Dont have a variety of selection here need more floor model furniture and they are very inspensive for the unattractive furniture they do have on the floor

Signed a contract and set up an appointment for delivery. It was a five hour window on a weekday. With a half hour left before the store closed, I called and it turns out theyre not coming. The people whos responsibility it is to verify things didnt verify things. So they just didnt show. No one called to say there was a problem, can you help. No one called to say there was a problem, were not coming. They just let me sit in my house waiting for them. We will not be doing business together.

Just spoke to someone named mike because our payments are less than a week late. Acted very rude and automatically jumped to thinking we werent going to be making our payments anymore due to me saying “good luck and thank you for making me aware of the new rules) because we have been paying a couple days late every time... if youre late theyre going to be asking for 2-4 payments at once depending on how late you pay.... and he acted As if we personally took from his pocket and as if we dont pay our amount in full + an amount to help us pay off it quicker. He kept interrupting after I told him multiple times I understood what he meant and we will be acting accordingly to the new rules they added. I even told him I understand you dont make the rules. Weve so far bought a stove, washer & dryer, couch, and fridge from them paid off with no interest. So im very disappointed in the approach and attitude he had as if we owed him personally. Our fridge will be our last purchase from here.

Really unprofessional staff. Never disclosed a fee for paying over the phone until my last payment. The fee isn’t much but paying twice a month for so long adds up. When I spoke to maricela she just said too bad not much we can do now. Never again with RAC never again. Talk about shady.
