Have to say if I based my experiences off first interaction with this Dealership, I would have taken my business somewhere else. Walking into the Dealership the Associates were not welcoming at all. Was never greeted, but was looked at. Finally I spoke looking for a particular car was given a very vague answer. After 20 minutes looking all behind the dealership for the vehicle I became a little defeated. Finally I ran into two gentlemen coming out of next dealership, and the one gentleman gladly help me. I have to say if was not for Nicholas Cohen, Audi of Hunt Valley wouldn’t have gotten my business. Nicholas was very knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. The vehicle I tested drove Friday and came in Saturday morning to purchase end up not being the car we selected. Nicholas found the perfect car, Audi A5 with extremely low mileage on that My Husband and I love! From Nicholas closing the sale with his manager Kevin (whom I enjoyed laughing with) and the Finance Man Mr. William (who did magic with the numbers); we are truly happy with our new addition to our car selection πŸ˜€ But Nicholas superb customer service does not end there! The next day I notice they never put the mats back in the car. Nicholas search high and low for them, he was willing to order me new ones. He made sure the perfect mats fit in my car and again extended his knowledge to me concerning my new purchase. If you want the best, ask for NICHOLAS COHEN! He is truly a 5 stars Audi Specialist!

Hands down to Matt and Chris, seem like they are the only two who are professional and provide excellent customers service. They were the only two who always greeted me. Of course there were other staff there, but in an establishment like that, you are suppose to make your customer feel welcoming. A lot of businesses need to have more cultural based settings and diversity. For these attributes in any business or organization is needed because it promotes love and love for all sorts of people just like the Bible says. We never want to make or think that we are too good and we know it all when we don’t especially working in a professional setting. People become overly confident and prideful and that’s the energy that I felt coming into that place of business. Maybe there should be a refresher course for staff involving customer service training and civil rights training for all staff to be fully equipped. One thing for sure, we are all imperfect humans who are no better than one another. Therefore, it’s important that a reviews are completed by consumers becausebusinesses can still make change before it’s too late.

For the 6 years I have been having my vehicles serviced by Audi Hunt Valley have, Chris, Eric and Matt Hunt have been nothing short of amazing and professional. They all try their best to attend to your concerns and are all relatively personable. Be patient and make a concerted effort to communicate effectively. Their one of the main reasons I continue to support the Audi brand and Audi of Hunt Valley.This particular visit was handled by Chris for my SQ5. Great to be in an atmosphere where people enjoy what they do and those they interact with. If you have questions, ask them!

March 27 I went to Audi Hunt Valley to purchase a new vehicle, I met a sales person Patrick Hoffman, he is extreme patient and knowledgeable, he work through entire processing and show me how to use infotainment system after I purchased. My 30,000 mile service was not completed. The service department said they couldn’t finish at that time and would reschedule me for a later date. I’m very busy and rescheduled weeks in advance and when the date came, they denied any appointment existed and did nothing to correct their error. Extremely unprofessional and disorganized department, I will not support audi after this because of many poor service experiences over the years. Great cars, inferior service dept.

My service advisor was Matthew Flick. Matthew was professional, knowledgeable and cordial. He explained to me what each vehicle recall would entail as well as the other services that my vehicle would receive.My loaner vehicle was waiting out front at the completion of my check-in. Once the walk around inspection was completed he smiled as he presented me with the key. I smiled and chuckled to myself, because the rain nor the cloudy skies had put a damper on his day. Matthew was just as pleasant and professional when I returned for my vehicle.

Audi did a wonderful job at maintaining friendly customer service, consistent communication, and overall completion of transactions when purchasing my used Volvo from them. My sales associate, Baine, was fantastic at ensuring my car was in good hands and that I was always updated on any run-ins I had with the car before and after my purchase. He and other associates stayed after hours to ensure that my purchase was swift and complete. Awesome job!

The service person was very nice and professional. I have taken my car there a few times now and the service has been spot on every time. The only thing I wish would change is the service people seem to make you feel like you probably didnt need to bring your car in. Please dont tell me that Im probably just hearing things when I drop the vehicle off. I doubt myself and feel like Im wasting mine and their time all morning. Then they call me and tell me I need over $800 in repairs. So I wasnt hearing things and there was a problem. It is O.K. to say We will take a look and let you know what we find. OR Do you want to pay for an inspection? Im still very satisfied with the service I just would like to make this suggestion.

