The staff here are very kind. The waiting room is one of the best I have ever been to. It is clean, they have sodas, coffee, and snacks along with television and games. I even saw a small ride on car for young children. Thank you and I plan to return.

I called on a Saturday morning when the shop was closed and spoke with my service writer. She was on stand by in case someone needed help. Its rare that there is such a customer friendly attitude in the auto repair industry. I needed a very important repair and couldnt drive my vehicle. She offered me a loaner and filled it with gas. I had a great experience, just as other people had posted. Amy, my service advisor, was easy to get a hold of even after hours. With a thorough inspection it turns out an oil leak that other mechanics said was coming from my turbo chargers was coming from somewhere else, saving me literally thousands (plural) of dollars! Great experience with Dr.Bimmer, Mustafa. I had my service done at this center 5 times now and never went disappointed. Would highly recommend getting the service done here.The owner goes above and beyond to meet the customer satisfaction. I recently had to travel out of country for 5 months and asked Dr.Bimmer about the battery, and he took a personal trip to my garage to unplug the battery negative terminal so it wouldnt drain. He even came plugged back in once I was back in town. Free of charge, sine i was a loyal customer. I absolutely had no idea on that.They sure do take care of their customers.

Was disappointed. My fiance took our car in to have shocks and struts put on. He was told they would also do an alignment. He brought the car in early on Monday and was told it would likely be ready that day. He was supposed to also get phone calls with updates on the progress. Monday passed....no updates, no calls. Tuesday came....no call. He called THEM on Tuesday afternoon to get an update only to be told it would be ready Wednesday. All day Wednesday he received no call. He again called them on his lunch break to be told it would be ready at 3pm! Smh. When he arrived to pick it up, they couldnt find his keys. He told them there was a Dallas Cowboys lanyard on his key ring only to be told one of the clerks removed it!! Why?! After searching for a little while, they located his keys and offered a crazy apology for removing his lanyard. After having the car back for a couple of days, he gets a call saying they forgot to do the alignment and wanted him to bring it back! Needless to say, we will NOT be returning.

Best BMW company to use other than BMW themselves

Be careful. They dont use BMW approved parts but charge you at a price like they do.

My car started running hot and come to find out I had multiple coolant leaks. Dr.Bimmer did a diagnosis on my whole car and true it enough my radiator was bad. They replaced my radiator. They had it done in two days. Honestly I am VERY satisfied with my experience with Dr.Bimmer. I’m so glad I can across them. They are very nice and professional:). Took my BMW to get a diagnosis on it, they gave me a free 360 inspection. Must say that they are nice people & know what they are talking about. However I have to give them 3 stars because my motor cover was missing. I didn’t notice it until 3 weeks later because I wasn’t driving my car. I had another repair shop to look at my car after 3 weeks and they informed me that I didn’t have a motor cover on my car when I brought it in. I called Dr. Bimmer and let them know it was missing they said they would look for it. Got a call back from them telling me they couldn’t find it. However I know that when I brought the car to them my motor cover indeed was on my car. Other than that buildings nice & the front area people are very polite & professional.***REVIEW EDIT****Dr. Bimmer reached out to me after my previous review and offered to replace my BMW motor cover. Dr. Bimmer has excellent service. Great people and very very professional and polite. My review above was corrected within 2 days! If you are in Memphis or the surrounding areas I do recommend Dr. Bimmer to all BMW Lovers.

I made an appointment to have my 2010 Mini Cooper looked at because the engine light was on. Instead of having to wait an entire week to be seen, I was given an appointment for the following day. I couldnt be happier. The two young ladies in the office were exceptional and reassured me that my vehicle was in good hands. I would recommend this place to anyone with a mini cooper. They do fantastic work.

Dr. Bimmer went above and beyond today. I was driving back from Birmingham and had a blowout in the middle of nowhere. My phone died soon after giving them my location. When I was completely out of options, one of their mechanics drove all the way to my car to deliver a spare tire. Not only that, but they lended me a phone charger while I waited in their lobby. They offered food and drinks while I waited for my tires to be replaced. I will always come to Dr. Bimmer to work on my car!

