Supposedly changed my oil and filter on 10/12/21 for $146.00 this is what it looked like right after. This picture was taken 10/20/21 eight days later. It was topped off and never changed and had the nerve to quote me a price of $200.00 initially. Beware of this shop and make sure you check your oil before leaving. It’s really unfortunate that you can’t trust that your getting the service you paid for. Expected more from this dealership
Kyle was the service agent who helped me with service of my car. He was excellent! He addressed me on my arrival and then when it was my time to be helped he answered all my questions and car concerns. On pickup of my vehicle he again was excellent! I called Hunt Valley from the side of the road with 2 busted tires on my 2011 RV Sport. Both Bill and Kyle, the service managers as well as the staff were very attentive and acted quickly to get tires ordered and scheduled me for the appt the next day. I asked if they could fit my car in for service on top of the tires being put on and they accommodated my request. Not only did they get the service done and the tires replaced, they were 2 hours ahead of schedule. I needed to get back on the road as soon as possible and they met me at my points of need! It started with my phone call simply inquiring about the Range Rover Velar and she was so patient and informative that I was compelled to scheduled an appointment to see the vehicle. Bought a brand new 2022 Discovery. After driving it for 30 miles, a suspension sensor went off. I have been trying to get the dealer to replace the sensor for the past 3 weeks. I have called several times and even connected with the service manager and no updates as to when the part will be installed were provided. I will definitely not recommend this dealer to anyone. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!

Took my 2018 RR Velar in for service. Kyle was great. He answered all my questions and kept me updated the entire time while I waited. My only dislike is that you would think for a Luxury car dealership the waiting area would be much better. It’s very small and the seating is uncomfortable, but besides that, my overall experience was great.

I was really disappointed in the condition I received my vehicle. I just spent almost $500 getting my car detailed. I after bring it to their attention they just explained why they left it and poor condition but did not offer to make it right. I think this dealership East understand that all their services have to be performed by them. I can always choose to Go somewhere else.

I dont know where to begin. My experience with serving here has been horrible. It took a week to get my diagnostic done. When they finally to gave me a quote, the quote was for the repair of a totally different issue. They eventually found a solution for the issue I was having. I was told the party would take 2-4 days to arrive. I called back a week later asking if the report arrived and was told it arrived the day before and the repair would be completed the next day. When I finally picked up my new keys it was missing the metal piece that allows me to open the car if my battery dies. I called in this morning to ask why that was not on the key and was told it was on back order and he was going to check on it. I was told he would call me back in 5 minutes and that was 30 minutes ago. If I dont reach out to servicing, there is no communication. I am still waiting on my refund to process from a recall issue I paid for. I sent emails in December and January with no response. When I finally spoke to the service technician, I was told he forgot to process it and it would be processed with my current work order. I want to purchase a new Jaguar, but after going through these issues at the Jaguar Hunt Valley servicing department I will go another direction.

The maintenance went very well. I was comfortable with the protocols for the Covid virus. Unfortunately the weather was too cold, so I couldn’t get a car wash. I love my SUV and I’m appreciative of the maintenance on my big cat!

Spent over $1500 for full maintenance and a minor issue and three days later, I come to pick up my car and it’s dirtier than I dropped it off. They cant even use $30 to wash a car. Delivering a clean and well washed car is basic and expected. Smaller dealerships do that unsolicited. Disgraceful.

I seldom post a review but Hunt valley Jaguar/Land river is great. Adrian in the service dept. is very professional and helpful. Service was prompt and price was fair. Then you have my favorite, coolest finance dude you can ever meet in a car dealership. Knowledgeable friendly helpful Mr. Frank Beatty. He took the time to research the best deal for my extended warranty. I’ve owned 2 Mercedes ( the absolute worst service dept in the universe) Hunt valley Land Rover is by far the BEST service dept. Period 😍
Everyone was pleasant. I was treated very courteously. There seemed to be a culture of customer satisfaction. All customers seemed to be known by the staff and I get the impression that good service is expected, but also appreciated at this location.

Since the purchase of my vehicle, I had quite a few issues addressed which were covered under my warranty. Each time something was addressed with my vehicle, it was recorded in the service department’s database. So I thought, until recently. I do not recall the actual date but I brought my car in for low hanging exhaust on both sides of my vehicle. It was determined that the grommet hangers were bad on both sides and they were replaced under warranty. About a month ago, I noticed the same issue again but only on my left exhaust. I decided to have the issue looked at again when I brought my car in for my Five Year Service Inspection. Unfortunately, the service department shows no record of when they did the work the first time. Therefore, they have no way to determine if the part should be covered under its warranty. So, I am upset that I am returning back to the service department with a repetitive issue that I now need to pay for out of pocket to repair. My vehicle warranty expired about six months ago. However, we do not know any information about the parts warranty since there is no record of when the parts were used for repair the first time.
The details concerning the purpose of my visit were not shared with me. I was only told I needed rear brakes. Therefore, I do not know the status or why I had issues with certain features on my vehicle.I requested a car wash, I was told my vehicle was being washed and I could pick it up before 7pm. When I arrived at 6:30 pm everyone on the service side was gone. No one could locate my keys and my vehicle hadnt been cleaned. A manager attempted to clean it quickly.However, no one forgot to take my payment.......