This is a premier, first class dealership with a beautiful showroom, service and parts departments. I purchased a new 2021 Audi Q5 which was factory ordered in August 2020 and delivered in December 2020. From the beginning of the purchasing process, my sales associate Nicholas Cohen was very professional, courteous and very knowledgeable in the overall sales process. He spent over 2.5 hours with me during my initial visit to the dealership to include a complete summary of the vehicle and all of the custom order details that I had questions about. Once the car was ordered he was always very responsive to any question and/or concern that I had prior to vehicle delivery. He was extremely patient during the entire process and has my full commendation as an excellent sales associate fully worthy of a 5 star brand specialist with Audi USA.

I had a wonderful experience at Audi Hunt Valley. Chelsea in the Services department was very professional and courteous, she kept me up to date with every stage of my vehicle repair. I was offered a loaner vehicle while mine was being worked on and that too was a seamless experience. They offer you a brand new vehicle to use while you wait, you cant beat that! My vehicle was returned fully detailed and cleaned after the services were complete, many would complain that the dealership services are too expensive, but to come back to a vehicle that is cleaner than when you left it, I would say it is worth the price. Very happy with my experience.

With prior cars normally they go over what they did and how what’s fixed etc I got nothing and that’s the second time I was there this week and the experience was the same.so honestly I have no clue what happen when my car was fixed and I wasn’t told my brakes was not so good I had read the report once i got home. I just feel like that’s the importance of going over paperwork etc after repairs I would’ve just got them done the same time it’s and inconvenience to have to come back for me.

Staff was pleasant enough, but after bringing my car to the dealership with an issue with the Electronic Parking brake, which I reluctantly agreed to repair for $1600, I was informed afterward that they found another fault which then required an additional $1700 to replace a fuse box damaged from a leak. This issue was not identified in the initial diagnostic and also my car had been in this same shop 1 month prior,Β with no disclosure of any such issue.Β  Β Essentially my only option was to pay an additional $1700 for a total of $3300 to get my car back. No other options. The car might be worth about $7k in the private market.Β  They did get me in touch with the sales team, who then told meΒ they would only offer me $2500 (after the $3300 worth of repairs) for the car.1 day after repair at Audi Hunt valley, it rained, the leak & water accumulation was worse as the trunk vent has been damaged during service allowing more water in.Β Β Took it to a body shop and they applied some sealant and fixed leak for $175.My advice would be to definitely take your car elsewhereΒ before this location.

They over charged me, performed services test I didn’t ask for, charged for things that should have been complimentary with luxury vehicles, and then told me my car was worth $200, but my service bill was $700 just for them to check out the problem. Nothing was fixed. If I decided to get the recommended services my bill would have been $8500. I basically gave them my car because I didn’t feel like going through the process of the telling how much they would have to pay for this and that. Knowing once they sell it at the auction they will gain a couple thousand dollars for it. Never πŸ‘ŽπŸ½ again!!!

The customer service at the Hunt Valley dealership is above any other. From the moment I walked in to the final moments I was completing my purchase I was treated with the greatest of care. Tony, the GM there went above and beyond to make me not only satisfied with my purchase, but to assure my family that we had what we needed to fit our life style. I went to a different Audi dealer prior to this one only to be offered much less for my trade in and not an easy feeling. Naturally that dealership told me to stay away from Hunt Valley because they add unknowns to their prices at the end and are not upfront about everything. I found that not to be the case at all. Not only were they better priced, they were willing to talk to me about fair prices on todays market. I believe the other dealership was only trying to keep me away from Hunt Valley because they new they could not compete with them. Plus their inventory is much larger at Hunt Valley. So take it from me, a first time Audi buyer. If you are unsure or have any questions about an Audi but are in the market. Go to Hunt Valley. Ask for Tony. Tell him Doug sent you.

Bought a Q3 here in January and was experiencing some battery issues (which was covered under warranty). But as I was due for a 40k service/oil change, I purchased Audicare for 40/50k after reading a list of services (that included brake spark plugs and a bunch of other services) only to find out that the technician mistakingly thought these services were included but they actually wont be performed until the 60k service (which I didnt purchase yet but was told I could easily purchase that after 50k service).I felt a bit scammed, and had I known certain services werent included I would have only opted to get an oil change and the free multi-point inspection. I received no calls about this mistake and had I not asked about the services I didnt see completed, she would have said nothing.I highly recommend ensuring that all service reps at drop off actually know what theyre doing and what services are included with what... Overall dissatisfied with how the tech handled the situation and that the manager never called me back after expressing my dismay, but my vehicle is gleaming and driving well.

