I just recently bought my car last weekend. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted and had the pleasure of working with Raj Sandhu. He provided phenomenal customer service. He was never pushy and treated me more like family than everything else. I definitely felt comfortable in purchasing my very first Honda at Honda North. Raj, was quick and efficient! Making the whole process of purchasing the car simple. It was nice to not be in the dealership all day and night . If you’re considering purchasing a car from here, you won’t regret it! Definitely ask to speak with Raj, he truly loves what he does.

Carlos did not disappoint! Of course going into any car dealership is and can be scary but Carlos was with us every step of the way! Not only did he carry himself well, he was polite, funny, and worked with us. He answered so many of my questions and did a great job of explaining the little details especially on paper. Right when I arrived, I was greeted by Rachel and she was a fantastic salesperson. Even though I’m still in the researching phase, the staff here were very friendly, helpful, and patient. They gladly opened up the models I wanted to see, then even let me took a 2021 Civic for a test drive, and Rachel was knowledgeable about the different Civic models. They didn’t make me wait when they were checking which financing options I’d be qualified for. I was here for 1-2 hours and did not feel rushed or pressured the whole time–actually the opposite because they gladly answered all my questions. Outside and inside of the place was clean and organized. Plenty of customer parking that’s easy to find since they’re labeled in front of the building. I am definitely going to recommend this dealership to people. Maybe visit when there’s not a lot of people so you get the best service.

Bad customer service!!! I went yesterday to buy the brand new car and had appointment with them. I had to wait hour and ask them 2-3 time if anyone is available to help us. Pretty rude people. I was there to buy car and they want me to buy packages which I don’t want. But bad experience!!!

Charged me thousands. After payment went through, they informed me my car wouldnt last another year. They KNEW this before working on it but withheld the info. Had I known, I wouldnt have gotten it serviced and just sold it for parts. They scammed me thousands before telling me the truth. Will be seeking a lawyer to determine the legality of this.Avoid the scam. Go somewhere else!

Since I have lived in the Bay I would of course get my Honda services there, but while in Clovis this week, I decided to take my car in for the scheduled maintenance. Let me say WINNING!!! Everything about Clovis Honda is amazing. The service department is fast yet on point with details. The staff was kind and totally efficient when it came to respecting my time away from work. I was coming up to the end of my lease and Petra started to reach out......she straight up lied!!! She told me that I could not go through another finance service, that I had to go through Honda (her). She then proceeds to tell me because of COVID Honda change how they handle their leases and that I needed to go on-line and complete their application. Give her credit she is persistent and sticks to her lie. YOU DO NOT have to go through Honda. And shame on you Petra gor all the people you have scared or bullied into financing through you and all the extras you probably added on. Hope you enjoyed your part of the sell.

Terrible experience with Honda North. When I arrived I was told the car I inquired about the day before was already sold. I felt like a bait and switch was pulled on me but I looked at the next closest option anyway. Raj was extremely pushy as I was trying to read the contract. Several times as I was trying to read a page he would point to the place I needed to sign and say Sign here within a minute. I feel like I signed a bad contract and worse under duress.

Honda North took advantage of my 24 year old brother. Sold him a really good deal on his first car. Takes it home, driving it for a week. They call to say something is going wrong with his social security number. He takes time off from work to fix the problem. The worker at the social security place looks at my brother like he is crazy and says “Everything on our end looks good on our end.” So he goes back to Honda North, feels them in on what social security office told him. They head to the back talk and feed him the same “bull” my brother wanting a car took the car anyways with a HIGHER MONTHLY PAYMENT and LESS YEARS OF WARRANTY. He was upset when he got home. Started stressing out over who’s telling the truth about his social security number. The out come of this was HONDA NORTH took advantage of someone who really needed a car. Now that there’s a problem with the AC it’s not under warranty after 8 months off their car lot.

The salesman, Carlos Casteneda, was well mannered, courteously answered all questions. I used Costco pricing so there was no haggling. I got a good interest rate. I like the car too, except the google map system will be a learning curve for me. It has limitations finding directions in rural and mountainous areas.

