I had never purchased a vehicle from a used car lot before. I know it sounds weird but I havent had but a very cars and all purchased from private parties. Anyway, the experience was very pleasant. We were warmly greeted and asked the correct questions. We werent shown anything that was above our price range. I didnt have the feeling of being up sold The salesman didnt talk down to me as a women and showed me as much attention as my husband. They allowed some room in their pricing for negotiations. We got a very nice vehicle and are pleased with the results. After sales questions have been professionally and courtesy handled. I would recommend this car dealership to anyone looking for a used truck. This is there specialty. But they did have other vehicles on the lot.

I had been to a couple other lots looking for a second car and was getting very discouraged when my son told me to go to this dealership and ask for Ralph. This was the best experience I have ever had! Not only Ralph but the finance manager Abel were nothing but honest, there was no BS at all!! I ended up leaving that night with the 2008 Honda Accord I wanted. They worked very hard to get the terms I could afford. I would highly recommend you go to this dealership and ask for Ralph, he is the best!!! They will work very hard for you!!! FYI, there is a new owner who bought the place a few months ago or so. The cars that were there from the previous owner they won’t sell as they are junk! Make sure you ask for Ralph, he is the only person I would recommend you deal with. Great guy!

I purchased my car here last month a nissan altima sr and I LOVE IT!!! I was thinking I wanted a toyota or honda but ended up getting a nissan. I contacted a few other dealership before this one and they were pressuring me to buy any car I was inquiring about which was annoying. But when I went here Daniel and Richard were super friendly. I test drove a few cars and left that day without felling obligated to make a decision right then and there which was nice. I was flip flopping between my nissan and a white honda they had. They noticed I was a little indecisive and helped me pick and Im glad they did because I think I made a good choice! Theyre honest and knowledgeable about different types of vehicles so I trusted their opinions. Now... when it comes to money they got me a WAY better monthly payment than the two other dealerships I got quotes from. When I end up needing a new car Im definitely coming back here!! 😀

I was in the market looking for a newer more reliable truck, I seen a truck online and called about the truck and the gentleman who answered the phone was very helpful and not pushy. I went by to the dealer and was greeted by Daniel who had helped me over the phone, he was very helpful and showed me around the lot of all the trucks they had available, he was understanding on what me and the family were looking for and needed, he wasn’t pushing us into something we didn’t like or want. After looking at almost all the trucks they had Daniel was able to get us into a clean 2014 Chevy Silverado that we all were able to fit in perfectly and had the room we were looking for and needed. I am giving this dealer ship one star because I thought I was buying a quality used car. I was really happy with my purchase however 4 days after the purchase I started to have problems with the car. The service stability light turn on and the check engine, I called the dealership right away asked what was going on, the manager said that he never had that problem with the car in the lot and that the mechanics never brought any problems regarding my vehicle to his attention. 9 days after purchase the car started to over heat, once again I called the dealership and this time he said it’s a used car he has no control over little issue like that. I come to figure out that this car was never looked through at all there was no anti freeze, it probably has never had an oil change since it got on there lot. The oil filter came out black, the spark plugs were fried. I was extremely disappointed with the conditions that the car was in a contacted the manager Maybe my 3 or 4 time calling the dealer in 10 days sent him pictures of the oil filter and spark plug and the condition they were in. And he said he would send them to the owner. However I contact him again tell him if they could give the car a full service and he hasn’t gotten back to me. I am now stuck with a car that has major issues. I would not recommend this place to a friend due the fact that they don’t maintain there cars, and make sure that they are putting out the best car they possibly can. If I could return the car I would because now I’m have to deal with these issue that any other dealership would have detected and fixed before putting the car out for sale.