We brought our Q7 into the Hunt Valley Service Center after we were alerted to low air pressure in the rear tire. The tech confirmed the tire was punctured and would need to be replaced (this was a Thursday). We were heading out of town on Saturday and were advised they wouldnt be able to get the tire in time, so my husband made an appointment 10 days later, a Monday morning at 7:30am. When I arrived that morning for service, I was greeted by the service tech who asked if I was there for the new tire. I confirmed and was informed he had been out of the office as well, had forgotten to order the tire and would need to give us a loaner. When I asked why they hadnt called us to cancel or reschedule the appointment, he responded my bad. As we rescheduled, I shared our information on the tire package, which we purchased with the vehicle and would have covered this repair. He then proceeded to put me in a Q7 loaner which we inspected together (exterior only). It wasnt until after I left the dealership that I realized the interior was filthy - crumbs on the floor, seats and console, some type of congealed liquid or food on the passenger door, etc. Obviously, the vehicle was never inspected upon arrival and never cleaned. I drove back to the dealership and requested a new loaner - this service tech was very apologetic and put me in a spotless sedan.The following day, we received a call that our Q7 was ready for pick up. When I arrived, a different tech checked me out and handed me a bill for the new tire. When I informed him we had the tire package and shouldnt owe anything for the visit, he asked if I informed my service manager at the time of check in. When I confirmed, he went into the service bay to check with the tech, then responded he said you dont have to pay this, he just wanted you to know how much it cost which I find a little hard to believe - why give someone an invoice for $400+ dollars if amount owed is actually $0?Bottom line, this was our first and last visit to Auto Nation Hunt Valley Audi. As a new Audi owner, this was really disappointing - such poor service and lack of interest in the customer service. Two stars because at least the gentleman that assisted with the second loaner seemed apologetic.

Dropped car off for oil change, had no issues with the business side of things. Oil was changed during the schedule time, no damage to the car, they honored my request for no car wash or software upgrades. Had an issue with the lack of mask enforcement though. Signs all over the place requiring customers to wear a mask when entering the facility, yet I stood in line behind a customer who was wearing no mask, at all, as they talked to an employee about service. They werent asked to put on a mask until after i told that employee that it was making me uncomfortable that they werent enforcing anything during a pandemic. Giant hand sanitizer container was also empty. Ill go back for service, ive always had a good business experience at this location, but i know that wasnt the first mask-less person and wont be the last. Ill schedule future service for when they open now.

The overall experience was very positive. The dealings were relatively quick and hassle-free, and the staff was very friendly and attentive.The only disappointing thing was that the floor mats were left in the trunk after the detailing. Other than that, I recommend Audi Hunt Valley if youre in the market for a great car and a good experience.

Best service I’ve had at any dealership, period. Stopped in to ask about purchasing engine coolant and about an appointment for my check engine light, they proceeded to top me off free of charge, reviewed my car history, determined everything was under warranty and offered to get me in for service the next day, all within 30 minutes. After dropping off my car, they shuttled me to work, fixed the underlying issue and then also fixed a few recalls, updated my computer, and cleaned the car. Highly recommend Hunt Valley Audi.

Overall Good experience. They had the car ready for me to test drive. The salesman, Ron Harris was very pleasant and professional. Car was detailed and looked brand new. Although there was no haggling allowed, their price was very fair. During the test drive the front brake rotors did not feel well. Upon returning, the sales manager test drove the car and agreed to replace them at no cost to me. Give them a try.

Audi Hunt Valley makes buying a car as smooth as possible. They know their product inside and out and were willing to let me drive as many cars as I wanted before making a decision. They did not try to put me in a car on the first meeting and were great about checking in from time to time. When My decision was finally made the paperwork process took no more than an hour! Went in for an oil change. I was told that I purchased the Audi Care package and that I was due my 20,000 mile service and that it would not cost a thing. I was so happy for that. We had a really good purchasing experience. We were not sure whether we wanted a new or certified pre-owned vehicle so we worked with both their new (Jesse) and used car (Kevin) managers who provided the information we needed to make our decision. Our salesperson Ron was great to work with no high pressure sales tactics and he followed through on everything we discussed.
