Bought two cars from Mike Taylor at Mercedes Benz of Hunt Valley. They were not pushy and gave very good customer service. Mike went above and beyond to meet our needs and assist us with finding the cars we wanted (which is not easy these days). There was a minor issue with one of the cars that they immediately addressed. We are happy with our decision to buy from Mike and had a good experience with everyone at this dealership, all the way up the general manager who is great as well.Our next Mercedes will without doubt come from Mike at this dealership. Absolutely terrible experience. They have taken over 90-days to get title transferred allowing my temp tags to expire on my business vehicle, essentially putting that vehicle on the sidelines and unable to be used and costing me a lot of money. I do not know when it will be resolved as they will give me no direct specifics about timing. NOTE: It is violation of state law to have taken as long as they have. All of this is factual which I am happy to document for anyone that wants to verify. Then, when I express how poorly this is handled and the consequences to me, the sales person called me passive aggressive. So, this is the attitude received when they screwed up the sale and delivery of tags --- the customer gets blamed because they are not more happy about the situation. Expressing displeasure is NOT passive aggressive. My communication was very direct - just not positive, which it should not be given what they did. This sales person you should never work with is Ridgely McKinless. Not only for this reason, but also for his dishonesty in a sales transaction. He hid things about the vehicle until after documents were signed, and he lied about there being a state minimum for doc fees. When its the opposite, there is a state maximum, which I discovered later. On top of this, why is the sales manager and the person who screwed up the title processing not involved in resolving this? The sales rep is not even being given all of the information to deal with the situation, and just resorts to providing air cover, then blaming and insulting the customer. The management obviously lack the professionalism to deal with their own failures, which includes not calling back a customer days before the tags expired to provide any updated after leaving a message. The finance manager was also dishonest. I had to catch him in lies when actually reading the documents. What a mess of an organization. And, this is not my typical experience. I get great service and professionalism from my hometown Mercedes dealer from past purchases. This Mercedes dealer is just bad.

Mercedes Benz of Hunt Valley did an outstanding job in fixing my 2020 GLC 300.Its always stressful when you have a repair but Service Consultant Skylar made things a lot easier by explaining all of my options and giving his expert recommendations. Skylar also stayed in contact and kept me appraised of status of repair. Hunt Valley Mercedes has a very comfortable waiting area and facility is very clean. I highly recommend.

I have nothing but great feedback when it comes to all of my service appointments with MB. My last appointment, wasnt great due to the weirdest situation Id ever experienced there, it honestly wasnt anyones fault, just a situation that couldnt be explained or figured out, but my guy Skylar jumped right in and worked things out,and made an uneasy situation easy to handle. He made sure I was 200% satisfied, and made sure that everything worked out in my favor. He totally went above and beyond for me. My satisfaction was definitely guaranteed. After an initial rough experience for maintenance service with MB of Hunt Valley the staff resolved everything professionally and quickly. Skylar and Eric did a great job remedying a very poor experience into a true Mercedes standard. They took care of every single issue and concern and went above and beyond resolving all of the problems from the initial service appointment. They turned a bad situation into a great experience. The quality of the service department is declining. Within the last 12 months (under 7k miles) the service department allegedly performed the Schedule A & B Services, Express Services, Battery Replacement etc . I dropped my vehicle off without leaks. Picked it up with a leak. I received a loaner vehicle that was dirty. The interior was covered in dog hair, hand, and footprints. The exterior was also dirty. According to Skylar the car wash team could not remove the cicadas. To my knowledge, it’s been more than a month since the last cicada sighting. It was also the expectation that Mercedes maintained adequate sanitation of all vehicles specially since the increased numbers of COVID-19 and the Delta variants. Truly disappointing.

I CALLED 3 DEALERSHIPS BEFORE I GOT TO HUNT ( IN WHICH ONE TOLD ME TO TOW THE CAR ) BUT HUNT VALLEY WAS THE ONLY ONE WITH THE KNOWLEDGE THAT I NEEDED TO FIX THE PROBLEM. This review is in regards to my service advisor, Sam Wu. Having experienced the subpar service at the Atlanta Buckhead location before I moved to Pennsylvania, I was really impressed with the professionalism, timeliness of response, and above and beyond action that Sam provided me. This is not the closest Mercedes Benz location to me. Although I dont live in Maryland, the drive down from Pennsylvania is worth it. I had an issue with my car. Sam took care of it. No extra fluff and no BS. I will be requesting him specifically whenever I need service on my vehicle.

