon after threatening to get an attorney involved. I can’t get my money back now because they offer you a shady company to finance it through and don’t accept returns (probably because they know they’re selling broken appliances). Spend a couple hundred dollars more and buy new. I’m out $700 because of this place.

Bought a dryer from here 5/18 with this paid extra money for a 2 YEAR FULL WARRANTY. Have the invoice that clearly states 2 yr full warranty. Stopped working a little over a week ago. Called numerous times left messages. Finally got ahold of some one they said they would come fix the appliance yesterday never showed up and didnt call either. Someone finally came today fixed the dryer. Before the man left he explained to us that they would not come to fix it again if it broke again. Was able to dry one load of clothes this evening before it broke again. He fixed nothing. Worst customer service.

Bustillos have high quality brands of applicances at competitive prices. To get to their store it is easier to cut through the parking lot on by the discount store and small church on Boulder and go through the parking lot to avoid the traffic on Platte. They are kind especially Miss A. she was smart and helpful I have bought serveral appliances from Bustillos and they all have a year guarantee and have exceptional quality. The delivery is wonderful. Sometimes they are a bit shy but very nice.

I went to the Fillmore location first and the woman working was great but we didn’t see a washer dryer set we REALLY wanted so she gave us the address to the Platte location. Again amazing customer service and such an easy purchase process as well as setting up delivery for the day we are moving into our house.

Fair prices! Great customer service and prompt delivery. They were at my home less than an hour after Id made the purchase. They made sure everything was set up and working before they left. I didnt have the proper ventilation for the dryer, so it wasnt installed completely, but they made sure I knew what part I needed and where to go to get it and how to put it together before they left

Great place for used appliances. When we had a problem with the stove we bought, the owner replaced it after having his employee come look at it. He replaced it with a better model at no extra charge. We also bought a washer and dryer from them and have had no problems.

Nothing but the best experience with this company. My wife and I walked into the store and were greeted by the owner and he answered every question we had. We found a great matching washer and dryer set for a great price. Delivery and Install were free with the purchase and he had it in and working the next day. A few months down the road we had an issue with the washer and the owner stayed true to his warranty and fixed the issue free of charge. I bought a washer dryer set from Mr. Busillos. The set works perfectly, I have had them for several months and use them regularly and they work as if new. He offered very fair and affordable prices and the delivery went smoothly and professionally. We bought a washer dryer set from bustillos a year ago. From the time we got the dryer we’ve had problems. It’s always been a problem with them because they could never find workers that can drive on and off post. Finally they got some one and they’ve taken our dryer 3 different times to fix it. The last time they had my dryer for 6 month before returning the dryer. Then as soon as they sent the dryer back my washing machine went out. I called and asked if they can fix it and the lady tells me they’re going to charge me for a diagnostic test and also will charge me to fix it even though we haven’t had it for that long. She tells me there a 6 month warranty but the card I have says 1 year warranty. My husband is deployed and I am a cancer patient and this is not something that we should not have to worry about on top of everything else. So I’m very disappointed in the way they do business there.

I was thrilled to find a used stainless steel dishwasher that looked brand new, in perfect condition inside and out. They delivered it to my house, installed it and took away my old dishwasher and a fridge (at no extra charge). After a month it started acting up and the staff came to my house to repair it immediately. The problem kept occurring and the staff was always quick to try to fix and they replaced the computer board three times. Eventually it was determined that another part was causing the problem. Heber (the owner) came to my house personally and replaced the part. I am once again thrilled with my used (now practically new) dishwasher. I never doubted Bustillos warranty and they stand 100% behind their appliances. I will only go to Bustillos to buy used appliances - their level of service is equal to and if not higher than any new appliance store. Thank you, Heber!

My family used Dupree Appliances for years whenever we needed an appliance since we wont buy new appliances that are made to break in two years. I purchased a washer from another used appliance store and they gave me a one year warranty and the washer wouldnt clean my clothes. They sent a repairman that said nothing was wrong and wouldnt stand behind the warranty. I am now out $361.00. I am so thankful we found Bustillos. I was able to purchase a Kenmore and they delivered the next day and also gave me a one year warranty and said to call if I ever had a problem and they would fix it. James and Steven were great to work with. I would highly recommend this company. I will let you know if they stand behind their warranties. Hopefully I wont need it.

Still cant get the missing part from my new stove I was promised when it was delivered. Finally got a response a year later asking for the part description, a picture and the model number of the appliance. I complied immediately thinking this would finally be solved after a whole year of countless phone calls. I only got that response from them because I sent them a letter and wrote a bad review. Now its a month later and still no part.

We were happy with them up until recently. Bought a dryer back in February. After about a month the housing units (or something) was making a lot of noise and going out. They offered to fix it no problem. We live in Denver so had to find a right time to bring it down. Dropped it off on May 28th. We have been getting the run around since then about if it is done or when we can pick it up. Were lucky if anyone even answers the phone! We try the three numbers associated with the business daily and maybe get one person to answer a week. And his English is so broken up that all I could understand was call this other number. About ready to just go ask for a full refund!UPDATE:After FINALLY getting our dryer back, I am even more unhappy than I was before. It is more dinged up than when we dropped it off and theres two pieces of duct tape holding the door shut and the top of the washer on. It took me 15 minutes just to get the tape off and another hour and a half to get the glue from the tape off. It was so stuck down that I ripped the front trim piece odd while removing it. They didnt bother to even screw the top back on. Thats why they had it taped down. The vent is also not screwed in place. We havent plugged it in yet so well see if it works. If we didnt live in denver, Id just go return it for a full refund. Absolutely ridiculous. Dont deal with this company.

My partners and associates in the property acquisition and rehab business all used to go to Dupree Appliances on Platte Avenue, a few blocks east of Union. Then Dupree went out of business. Thankfully, Bustillos Appliances opened up two blocks to the east on the same side of the street. This is a family-run business that sells reconditioned, warranted appliances. The selection is better and larger than Duprees was, and the prices are similar. Each appliance is warranted for a year (same as a new appliance) and Bustillos even includes delivery in their price, as well as haul-off of old appliances. I recommend this business to everyone. They are exceptional.

We bought a used gas stove from them and they delivered missing a burner. We found the stove on a Craigslist ad, the picture had the burner. He also refused to install due to it being a gas stove. We had to pay another company to install as well as pay him for delivery and the appliance. Its a year later and the burner they promised to order and send never arrived. We called many many times only to hear excuses. The latest of which is that he couldnt help me due to not having paper handy to record my information.December 2015 and still no part, no calls back.May 2016, still no part and no returned calls.

Horrible customer service. Lied and ripped a senior citizen off. Don’t do business here.