Went to look at a truck and was hassled into buying it by the sales guy. Truck had part of window seal coming off and I asked to get it fixed. They did a very poor job and it came loose from just the drive home. Then when the plate came in, there was only one plate. When I asked to get the other one they gave me the run around saying things like they will call me back but always never do. So after 2 weeks of playing phone tag they say they were going to order another plate to replace the one that is missing. So I waited about a month then called them back just to find out that no action was taken. Then they told me that I must of missed placed it. Really and wait over 2 and a half months to call them to get another. Bull, I was getting mad now because I was very patient with them. Then they had the nerves to tell me to just go and get one from dmv and make me pay extra. I would give them negative ratings if I could. Never buy another vehicle from them again. I suggest you guys go the say because they just want to make money and dont care about the customer at all.

Horrible customer service! Over charged so much! The truck has been nothing but problems! So many mechanical issues that shouldve been dealt with before selling this truck! We had to have it towed less than one month after buying it! Has sucked hundreds of dollars from us for repairs! When we try to get them to do anything they refuse! Talk to us like we are stupid and stand behind the sold as is! Please take my recommendation and run away as fast as you can from this place! They are the most shady people on earth! Worst dealership ever i wouldnt tell my worst enemy to purchase a car here but if you want to financially ruin your life go for it .. i bought a Infiniti g37 here and first thing i notice was the tire pressure light on i confronted them about it and they just said its due to the temperature, a day later when i was driving at night i notice my low beams was out and i also notice there was no air filter ( which i had to spend $120 out of my own pocket for sum decent airfilters) and the oil was dirty when they told me they already changed it so i called the next day and they told me to come in and i had to wait for hours just to get a oil change and for them to tell me that they didnt have the low beam lights so i had to wait for a few days for them to come in and when they did i had to wait like 4 hours for them to fix it . When i was getting my oil changed i told the mechanic guy to pump my tires because the tire pressure light was still on so he did and told me all the tires are at the right pressure but the tire pressure light was still on and he told me that I probably didnt have a tire pressure sensor on the tires so i went to the tire shop and had them check it turns out that it just need more air and the tire pressure light went away ... my car still needs a alignment because its pulling to the right and who knows what else needs to be change next .

Saw a Pick up I wanted went home filled out the credit app and have been getting. The run around and promises and still no calls. I will be going to a different lot for a truck obviously not wanting my business

If you want a car that’ll work for only 5 months then this is the place for you! Bought a 2015 Volkswagen and the motor is already messed up. These people are no help whatsoever. Owner got upset because i rated this place a one star so now he won’t help at all. I checked the other reviews and i see that this isn’t the first time that this happens. They just want to get cars out so bring a mechanic to inspect the car because obviously they don’t. Don’t go here for a reliable car. They will be nice to you to get a sale but once their car messes up then all of a sudden their hands are tied.

***update over 1year after not having the car***The company called me twice asking for my down payment with I told them I’m not paying due to not having the car, gap already paid it, and they owed e for over $500 in repair costs for the broken car. They documented it then called again the next month again asking for payment and i said the same thing. It took them 20 minutes of me being on hold for them to finally find the information. They are still just as bad and unorganized as a year ago. Make sure you bring a mechanic. Check the oil, coolant, power steering. If they tell you that you can’t take the car to your own mechanic that’s a lie and illegal. Also, make sure if they promise you anything make sure you get it in righting. It will be classified as a legal binding contact that they have to fulfill or you can sue them.**update 1week later**. I went down to the dealership after all of this happened and they refused to do anything and said there was oil when you took it. I said then why does the engine block have a hole in it and a missing rod! They basically said screw you. I filed a report with the BBB and CA Bureau of Automotive repair. 2 days later they call me trying to say, “the owner feels bad about this and will go halves on an engine”. I said no. Either you pay the whole cost or I return the car and the deal is void for lying about the multi-point inspection. I ended up calling my insurance due to the blown engine and they scrapped the car.Never get a car here. I financed an 02 saturn and 6 days later the engine blew up. They didnt check the oil or coolant levels and the car had no oil and no coolant. Never buy from here they will try and screw you.