Hope I can give zero star.If you have to come this store stay away with EMAN! A salesman With very bad attitude!! Very disappointed with Mercedes Benz. We get a gle350 on last Saturday. After we drive home the maintenance light is on. Says service is due. My husband email EMAN on Monday about this problem. There is no response. So we Wait until Thursday, but still no response. My husband called him, he said he don’t know the answer, we need to call service center to make appointments to find out. I think my husband did not get the full information from EMAN. So I called him again. His attitude is terrible! He literally said: I AM NOT GOING TO REPEAT MYSELF AGAIN, I JUST SAID TO YOUR HUSBAND! After we purchase the car here is his attitude! Watch out every one!

Just purchased a ‘21 GLA 45 from here - gotta tell ya, it took some time but it was worth the wait. Ridgely is the best in the biz and beast in the east! Buying a new car can be very stressful, but I had a very good experience buying a new car from Mercedes-Benz of Hunt Valley. The sales associate Preston that I dealt with was very helpful and responsive to all my questions and I had many. My car is beautiful and it has many options. Even the buying experience with management and finance was pleasant and there is always a very nice receptionist that answers the general number who tries to be very helpful. Both Preston and Sam, the technical guru have responded to questions and spent time showing me how to use all the accessories that come with the car.

I rated this a four star only because of the service personnel who were very good My other major problem is that I have an Autonation extended warranty, at significant cost, and needed new tie rod ends and it took a couple of days to get approval for the repairs and then would only reimburse to a predetermined level with me having to pickup the difference. I bought this product because this dealership is owned by Autonation so should be no problems in getting it honored. I think they need to step and honor the needs particularly when it is from one of their own dealers. Not true and be warned!

I came in to get a Maryland State inspection and was advised that I could also receive my 50k mile maintenance service on the same day. I had no plan to get both but figured why not. My advisor Sam let me know that I in no way was required to do it that day and could get all or some of what was needed. He was so informative and patient in explaining what was scheduled. I really felt welcome and comfortable with Sam’s guidance.

Brought my car in because the comand module was not working properly.When I received the car back approximately fours hours later, the comand module was still not working. It was obvious that the technician had not even tried to reproduce the original problem.New comand had to be ordered.I will give you a review after the new module has been installed.

I’m 19 years old and shouldn’t have to be taken advantage by my age. But I’m assuming in this case I did. I’m here to give the background story and as well as why they deserve this horrible review. I took my vehicle here for service and mostly repairs. I dropped my vehicle to get a very costly repair that had to take 2 days. I was given a rental vehicle by a man named Skyler who works at this dealer on service side, for my transportation on the days that my car would be under repair. We sat and I was handed a waiver, everything was fine as for the laws, I agreed and signed it assuming there wouldn’t be any issues as they told me they’ve already inspected this vehicle. But there was something illegal that they did, was lie to a customer like me but as well as not having the rights to inspect the vehicle myself, as well as this vehicle sat outside all morning and I never saw anyone walk around it. Another thing is Skyler never gave me the keys or look at the rental before signing the waiver. I was given notice that a link for inspection copy would go to my phone. I never got the link till hours later after I had left the dealer. I did notice damages as well for a crack on the windshield when I was given the vehicle, but I insisted myself knowingly that this vehicle was inspected like Skyler had told me. Drove off. Days later I come back to pick up the car that was fixed and there in that very spot I was accused of this cracked windshield on the rental. I told them I had not been the person that has cracked it and that this crack had been on this vehicle when It was given to me. At this point. The Waiver says it all that I did indeed sign it and I shall (insurance) pay up for any damages on this rental vehicle. Very clear that they didn’t help me once, like looking at any of their security footage. Nothing but the worst Manager works at this dealer not to address the issue. Accused and rubbed around like a mop they didn’t let me leave or let my vehicle free till I had filed a claim on my insurance to cover the damages on the rental.4 out of 5 worse dealer. I’ve seen many people get played here and not once did I not see somebody be left alone and not be picked on. At lease for the 1 star would go to the fantastic job the mechanic did on the repair of my vehicle.10/10 would not recommend this dealer to nobody.

I recently bought a used vehicle from Mercedes of Hunt Valley online. The car is a 2014 Shelby GT 500...this is my dream car. I have heard stories of people buying cars online and then they show up in no where near the condition they were promised. After spending over $2k on a major service on my G550, I have had to bring my vehicle in now 3 times to fix the same issue. The tire pressure monitor will not reset after the service and now I have to again drive 45 min and wait to have it looked at again as well as after a major service the oil light on the panel was on as it needed additional oil. Now I have a lighter not working that was working and a tailout out as well. All at once after a sensor. Not what I expect from Mercedes Service.Update:Well, thanks to Eric, the Service Manager, my G550 was finally fixed properly. Eric took the extra time to make sure all the items were taken care of and properly repaired. Thank you Eric. More attention like this is needed to make sure this happens the 1st time. Thank you.

