Very professional. All I needed was 6 feet of 5/8 inch heater hose. Other stores could only sell me 15 or 20 foot rolls. Not Bennett. They custom cut my six foot section, and asked if I wanted cut to the exact size for my vehicle. Amazing.This is now my go to parts house.

Bennett always has the best prices on the parts we need and if they dont have it in stock they will get it for you the next day. They always answer the phone and are very knowledgeable to answer any questions you have. The customer service you receive is top notch, we dont shop around anymore we just go to Bennett!!

These guys are super helpful, especially the lady who didnt mind that I kept calling for (practically) step-by-step instructions about how to detatch and reinstall an oil pan.

Old store, merchandise, and employees with poor customer service. Do yourself a favor and trust your car needs with another vendor. Always a struggle here to claim any warranties, especially batteries. Im done with this place.