I have been looking for a shop to take care of my 2011 BMW 328i xdrive and found Dr.Bimmer. I came in for a simple oil and oil filter change. The team their were more than happy to give me a tour of their clean shop. Along with the oil change, there were a few things that were found that needed to be taken care of as it is an older e90. I felt comfortable getting these taken care of here at Mustafas shop. The team was extremely friendly and had showed patience with me to answer all of my questions. My wife and I first met the owner (Mustafa Aladarbi) months ago at the local Starbucks. After several very pleasant encounters, we decided to have his team service our 2015 650i. We needed a soft close door lock motor, battery, and a suspension component. They were pillars of professionalism, keeping us informed along the way, advising of repair costs in advance of work, and making us feel like valued customers. The entire team are simply very nice people. The operate at a high skill level and demonstrate passion for their trade. We will use them again.

This is an update to my previous reviews. After the latest return visit for another engine light service & our conversation about a past issue that was presumably settled, we have reached a point of no return. First, if a car seat had damaged the leather seat, the accusation/damage wouldnt have been attributed to the shop. As a repeat customer, a car seat has never been observed in my car, my only child is 16 years and Im not a grandmother. Third, trust & believe, a witness to our communication about the issue that is being brought up again, after it was amicably settled, is not needed.I have absolutely no time to lose income & nic-pick with a business during a Pandemic, costing me thousands of dollars in repairs. Be mindful that each return visit within days of the previous repair that you whined about, cost me more money, not including costs for rental cars of $725 and repair done at Roadshow of $1400, within 48 hours of your repair work; while you complained about me HAVING to bring my car back each time. The only person scammed was me! You did not fix my car for free!!! After paying a total over $6500 in less than 5 weeks for what started out as replacing a battery, at this point, we are even. Mustafo, no additional customer service calls or repairs will be needed from you or the NEW office girl that cant explain a repair over the phone. Free business advice, let 1 EXPERIENCED office assistant be the face of the business & communicate with customers. And if your feelings are that sensitive simply because repair bills are questioned, you are in the wrong profession. No customer is going to trust the advice of a person that cant explain the repairs needed. I will not force my money on a business to be repeatedly disrespected. If another breakdown or engine light comes on within a few days of the most recent service that you did not explain, we will see each other in Court. By the way, Roadshow does not cover the window of the door to their garage with a shade. Deuces.✌🏽

This was a nightmare experience they kept my car for a month and called me four time to increase the cost of the repair. The cost started at $288 and climbed to over $600. It was only when I refused to pay the last cost increase of $249 that they called and said the repair was complete. I spoke to the owner and caught him in an out right lie. Horrible! Im reporting them to the BBB. They also damaged my convertible top.

You really want your BMW treated like a baby? Take it to Dr. Bimmer. These folks really know their stuff. Bumper to bumper, once they fix it, its fixed and you dont have to worry about anything again until the next service. I cant wait to buy my next one because they get to take care of it for me too. I am hooked. Today I walked into the shop feeling embarrassed about how neglected the family car was. In the past, I have felt judged by service staff when my car needs repairs. As I entered the shop I was greeted by several staff, one who went out of her way to welcome me as well as the owner of the shop. Already a completely different experience than a Firestone or Goodyear service center.I handed off my keys and service was done in a timely manner. I also want to point out that there were not a lot of people in the waiting area. For me, that suggested customers do not need to wait long for their service to be taken care of.I needed an oil change and rear break pads. I knew there was a lot more to be done on the car, but was not prepared for an inspection. In the past service centers would charge me an insane amount to tell me what I already knew about my car. This was not the case. Mr. Mustafa, Dr. Bimmer himself, diagnosed all issue with my car without fee, and even took the time to show my the issues and educate me on what was happing. I did not even have to ask! AMAZING!

Very reasonable pricing and great service. Dr. Bimmer has been working on my 328 for a couple of years and he is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Save yourself an hour round trip and inflated dealership prices for service and bring you car here.
