Stuck in a truck that gets 9mpg because saleswoman lied, and service department cant and wont do anything about that...and lord knows when my parts will come in that were ordered. Probably not until warranty expires. Yay for that. Just dont buy in clovis, nm. We live close enough to travel to lubbock or Amarillo.

I went there for a airbag recall appointment, and they broke inside my car during the installation. They had to order the part for the loss, and it was a time wasting process. I have to call every week to check if the part has arrived or not. The staff was nice at first, and then had an attitude after I called couple times. At the end, I had no choice but to contact the headquarter of Nissan, and they helped me resolve the issue super quick. Only after two days, the Nissan bender fixed my car. However, the overall process was really stressed.

They were right there when I requested service that I needed.

I got a good deal in my 2014 Rav 4. They worked with me and my wishes very well but they let me leave with an almost EMPTY gas tank, and I didn’t notice until I got to the Insurance company. They should have filled it up because I spent all that money but okay.

Had my Armada serviced before going on a road trip. As always, experienced friendly staff and fast service.

Purchased my car mid-August and paid for the dealership to take care of my registration and license plates. Its now mid-October and I just found out that they have yet to send out the paperwork because they needed a second proof of residency from me. No one thought to call and let me know something was missing weeks ago?!?! Pretty disappointed.

Wouldnt consider shopping anywhere else for a new or used vehicle. Jared is amazing.

Nothing wrong with the dealer side of the house, the service department however.... I went in for a warranty repair, they didnt troubleshoot correctly the first time, so the problem didnt get fixed, they didnt fix it the second visit either.. The THIRD visit they saw my scary aftermarket intake and voided my warranty on the spot, which is illegal. No troubleshooting, no proof, it is against the law and their own warranty booklet. I talked to McGavock in Lubbock, and explained everything and they had no idea why Bender would have done that, and said theyd take in my car for repair no problem.

I took my car in two months ago for service and the tech noticed that a tire had picked up a screw. They offered to patch the tire and I accepted. Today the tire went flat. I took it to the nearest service shop and discovered that Benders patch was leaking significantly. The opinion of this shop was that Benders workmanship was shoddy - no plug was put under the patch and they didnt even bother to buff the hole when they patched it.I called Benders service department just to see what they would say. The older gentleman said they didnt offer lifetime service gaurantees. I asked if they offered a two month service gaurantee. Nope.Unfortunately, the apathetic attitude and poor quality service provided by Bender are all too common in Clovis.