My experience with Land Rover service was ok. The service manager was off for a couple of days, no one informed me of the status of the repair. I had to call to find this information. Due to no fault of the service department the part was damage upon receipt. This ndelayed the process. They had to reorder the part again. Thankfully there was another part that they ordered. My vechile was successful repaired. They recommended a better warranty.
I saw a new Jaguar that is hard to find and was heavily discounted. I contacted their salesman. When Ken Winston called me back, he was very casual and i thought it was a wrong number as opposed to a Jaguar sales person.No matter, i proceeded to negotiate the terms of the purchase and trade in. Along the way they gave me bad information stating if i leased the EV i would get a tax credit. There were long delays where nobody would call me back. Then at the last minute, and 2 days after i first contacted them, they tell me the car was already sold!Please do not waste your valuable time with these jokers. They really gave me the run around!UPDATE: the dealership is now trying to blame the customer. But I did agree to terms despite the long delays in getting a response.The car was supposedly sold, but they still have it online for sale. It seems clear this is a BAIT AND SWITCH type dealership.I intend to report this to the Maryland Attorney Generals office.
I visited Land Rover Hunt Valley this past weekend in search of a new SUV. From the time I walked in the door I was not greeted and stood in the middle of the show room floor until someone finally walked over to me as I watched them sit at their desk and look at me. When I was finally approached by the new salesman who had no idea of how to service a customer fully. I asked for a specific color SUV that they did not have and asked him could he search for one for me. He had to go to the sales manager that told him he couldn’t. The sales manager also asked him to get my information, which I gave him and he’d reach out to me. They never did contact me and it has been several days. I share my story to let people know how some of us are valued in their place of business. I left their dealership and drove to Vienna, VA to Rosenthal Land Rover and purchased the SUV that I wanted that same day. I live 30 minutes from Hunt Valley and will drive back to VA for service and maintenance in the future. Hunt Valley Land Rover will not see a penny of my money ever. And I will continue to spread my word on all platforms.
Trying my best to keep this short. Extremely poor customer experience here. Just got a call asking me to pay the dealership back for making my first month’s payment.. huh?? I paid my first month’s payment, thank you very much. Bought a Velar with a rattling noise, service manager tells me he has no idea how to figure out what’s causing the noise.. um aren’t you factory trained?? Had to pay out of pocket to resolve the noise issue at another service provider. Don’t know who they select to offer decent service to because I didn’t receive that.

Adrian is a nice young man, he could obviously use some help.People buy jaguars for the vehicle and the service experience. My car was there two and a half days, longer than expected. The service performed was 4oK maintenance.I would like to keep taking it there for service. No one bothered to check the warning light for my windshield wipers.I forgot to mention this but I was told that they road tested it or put it on a dyno to check balance and alignment. Funny the warning light wasnt noticed.This happened the last time I had the vehicle serviced. I was a service manager for an Alpha Romero dealership many years ago. I realize that times are changing, but I felt personally responsible to make sure all work was performed and all vehicles washed and preoed just before leaving the shop.Things have changed but customer service will always be customer service. I was thinking about the owners of HV Jaguar.I have also bought vehicles at Chesapeake Cadillac. Totally different experience. Its been awhile, but provided their service hasnt changed, you should look to them to improve upon the service provided here.An organization is only as good as its employees. I had a great car buying experience! The sales associate, Pamela, was friendly and informative. They worked with me well, and thoroughly explained my options. The finance manager, Frank, was thorough and efficient. Best car buying experience I have had to date.
Service was quick and effective, and the personnel were polite. The problem was corrected. However, I was outraged that the diagnostic fee to determine why my car would not start was $590!!!!! They also told me that if I got the car fixed that $590 would NOT be applied. The problem was that the car needed a new battery. It is difficult to understand that this common problem could not be easily determined for less than $590.
Brought both of our Rovers in for their annual service.Both were ready when promised.Bill was most accommodating.Hunt Valley Land Rover will always be my choice.

I’ve been to every Land Rover dealer in a 250 mile radius. All have let me down except Hunt Valley, and that is solely in part because of Bill in service. I’ve been going to Bill for the past 6 months and he has provided nothing but perfect service. He goes above and beyond my expectations every single time. If it wasn’t for him I would’ve left Range Rover a long time ago. He exceeds in every way. Hunt Valley should feel lucky to have him!

Didn’t have the best of experienced during my last visit. I had an specific appointment time slotted and was made to wait for 2hrs only to be told I would have to wait an additional couple of hours. They offered an me Uber ride home which I respectfully declined seeing as we are in a pandemic and would like to avoid as much contact as possible. Ended up canceling my appointment and wasted an entire day which I would never get back.
Bill, the service manager is extremely friendly and accommodating. Most of the issues in my Range Rover Sport were certainly addressed. However, the main issue with a camera malfunction was supposedly addressed but was clearly not. I pointed it out to the service manager who requested I return my vehicle to service when the spare key is delivered. As I will need to return to pick up my spare key, I do not mind dropping the vehicle off again. Unfortunately, this is not what I expect from Land Rover. In addition, my vehicle was not washed when I picked it up. Such a basic level of service is even provided by Toyota or Honda. I am disappointed but the friendliness of staff and their willingness to make things right prompts my three star review. I expect better but things can certainly be worse since we are under a pandemic.
This is the first new car I’ve purchased in 10 years so I expected to be at the dealership for several hours. After the test drive, I made my decision and the process couldn’t have been smoother!
