On the day I was there, I had tried for 2 days to call to make sure they had my tires in! After 2 days..finally someone answered and scheduled me for 7 am the next morning. I got there at 6:45, only to find out that only one young man was there. I understand policy of having 2 people for safety. However, the second person wasnt due in until 8:00! The girl that was working there was calm and in control..however I was starting to loose it(yikes). They finally called the manager in and he took my car in straight away. The 2 girls at the customer service desk were wonderful and very professional trying to get my call through. And the girl working in auto was also. So after almost 2 hours..I was happy with my tires. Work on the scheduling please?!
Checked on line. My battery was in stock. Best price. Free installation. Drove down. An associate grabbed the battery I needed, said have a seat. In less than 20 minutes he called me to check outPainless. Only negative is that no one answers the phone when I call.
I had called in advance to make sure they had my car tire size they assured me they did when I got there no one was attending the tire section finally when someone did show up they didnt have my tires in stock and said they could order them wasted time SMH
Techs & cashier were very friendly and did a GREAT JOB
Been coming to this location for years and Ive never had any issue with an oil change or a set of new tires. I understand that it does take time to get Services done and I also understand that theres people in front of me which prolongs my visit to this location. I will not complain about a long wait especially if theres five cars in front of me. On average it takes 20 minutes to do an oil change so if theres 5 cars in front of me theres an hour and a half of waiting right there. But then again it all depends on how many techs they have working in the shop when I show up for service. The pricing is the absolute best as no other shop in the area can compare to the pricing that Walmart has. And while the employees might not be perfect they do strive for excellence and try to make the visit as pleasurable as possible.
Took forever to get a simple battery check and been calling for the past hour and the phone just rings until it hangs up. No one ever answers their phone here
I just tried to call to arrange for a tire rotation. Twice. First time, they picked up the phone and hung it up again without saying a word. Second time, it rang for 3 minutes before getting picked up by the main office, and I was told they were extremely busy and not the only customer trying to get through, and the woman on the phone said she had just paged them to answer their phones, then told me to call back in 30 minutes. F that. Im calling the Merritt Island branch.
Quick service what else can I say.
I will never go get an oil change from Walmart again, their suppose to check your fluids and the air in your tires and none of it was done. I cant even say that they truly did the oil change, what a waste of time!
If you post store hours then someone should be there when it says you are open
Could not get anyone to help me make an appointment for oil change so i went to midas
Cant even get them to answer the phone the main number they hung up on me six times and the same with the auto department hung up on me once left me on hold and then wont answer
I brought my vehicle in yesterday 02/25/20 for servicing. My vehicle wasnt able to be completed until after the counter closed for the day, so with the employees (Adam) permission, I left my vehicle in their care overnight and told Adam I would be back to retrieve it when they open at 0700.I arrived at 0703 and waited at the empty counter. At 0710 an employee (Trish) made her first appearance to open the counter. I informed her I was there to pick up my vehicle from the previous evening. I handed Trish my claim slip and requested to pay my so I could have my car back. Trish told me there was no cash drawer at the counter, which required her to leave and go all the way across the store to the front (that trip took 8 minutes), and then return with the cash drawer, prepared for business. When Trish made her return to the counter, she informed me that my service order and MY CAR KEY HAD BEEN LOST since last night! I made it very clear that I did consider this to be theft of my vehicle, since they lost my car key and refused to return my vehicle to me without the key. I begged several times to pay my bill, and informed them I did have my own copy of my car key on me, and therefore would not allow them to hold my property hostage from me just because they somehow lost the key I gave them!Lucky for me, Trish was extremely patient and went above and beyond to resolve my issue. She was eventually able to locate my vehicle key IN AN UNSECURED SPOT (keys are supposed to be locked and secured away) completely out of place! Thank you, Trish! Please, let me be clear: WALMART LOST MY CAR KEY, ATTEMPTED REFUSAL OF RETURN OF PROPERTY, AND FINALLY FOUND MY CAR KEY OUT IN THE OPEN COMPLETELY UNSECURED! I WILL NOT BE STEPPING FOOT IN THIS WALMART FOR THE FORESEEABLE FUTURE, AND I SUPPORT ANY OTHERS NOT SPENDING THEIR MONEY OR TIME IN THIS CRIMINAL ESTABLISHMENT!
Because I went to get a oil change, and they busted up my oil pan. They didnt even offered me a ride home. They took it to a mechanic who changed $1,175 to put on a oil pan and to fix one of my motor mounts. So therefore he charged so much that I have to wait on a check from Corporate. This was 17 days ago, and I still havent got my car back. They didnt offer me a rental, or gove me one either. So I have walk or catch the bus now. Its going to be 3 weeks before Ill get my car back! Apparently this happens quite often. I recommend people to get their oil changed at a mechanic shop. Ateast they can fix it on the spot!