I recently purchased a new Honda Civic and although my total purchase amount was double that the cost of the car non-the less still made it happen for me I worked with Petra Garcia who was exceptional in her work and getting me a car I really love this is the second time I have bought a car here and with Petra I also recommend a friend the next day after purchase of mine and he bought a new car for his son again Petra was awesome. Honda north is super friendly and super clean dealership I will refer friends and family to Honda north and ty to beathany as well #happycustomer

I took my car to the dealership to get an oil change the day after Christmas. I was surprised that there wasnt a long line because there usually is. Someone came out to my car and asked what my car needed. I then walked into the dealership to talk to Eric in the service department and went over things about my car and information that was needed. Everyone was wearing a mask and everyone seemed to be in a good mood. I wasnt in a rush for my car to get done so I left and came back when it was ready. Which was about 2 hours. Overall my experience here was great. Thank you for the great service all around.

I called to ask if a transmission leak on my CR-V could be fixed using an extended warranty purchased through EECU when I bought my car used, and the service department had me out two business days later. I didnt have to deal with the warranty company and I managed to get my CVT serviced in the process. The staff was very friendly, which Ive come to expect from most factory service departments, but Im most happy with what I didnt experience; having to call the warranty company myself.

Dealt with internet contact to confirm a advertised car. After driving 30 miles to dealership was faced with a price $4,000 dollars higher than what was advertised. The $4000 was non negotiable dealer mark ups and useless supposed add ons. Very disappointed with Honda north of Clovis. Be ware of bate and switch!!

I would say 90% of these reviews are false, and half these people/names dont exist in our town. Theyre made up and encouraged by the higher ups so that they can earn your business. These people dont care about you, they only care about keeping their hand in your pocket and their five star excellent rating to stay in line with Hondas guidelines. If you dont believe it just wait till you get your invoice at check out, and listen to what your service advisor asks of you.The older mexican guy chente (I think) went out of his way to pull a young mechanic from the shop to help test my battery (that was in the back of my truck and was waiting for 30 min with no acknowledgement) that was under the 36 month manufacture warranty. The young mechanic later walked over to the service dept to get help after he checked the battery. Out comes this so called service advisor who appeared to be irritated and says with frustration in his voice that the battery needed to be in the car to be tested (false) and it would cost me $49.99 (false) to be checked. Now if you know anything about Hondas warranty than you know this is not true. (also you can take your battery to any authorized Honda dealer for this) Not sure the guys name but hes the only one there thats about 5 foot weighing about 300lbs, you cant miss him! Thee only thing I give Penske credit for is how clean they keep their dealership.

Caesar Chang was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Recommend him 5/5 stars. BUT Some older lady greeted me the next day when I went to drop off a check and she ruined the whole day with how she snatched the envelope out of my hand and made me feel like I wasn’t welcome, kept saying “well if you don’t have an appt, no one can help you” to which I responded that is oh no that is fine! No worries at all I’ll just drop off the check. Pft lady Made me want to make sure she wasn’t about to steal or lose the check. Horrible personality. The Honda North Service Department is hands down the best in central California. They’re always very courteous and never try to up sell you. It’s been a pleasure bringing my car here for the last several years. I’d definitely recommend all Honda owners to choose Honda North. Will definitely keep coming back. The employees are always very helpful, kind, and many times I am able to go in without an appointment if I go in when they first open up in the mornings.

I had a very traumatic experience at this location and it has taken me some time to process what happened but since there is nothing I can do, I can only voice what happened to me. I worked with Petra, and she helped me get the finance I needed. Everything went fine until the Add on process happened. She had talked me into purchasing a 700$ car alarm, I explained to her that I already had a car alarm but I didn’t have a working key FOB. She stated that I shouldn’t worry that they were gonna update my car alarm and she would discount me big for the key FOB.... well it turned out that she sold me a car alarm that I ALREADY had installed stock on my 2016 Honda Civic...Petra Denied this claim, and then turned it on me over the phone and stated that she didn’t know what features I had and it was not her responsibility. So in that case I’m calling out Petras character. I don’t understand why from all of my paperwork or information on her computer she couldn’t see what features I already had, that aside she said it was an updated alarm and that turned out not to be the case at all, it was the same alarm I already had on my car. When I contacted her she just said again sorry there is nothing she could do and the contract had already been made and now I’m paying 700$ for no reason on my finance contract, because she didn’t not do her due diligence in my opinion. She responded over email here’s what I could do for as far as the key FOB BIG discount......”10% off $88.51 plus tax and $160 programing the key.” So all I have to say is that is a slap in the face from Honda. Please be aware of what these people are adding on to your contract because they did not care to accommodate me or help me fix this process. I asked her if there was another manager I could speak to and she said no, so this is the only place I can voice my experience.