I was there two days ago to do a oil change and maintenance,and those scratch happen I did call and email them but here is what they say {Those are two wear spots on the steering wheel. It occurs over time from the oils on your hands and or lotions/chemicals. Nothing that could happen in one day.] I am 100%sure there is nothing before I drop it off. I think that looks like the tools scratch,I did bought my car here but right now I am so upset .will never come back.

I was fortunate to have been acquainted with Joshua Mitich as my Mercedes sales advisor. I had a few conversations with Joshua over email prior to me coordinating a 50 minute drive to see the car in person. After doing my own due diligence, I knew I was interested in the car I came to see... but Josh, who initially came off as a young, ambitious, run-of-the-mill ‘salesman’ — Josh, really took his time ensuring the car was the right fit for me. Any question I asked, he double checked to ensure he had the FACTS to support his answers. I bought the car during this pandemic and he respectfully, cautiously respected boundaries but was still very hospitable, offering the luxury experience I expected. Joshua also made sure to make an effort to bring up concerns, options, factors I didn’t even think of, but he thought to ask due to his ability/experience in understanding my personal expectations for the purchase as well. It could’ve been due to the pandemic, but he was juggling more than one customer and I still felt like he enhanced the luxury purchase process, satisfying the interaction I would’ve liked as someone spending money, let alone money on an (AMG) Mercedes Benz.The rest of the staff was very kind and patient with me as well, I’m sorry I can’t say I can single everyone out but I felt very welcomed and felt like my business was appreciated, not expected, nor forced.

Loved the Mercedes Gla that I purchased, however as my family grew I traded it in. Emailed and went into dealership to submit all paperwork for trade in to receive my money from GAP through Autonation to Rene Javois in January 2020 he didnt submit it. He hasnt returned any calls . Went back in to talk to manager Jim Abrect who assured me that he would talk to Rene and cc me all of the information, still nothing, Left a message for manager Bob White still no return call. I am becoming increasingly concerned about my purchase. Ive received conflicting information from various associates related to a tax shortfall one noted hed recieved a notice from PennDOT (I continue to ask for a copy of said correspondence only to be presented with copies of their paperwork nothing from PennDOT) that there was a shortfall and another stated the process still needs to begin.Prior to being finalized Sales and Finance reviewed the terms and paperwork with a fine tooth comb assuring me that they worked with PA residents on a consistent basis. I would assume that includes correctly calculating taxes, tags, fees registration etc. I trusted the process and financed based on the final numbers I was provided. Now there is an error and I am being asked to be fully responsible for their mistakes. Despite my having reached out multiple times for joint resolution I am still awaiting resolution. But they have sent me a survey request on multiple occasions:(

Short version: After witnessing you get misinformed for a week straight, their salesman Josh Mitich will have no problem harassing your wife, leaving the dealership next door in tears, having been lied to once again.Long version: Mercedes of hunt valley, received a Subaru Outback as a trade-in on from a Subaru employee (the dealership next door) on a new Mercedes. It’s important to note that both dealerships are under the umbrella of Autonation. The Mercedes dealership, having taken ownership of said vehicle, posted it to their website. My family “reserved” the vehicle and received an email that it was available and to come on in. We make three subsequent trips to the dealership as a family (me, wife, and three month old baby) only to be told the vehicle is not ready as we were told we would be.On the third trip, we meet Josh, who despite seeming to be a shifty salesman, is kind of on top of it (more to come there). He gets the information that ends up being correct and connects us with Corey Warren who runs the used car scene at the Subaru dealership, odd, but having the folks that sell the cars run the inspection process seemed smart. A bunch of texts and calls later, the vehicle is ready and we’re all coming up to see the vehicle we had reserved a week ago; the vehicle from the day we saw it through the day before, was listed for sale at 23,780 on the Mercedes website.So we see the car and it is exactly what we thought it would be, time to buy.I get brought into the Subaru dealership for the usual sit down, odd because the Mercedes dealership listed it for sale, but whatever, I’ve spent over ten hours carting my family to see this car so a change of scene shouldn’t be a problem. a bunch of sales speak about loans and relationships with banks (which the well informed car buyer will know is just them trying to get you to get a loan through the dealership so they make more money, also known as lying) my guy Josh goes to get Corey so I can see the actual cost of the vehicle, Corey begrudgingly does so, but not before muttering under his breath how I want to “spend more money” by not getting a loan through them (again, a lie, but it’s a car dealership, they prey on the ill informed). When I get my hands on the little piece of paper detailing costs, the price has gone up by over 1200. Shocked, I ask about the price that was listed on their website as of my last checking (the day before) and am told “that was never the price”. Being objectively lied to, I am disinterested in an explanation as to why the car my family had fought to get a look at for six straight days is now magically more expensive. Disagreement ensues, mincing no words about how I feel about being grifted, I depart to tell my wife, who has been caring for our infant in the backseat of our car for the past half hour the sour news.Being of a more forgiving mind, she heads in to seek an explanation and it is, that the dealership (Mercedes) was never supposed to have the car (it was sold to them) and it was always to be sold by the Subaru dealership, that is why the price that was advertised online and sent to us via email was “never the price”. Confusing to you, dear reader, I bet. More confusing yet that Josh Mitich, has been there the whole time, an employee of the Mercedes dealership... curious indeed.Speaking of Josh, our abismal experience ends with my wife leaving this Subaru dealership in tears being harassed by the actually, in fact, shifty at best, Josh Mitich. He seemed to have no issue remaining silent while his dealership was dragged through the mud for listing a vehicle they bought, but made sure to speak up when it time to curse at a crying mother.Will this review change your mind if you want what they’re selling, no. Does at least one person need to put it out there that Josh Mitich and Corey Warren are snakes, yes.Finally, please spare me the canned customer service reply, you have my name and all my information, if you wanted to make this better you would have already.