Came in to get the oil changed, and after they changed the oil, the car wouldnt start. They claimed they needed to change the battery, too. Our battery was just fine before the oil change. No symptoms of battery failure at all. Either they are deliberately sabotaging peoples cars in a pathetic attempt to get more money, or theyre incompetent to the point where they cant complete a simple oil change without screwing up something else in the car. Never going back. Not worth a cheap oil change if they cause damage to the vehicle.
Great customer service.
I had a new tire put on my car. It was relatively inexpensive so that was good but it took about an hour and a half because they were busy. Other than that no complaints everybody was friendly and helpful.
Theyre pretty good service and price..but this last time they only had one tire and I needed two. That also happened with my friend he needed four and they only had two
Good service and nice staff
Even though they are closed, they still service you by selling you tirescheapput them on YOURSELVESor have someone else install them, and share the good day that you are having,GOD bless
I had a small leak in the rear tire, they balanced and patched up the hole in less than 30 minutes. Great job 👍
Always a long line with only 1 person working the counter
Upon arrival I waited 10 minutes for service. The techs would walk by, see me waiting, and keep walking. The phone was ringing off the hook. Some techs even opened the window and reached inside to grab papers or to avoid dealing with me. After another customer finally found someone to help us, I waited 2 hours for an oil change. Finally had to ask the very unhappy-looking service writer if my car was done after I noticed it wasnt in the bay anymore - it was, they just never bothered to let me know. Got in my car and noticed some of my stuff was moved around. That was unnerving. They didnt even reset the maintenance light. To top it off, a piece of the seal around the drivers window was now broken and sticking out - why did they need to even touch my windows? I told the manager who didnt seem concerned. He had me roll up the window and it became streaked with black sticky stuff. I showed him and he ignored it, and then cut off the piece that was sticking out, told me to have a nice day and walked away. I didnt think it was possible to screw up a simple oil change this badly but Walmart manages. Spend the extra $10 and go somewhere else. I recommend Solar Lube in Cocoa Beach.
Today was Friday and even though it took two hours to put on two tires the service was great and the tires look lovely.
First come first served, after a hour wait i had got a ride home and made arrangements I would be called when my vehicle was completed. A total of five hours later I called to inquire if my vehicle was done when the woman answered said she tried to call me but it went to voicemail .She left no message nor did my phone show I received a call .
Good, 4 what services they can provide 4 vehicles.oil change, tires, battery.Very convenient, shop while services are being done.Timesaver.
Ok let me just say i doint recomend the walmart. In cocoa the manager is very rood and i had a flat tire and it was ten minuts from closeing and he refused too have his guys too put a simple tire on my car it whouff and i was going too buy a brannew tire ld have literly taken 10 minuts couse i had already taken it off the car instead he told me no thay were about too close and this was a manager left me on the rim. Thank you please go somwere else this guys a joke.
I was there around 2pm to exchange a defective battery which requires a CSM approval. CSM was in the office on the phone and ignored requests for assistance by cashier for over 10 minutes. Instead he closed his door to ignore things further. After 20 mins someone came from elsewhere in the store to do the CSM function. There was at least 1 other person who waited as long as me needing the CSM approval.
Brought in my car for a tire balance because of a bumpy ride and a slight pull to the side. I left and the pull was still there so I took the car to a different shop for an alignment a week later and found out I had a separated tire. I called to complain that the tire was likely separated when I was there because I came in for the pull in the first place, Walmart claims that it must have separated after I left despite me noticing no change in driving quality. I spent $40 for lifetime tire balancing that I wont be using because Im convinced their techs cant even spot a separated tire.
Bought car battery very good price
Once again another disappointing trip to the Walmart service centerwont go into a long story of everything that has gone wrong over many visits but if youre capable of doing it yourself youre better off doing it yourself
Was not that crowded and my car seem to be driving better
They always get er done ....reasonably priced
Had a bad experience today I got to Walmart between 3:30 and 4 to the Auto Center gave my keys, sign paperwork there was nobody else waiting and when to the store to do some shopping return when I return there were two people waiting and they were attended before me because they were shopping for tires I was just repairing the tire I dont think its not fair if you are not spending that much money that you are not taking in consideration and get somebody ahead of you
A four hour wait to get a single tire mounted? The first rule of Walmart is as follows: If you go to Walmart for only one thing, that is the one thing you will not find. Now I know it applies to auto service as well.
Have the tire guarentee.Great!
Got what i need to
They closed two hours early!!!!!
I arrived at the auto care center at 755am and i just left at 825am because there was no one available at the customer service desk for an oil change.
Great service as well as customer service
They put the wrong size tires on my car didnt find out till they all blew in Virginia
