Im thoroughly impressed with the team of Hamilton Auto. I felt that they accommodated to my need by answering all of my questions and fulfilling my every request. She went above and beyond - I am so great appreciative of her work!

Im probably the worst type of customer, I had no idea what I wanted and needed some used car test drives to know i wanted a new vehicle. The sales representative Josh was excellent and very patient. Got me setup with exactly the vehicle i researched and made the process less tedious than i anticipated. Im very happy with my new BBC (big black car) and i intend to give the dealership my future business. Josh, Heath, Steve and the helpful co-worker, I cant remember his name, were very welcoming. Great team. Now if they only had hamburgers while you wait.

Ryan and Joe were/are excellent human beings. That being said, this business is egregiously lacking in communication (amongst themselves and with customers). The salesman we dealt with (Jorge) was as honest and trustworthy as the stereotypical used car salesman you see parodied in movies or TV shows. I wasted eight hours of payed leave travelling to Clovis and negotiating a deal, only to have the vehicle sold while I was at the hospital taking care of my wife and newborn baby. I do not recommend using this dealership.

Horrible experience. Extremely unprofessional.The car they had listed on their website wasn’t the car they had on the lot. It was an electric bmw with a range extender, the range extender gets you an extra 80 miles. They said on the website and on the phone it had the range extender. It didn’t!! I drove 9 hours to pick up the car, rented a uhaul got insurance and pre approval from my bank just to show up and have them say it doesn’t have the range extender like they said it did. The car had no charge, and wasn’t even cleaned on the inside. Would the manager give me a tank of gas for the inconvenience of driving 9 hours?? Nope. Instead they called the owner of the car and “walked away from the sale” leaving me and the owner to negotiate with them no longer involved. Now the owner of the car and I are having to deal with our own banks to figure this mess out. Would NOT do business with these lazy unprofessional people at this dealership.Have the text to refute any clams if needed along with being in contact with the owner of the bmw.
