I bought a wiper blade for my rear window. I couldnt get it changed, I took my suv to Advance Auto Parts to see if they could. Nope, they couldnt change it either. I do want to thank them for the try though. I will shop at Advance Auto Parts every time I need anything.

Three stars because really it depends on who you talk to. Some staffers are quite knowledgeable while others have no clue on what I am asking them. I have learned to bypass certain staffers and wait for the ones I know are car smart!

Cancer ate my face = basil cell carcinoma ate my whole right side of my face ... While driving home to Cocoa from UF Health Shands Hospital in Gainesville, after a doctors appointment. My 1995 Ford F350 Crew Cab s smog air pump failed. I had my truck towed home and ordered my new replacement smog air pump & a new serpentine belt online with my smart phone. An hour later I arrived at the Dixon store in Cocoa, to picked up my parts & exchange my core on my smog air pump. The stores computer system had crashed due to the current weather, a thunderstorm rolling in & their system was rebooting as I was there. Their system didnt show my order for them to pull. But they looked at my confirm order for their store, on my phone & said that they would pull my parts for me & try to confirm the order later with corporate. They wrote down my name & contact information. Plus, my order confirmation number & my parts numbers & gave me the parts I ordered saying either way they would call me to say that they confirmed my order or if there was a problem with the order. As I was about to leave, the stores computer popped up with my order for them to pull for pick up. I thought it was nice that the store said that they were willing to give me my parts. So, I could fix my vehicle as they figured out what was going on with my order. Thank you everyone that was working this Sunday morning, I truly appreciate your time and services

I was a team member for 23 years and the District manager Fred Bunch wanted me to quit so they started treating me badly so I found another job in a different realm of work and left.I will NOT shop at Advance Auto ever again.Even the team member that are still there cant believe the way I was treated and Human Resource wouldnt check into allegations. Wonder Why???Approach with Caution !!

This location has been here over 30 years...my whole life. And Ive always enjoyed the selection and deals.

Most arent very knowledgeable, seems like they just hire whoever can read and type on a keyboard. I highly suggest finding out exactly what part and part number you need before calling or going there. Personally I only go there for oil which is very competitive priced. It was a great part store a few years ago but now its mostly keyboard employees.

Ok men there see a woman an talk down to them...losey service...i had go bk 3 times...only reason i go is for my husband...i had go to another store to puck up a battery...even at other store they wouldnt carry a car battery for a female....

These people are real pros. They quickly found the part I needed for my 98 Ranger. They even had it in stock. Wonder of wonders, it was less than Am**on. No wait! We were back on the road, safely, in an hour or so.