Do not do business here. I paid cash for an 05 Suburban, Had it for only 1 month and Transmission stopped working. They make it clear to you that the contract says AS IS. So its your problem once you drive off the lot. Suburban cost me $8,700.00 and paid $3,200.00 for transmission repair and it doesnt end there the mechanic gave me a list of repairs that i still need to take care of. On top of that we found out that they over charge everyone for the license fees. We were charged $250.00 and the tag fees were only $115.00 PEOPLE PLEASE LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE

DO NOT GO HERE. Ralph is a cool guy but his boss is in debt so he tries rip you off. The best part about this is there cars are in poor condition and they don’t even know the condition they’re in. They guy showed me to of the same car I was interested in and they both had major tarnishing in them that they were unaware of. Then when he said I can find you a car like this you’re interested in and trade your car in, he didn’t even inspect my car to see it’s value. But instead told me my very low offering was way too high and that would hold at an auction. Keep in mind my car was in better condition then both the cars we looked at. Do not go here, the boss is a hustler bc he took upon debt of the lot. Save yourself the headache go somewhere else. You’ll find what you’re looking for in better condition elsewhere

I bought a car from them a 2015 chevy malibu ltz it was wrecked and never was told anything until i looked behind the front bumper i missed one payment and they repoed it and i had the cash to make the payment they gave me the run around that they didnt know where it was at the bank that place were pointing fingers at each other my first time buying a car .and last time ever getting one there becareful when dealing with these guys Its funny because u guys new the checks were going to bounce and were there just for the bank would approve the loan lmao lets put all the truth out there then and get your facts straight u guys did reposes my car and it was one payment the first one and ya i did take apart the front bumper was broke now i still got pics of it so everyone can see how it was broke and wrecked so i dont owe u guys no deferred payment since u guys knew the checks would bounce and have to take a loss like i did and the bank didnt have the car you guys did in another lot

Do not go here! First of the sales man was a jerk and had a very bad attitude. I didnt feel comfortable at all. After looking at cars, they tryed to sale me a 2006 Ford fusion with 165,000 miles on it, with a missing tale light and for 15,000 and they told me they could probly find a tale light on eBay. He said with my credit I wouldnt get any better than what they were offering. I Also had a Saturn to trade in which they said was only worth 300 bucks. Than and they took me to an office and tryed pressuring me into buying. I finally got out of there. I decided to give future ford a Shot since its next to where I live. Ended up going home the same day with a 2014 Ford focus SE. One one previous owner. Only 25,000 miles. They gave me over $5,000 for my Saturn and told me my credit was decent. With my down payment I had, I owe less than 13,000 on the Car. Deals on wheels is a joke.

Deals on wheels? I think not. First, the salesmen talk so loud when asking questions to fill out your credit application. No privacy. I would suggest writing down your own SSN on the application. I literally heard someone say their full SSN. Then when discussing the financing, they are just laying out your whole business for the world to hear. Secondly, BEWARE! Supposedly the online prices for the cars are the cash price. They did not offer me a deal. The car I wanted was 2012 Kia Optima LX with 75,700 miles. Online price said 13,999 and finance said it was 14,700. Mind you the passenger window doesnt roll down(not a biggie). I did my research and I compared prices. All up and down California for the same year, make and model with similar mileage was quoted for $12,000. Dont think because Im a first time car buyer with limited credit history and young that you can pull a fast one on me. I am wrong the person. Thirdly, this lady came in to pay her car bill and told them that she still hasnt received the car licensed plates. Again with the no privacy. She said she got her car in May 2017 and it is now October 2017. Thats a long time to have a car with no license plates and illegal. This is just my experience and it will be the last time I will ever deal with them.I do have to say that the employee that is usually on the lot, talking to people and doing the test drives, hes really nice. So is the guy that has those wireless Bluetooth advertising things. I would have liked to work with them instead of Martin.

They repossessed my car on the same day of made the payment. I was forced to walk 2.5 miles with my 4 year old on my back on a state Highway. I finally got my car back but they r trying to make me pay 510 dollars for repo fees
