I highly recommend Seth, he was very professional and helpful. He went out of his way to help us out and get us into a beautiful vehicle. He made the experience pleasant after we had so many bad experiences with other dealerships. He was by far the best salesperson I have ever came across and will definitely buy a car from him again. Everyone was so nice too everyone there is a very great person.

Really good customer service. Seth was super helpful and helped me find an excellent used car for me and my girls. If you are in the market for a car I recommend going there and asking for Seth. He has even been there to help me with any questions I have had a month after the deal was closed . I highly recommend!

Best truck buying experience ever. Rachel Clingman was a great sales person to work with. She explained everything clearly and have fair prices. She didnt rush, she made sure I got a good test drive and a fair estimate on my trade in. I will definitely refer her to anyone looking for a vehicle.

We stopped in without an appointment for service work. They promptly attended to our concerns, and took care of the issue. It was charged at a reasonable rate, and if you need some service while in the area on your Honda Im comfortable recommending this location.

I was driving to Houston from Santa Fe when my engine light went on in my Honda Pilot. I called the dealership and told them my issue and they said they could fit me in. I was an hour away, but as soon as I pulled up the tech met me and took my Honda to analyze the problem immediately. After analysis, he told me I could make it to Houston with no problem (but I should take in when I get there) and I was back on the road in 30 mins.I’m so impressed with the level of customer service I received at this dealership. Really top notch.

This place is very reasonable on price. The beds are very soft could have been a little harder for my taste but still nice the room was great we wanted to stay longer but they had reservations that booked them all. They have breakfast that lasts from 6-9 am and there is a nice variety of items to choose from. If we ever need to stay in a motel again Quality Inn would be the one. I would refer anyone to this place.

Went in looking to purchase a new vehicle. We went through Willa Menezes. She was very knowledgeable and made the process as smooth as I have seen. No pressure from her to buy and let us know the answers to our questions. Talked prices willingly which other dealers do not like to do that I have been to. Highly recommend Willa Menezes at Bender Honda Nissan.

I highly highly recommend Bender Honda. My husband and I have had a few other experiences with buying vehicles at other dealerships in our home town as well as large cities and they were not comaparable to this one. Jarod and the General Manager made us feel very comfortable. They explained everything to us completely and without rush. They were patient and very kind. I left almost in tears with how awesome of service we had. I thought it did not exist! I always thought buying a car was supposed to be a happy and pleasurable experience and up until we bought with Bender we had not ever felt that way! They earned life long customers in us. I cannot thank them enough for being so wonderful to us and making our dream a reality. The folks at Bender honestly care about their customers. I will be referring everyone I know!

Heat shield on Versa broke free one on one end. Just the techs hearing my car they knew what was wrong. Had me back on the road in 35 minutes.

Worked with Tom for several weeks to work a deal on a new Honda. When we came close to closing the deal, I asked whether or not some additional accessories I planned on purchasing could be installed free of charge by their service department. He never gave me a straight answer, but we needed the vehicle at this point and I went ahead with the purchase. Prior to signing the paperwork, we did a full inspection of the vehicle and noticed damage to the plastic trim above the liftgate. They agreed to replace it, and we signed the paperwork. The finance manager asked me which NM license plate we wanted, and we asked for the blue version.The following Monday, we brought the car back to be detailed, and it appeared that they did not do much more than wiping down the seats and washing the car, and we scheduled a Thursday follow-up to have the trim piece replaced. Thursday rolls around, and they tell me I need to bring it in on Friday because the replacement trim would not be in by the 10 AM appointment, rescheduling for 3:30 PM on Friday. I asked the service technician how long it would take, and he said about an hour. After my wife dropped off the car, I get a phone call from them telling me that they need to keep the car until Monday. They tried to give my wife a loaner that was dirty and smelled like smoke for the weekend, but she was able to swap it for something a little less disgusting. When I was talking with Tom, I mentioned that this is becoming an inconvenience and asked again if we could have accessories we purchased from their dealership installed for free, at which point he seemed to blame me for not scheduling the detail and service properly, and ignoring my request. We had the vehicle for 3 days out of the first 9 that we owned it.We get the vehicle back late Monday morning, and there is a rattling occurring in the liftgate now. We take it in, and the technician had to remove some broken clips that he had left in the liftgate when he replaced the plastic trim.30 days later, in what is hopefully my last interaction with this dealership, I have to call them to find out that they have my license plate, no courtesy call from anyone at the dealership to let me know my plates have arrived. I go to pick it up today, and they didnt even order the right version (Chad, the finance manager, said he sent the paperwork correctly to the documentation department). I never even talked with Chad today, Tom told me I needed to go to the MVD to swap out my plate.Long story short, this dealership has poor customer service and each individual I worked with did not accept responsibility for any of the issues we encountered, up to and including the sales manager, finance manager and service department. They are the only show in town if youre looking for a Honda, and they treat their customers knowing full well that we are limited to choice in this area. This dealership is an embarrassment to the Honda name, and should seriously rethink their business practices. Go to Lubbock, take a weekend trip to Albuquerque or Dallas, just do not purchase from or work with this dealership.*Follow-up* I talked with someone from the MVD who told me the dealer needed to swap my plate style in order to avoid a change fee. I called the dealership looking for Chad to ask if they could swap my plate for me, and instead got an earful from Brad Bender, saying things like “I wish you had bought your vehicle out of town.” After all of this, he still agreed to follow up for me, but I haven’t heard from him since. It makes me sad, having been referred to Bender by several coworkers, that this is the level of service I have gotten with this dealership.
