I was recommended to use Beste by a Interstate Tire, another auto shop i highly trust. Beste and TJ the manager were fantastic to work with, they gave an honest price and had great customer service. I have used them now for intensive body work on a car less than 2yrs old, an inspection on a 30yr old Cadillac and routine maintenance, and inspection on my emissions system, each time the service has exceeded my expectations.

Easy to get an appointment. I thought there was a brake problem on my car. They did an evaluation, and the brakes were OK. No charges! What a pleasant surprise. The front desk was pleasant. Im doing my car maintenance at this garage.

Nice people but can’t work on European cars with more complex issues. Had to get an Audi through inspection after failing due to a check engine light that wouldn’t turn off; long story short it spent 130 days (as in 36% of a year) at this garage. Would recommend finding a specialist if you have a car like mine, especially considering that the only reason the wait wasn’t longer was because the car was seen by Audi specialists.

Not the cheapest. But honest. I almost always know what is wrong with my car before I take it in. I do a lot of work on it myself. These guys play it straight.

AVOID!! You go to Beste with one problem and it leaves with another! Took our truck in with a coolant leak (which appeared when they worked on the truck previously, but its not related) and they fixed a manifold leak. Now the radiators busted a couple days later. And its still not related. When I dropped the truck off they said, leave the keys on the desk and didnt even have a service writer to take care of me. I was waiting on the vehicle, but that didnt seem to matter. There was no one to talk to as far as how the repairs were going. Dont bother calling, they dont answer their phone either. I dont understand how these folks stay in business.

They arent the most refined place, but they are friendly, prompt, and reasonable. My father took every single car that was purchased in my family for the last 10 years there for service and repair.