I visited the dealership on 12/26/2020 for an open campaign/recall on SRS system. The service receptionist scheduled me in for 01/04/2021 at 10am. She told me that this was the ideal time because the parts will already be in for the vehicle. This really surprised me because I was not even asked for the VIN number or my last name, so how did they figure out the correct part (is this the way customers are fooled)?On 01/04/2021, I drove in and the vehicle was taken in, was told the campaign would take 2 hours and was given an option to wait which I gladly accepted.After about 2 hours, I was Informed that the part was not in stock and that I will be called when it is available!!! I guess it probably takes 2 hours to figure out that.My first visit, first impression and they are already thanking me for the opportunity to earn my business!!

My service advisor, Dwayne, was courteous and attentive while explaining what I could expect for replacement of an airbag due to a recall notice. He also was great in both pricing out new tires for me and making sure that my GLK350 was ready for winter. Dwaynes a great representative of the dealership and one of the many reasons why I plan to continue getting my car serviced there.

Skylar was great to work with. Over $300 for a tire rotation and balance was way out of line. I was told the car was being washed up at the end of the service and arrived dirty. So overall very underwhelmed by the experience.

Customer care at this station is very poor. Calls not answered or returned. Very frustrating. Information sought not obtained. No updates on status of the progress of repair. Had to drive to go and speak to Mercedes representative face to face. He was not apologetic that I had to come in because I could not reach him on both phone lines including his direct line, neither would he respond to messages I had left him for for a period of three days. Even on a face to face meeting the representative at his desk, he was in a hurry and impatient with me, no courtesy. Customer care at Mercedes Benz of Hunt Valley was grossly below my expectation.

Worst Mercedes Dealership probably in the nation. The service manager is extremely prejudice, lack of control and lack of organization. The sales department does an exceptional job but if you’re looking to have your car serviced, I’d highly recommend driving the extra distance to the Owings Mills Benz. I can go on for days about the dysfunction found in the facility but currently I’m in the middle of filling a lawsuit against the Service Manager and department. I wouldn’t recommend even my worst enemy participating in any interaction with this dealership.

On Tuesday October 27 I made an appointment for required service at Hunt Valley Mercedes Benz for Wednesday October 28 at 10:30am. The receptionist and I agreed on the appointment time, and I replied I would be there promptly.Arrived at 10:25am, checked in with the same receptionist, and was told my adviser was with another client and he would be available promptly.After waiting 25 minutes the client left at which point I approached the adviser. He looked up and said What do you need? I informed him why I was there, he retorted Have you checked in yet? The receptionist, whose desk was close, interjected Yes.At this point my adviser looks down, dials his phone, and starts to explain the diagnosis of a car to a customer he just called!! To say this was mildly surprising might be an understatement.After finishing with this first customer he again calls another customer. With me standing no less than eight feet away, he again has a complete discussion with the second customer!!!! Incredible!!!When he dialed the third customer; I looked at the receptionist, she looked at me, and I left.This advisor really took rude to a new, personal level.Michael Gettier
