These folks are a pleasure to do business with. You can tell they enjoy what they do and take pride in doing a good job. We hired them to install a flat tow system and when ordering we gave them the wrong size for the mount for the hitch. They went the extra mile to take care of the problem and even though it was totally our mistake, they didnt charge us any extra to return/replace the wrong part. I would happily recommend them to anyone.

I had a great deal of weight lifted off my shoulders after leaving this place! Tumblers in the lock on my 2016 f150 tonneau cover busted and had me locked out of all my tools.I work out of my truck for a living so this was a huge problem. Every locksmith I went to said they dont deal with these particular locks..Out of options,I went to Topper town,James Super knocked it out of the park and had me back to my tools in no time. He removed the faulty tumbler Ive got one ordered from the dealer and was able to open and close with the latch within 2 minutes! Great service!

Came into the store looking for a ballast for my lighting setup, which has been a pesky search in itself. They helped test the lights and explained which part I needed and even gave me an old ballast that I needed. They also quoted me a price on a new pair of headlights, which I also needed that were significantly cheaper. Professional, respectful and informed workers. Definitely gained a new customer.

I had a bunch of lights and a winch put on my F150 raptor. I wasnt sure what I wanted, and the staff really helped me narrow down my choices and Im super happy with the result. When it came time for the install, they removed my bumper and found out it was installed incorrectly. They diagnosed the problem, got the parts that day, fixed it, installed my new toys, and I was on my way. Super friendly people and very knowledgeable. Would go back here in a heartbeat.

Nice shop. Employees were friendly and helped to get my covering properly aligned to my truck. Took the time to show me how to adjust it for future needs, and told me they would do it for me if needed.

Toppertown sold me expensive custom running boards. They were defective. They had dents in them. It was dark when I took delivery and I didn’t see the dents. Directly after the purchase I had an injury with broken bones. By the time I noticed these dents it was over one month from the time they installed the running boards, the length of the warranty. Although it was a factory defect they would not replace them. After I recovered and started using the truck I quickly discovered that the steps are extremely slippery when wet. I fell off a step and was injured. This past weekend, my employee fell from a step and broke two ribs. They need to be made safe and secure to step on in all weather conditions. I am now having to pay another company $350 to have them removed from the truck, sprayed with a special non-slip paint, and put back on the truck. Toppertown does not take responsibility for problems with the workmanship of the products they sell to the point where people get injured.Terrible!

I have been going to Toppertown for years for many different things and they always go out of their way to make sure I am happy! I have gotten a bumper replaced, and they made sure it was painted the proper color and installed correctly. I had them install a stereo, sunshades, window visors and several accessories on multiple vehicles Ive had over the years and its great that I can get all this done at one place! Its really nice to find a family run business that takes the time to make sure all of your car/truck needs are taken care of. Customer service is great and the work was fantastic! I had a spray in bedliner installed on my F350 and an auxiliary fuel tank added. It looks great and functions perfectly!

This company has a lack of awareness that lead to the hassle I went through to get a winch, hitch, and train horn installed. The parts that were order came in on a Monday. I called before my appointment to ensure that all the part had arrived and were ready for install. I was told yes. I went to the appointment and talked with an installer about the details of the install. I received a call later that day saying that they would need the truck over night with no explanation. I asked to talk to someone to tell me why, and they told me that a used part had come in a new box. This is why an inventory of parts should have been done and may have fixed this problem before I dropped the truck off. I went later that day to discuss options for the compressor to be ordered. I looked under the truck to see only two train horns. I ordered a kit that had three. I was told then that I did not order that kit and mine came with two. I left to go get my invoice and I in fact ordered the three-horn system with upgrade. They were able to get a new compressor kit in and add the third horn by noon the next day. When I was called and was told the truck was ready I asked to make sure that the train horn upgrade kit was installed. I was told it was and the truck was finished. I tried to explain that when I had last saw the truck the upgrade kit was not installed and to make sure that it was before I came to pick up the vehicle. I drove 40 min and got a call saying that my upgrade kit had just arrived and it would be another five hours for install. Why was this not inventoried when I called before I dropped the truck off and asked if all the parts had come in? To make it all even worse my truck was scratched. I cannot recommend this place for craftsmanship based off the scratches and corners that were cut during install or customer service.

Broke the side window on my cap. They got the part fast and did a fantastic job removing the old window and replacing. Highly recommend

I paid for the purchase and installation of the Extang Trifolding Cover. I quickly realized it is an inferior plastic skinned cover compared to a better made top aluminum skinned cover. One of the problems if you get the brackets under side to tight; it will bow the top. I got home after a heavy rain and saw where water leaked in around the edges. When I went to reseat it properly the gaskets started falling off. I had to use a gasket adhesive to reseat the gaskets and then reposition the cover to the truck. So much for the $85.00 install cost.
