Steve was great to work with. It made the whole out of state buying experience easy. The car was in great shape and well worth the 4 hour drive for the price and quality. If you’re looking for a great car for a great price, I highly recommend them!
Went here to look for my girlfriend’s first car, made a deal within an hour. Steve was amazing from the start. Super easygoing, knowledgeable, and accommodating. We did a overall inspection on the vehicle we were looking for and took it for a test drive, came back, and Steve was extremely easy to work with when going through the actual sales process, no pressure at all. The sign inside the office stating that X9 motors is a dealer that, “conducts thorough inspections on each vehicle, has the best prices in the area, and has a no pressure sales strategy” is the absolute truth, and the shop cat Kaite was adorable! Overall, would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great deal!
So far So Good Got my 2012 Nissan Rogue From Motors Sports Steve was a very cool upfront sales Had my car 3 months No major issues Only complaint for what I paid 9,000 no car note is Brakes / Brakes are something that doesnt wear out in a day it takes some times so I feel They knew it needed Brakes For the price I paid I should have good brakes, rotors, pads, and more...But overall Steve sales good reliable vehicles I would highly recommend.....
Steve is literally the best. Hes honest with you and down to earth. He doesnt come off annoyingly overpolished like a lot of sales reps. He wants to make sure you get what you want and what you need. A+++! customer service! If this is on your radar to visit, GO HERE! You wont regret it!
Purchased a car here back in November. Found the car radio dead during my test drive. Steve made sure it was replaced with a new factory radio before I picked the car up. Everything was exactly as we agreed, very open and honest operation. The car has been flawless. Will definitely shop them again when it is time to replace this car! Totally easy and stress free place to buy a car.
Steve was very helpful, understanding, & cooperative with me and my situation. The price for the quality is great!
This place has very good customer service. Smooth and easy transaction
Steve helped me finance a 2011 Honda Fit. Printed an updated carfax report, helped answer all questions that came up and the deal felt fair. Didn’t feel pressured to buy the car in anyway. Knowing their cars go to an auto shop for repairs before even driving onto the X9 lot assured me the car was cared for while in their possession. Would recommend checking them out! Also, Katie the shop kitty added a bright bonus to the experience.
Our daughter, while a senior in college, bought a 2009 Subaru Forester from X9 in November of 2020, and they sold her a 2 year warranty from NVP for $900. The dealer claimed that they had Subaru certified mechanics who had gone over the car. It didnt pass Ohio emission test and she was told it needed a new catalytic converter. The dealer agreed to replace the catalytic converter which they eventually did. Then our daughter graduated, got a job in Denver, and now, June 2021, when all the dash warning lights came on, she took it to an independent Subaru specialist who replaced the alternator for $700. Wouldnt deal with warranty company. THE NEXT DAY, while driving, she heard screaching noises, lost power and began looking for repair shops that would deal with warranty. This shop gave her a $7,000 estimate to 1) replace the head gasket 2)main seal 3) water pump 4) front brake pads and rotors 5) control arms 6) A/C compressor. The warranty company, NVP, would only cover part of the A/C compressor replacement. Admittedly, brake pads are a wear and tear item, but they refused to cover anything else. NVP was rude to my wife when she asked for an explanation. It;s all there in black and white in the 3 page fine print contract my daughter signed.I dont believe x9 actually checked out the car or they would have found the worn control arms (safety issue) and the faulty catalytic converter at the minimum. The warranty company is useless and gets the next review.
Purchased a car from here in April. It is now November and I need to purchase a new car. The transmission was bad and they sold it to me anyway. Glad I’m still paying on a car that doesn’t work!
Good quality, good price and excellent service. I was looking for a dealership with staff that were honest and take pride in what they do. So happy I came here for my new vehicle. Would highly recommend 👍
Great place to shop for a car highly recommend it’s quick easy and simple.
I’ll be honest, as we have always bought our cars at a large franchise dealership, so I was a little sketched out by the look of the place. But they came in on a Sunday, when they are normally closed, accommodating my work schedule. The car was exactly as advertised, and was waiting on us . Mike let us take it for a test drive as long as we wanted. He was very accommodating and personable . Due to a snafu on our part the car had to be delivered to us (1 hour 45 min away). While we were there we saw another car, looked a little nicer, newer, sportier, and more expensive, but they were honest that it was not a car we would want to buy, told us why . They could have made more money from us, but instead, steered us in the right directionThe car arrived right on time, and was delivered by a professional car delivery service not a tow truck flatbed. The delivery service personal were very nice and professional following all protocols during this coronavirus . And we noticed, the car had been washed and detailed again before it was delivered to us.Every time we had a question and called them, they answered it and followed through. They even called the next day to make sure everything was good and that we were happy with our choice. We looked for over a month for this particular car and color, and they had it at great price. When it’s time for our next car, I will definitely get ahold of them and shop them.Moral of the story, don’t judge a book by the cover.Highly recommend them. Easy, honest, no pressure, very nice sales people. Here’s an update, a year later .Son has driven this car far and wide .The only thing major so far was that it needed a new transmission valve body, probably about 6-7 months ago, $1,200, This is a known issue with that year transmission. We had to replace the battery, it was leaking, meh it happens .New brakes on the rear and new tires. He drove the car this summer to Seattle and back, hitting national parks and seeing the country (7,000 miles in one month) .Honestly, overall it has been a great car for him, and there hasn’t been a major problem that I would feel like the dealer got us on.I absolutely will look at them again when we need another used car.
Great customer service! Steve was the main person of contact and all exchanges were highly professional. I would definitely recommend this dealership.
When I first drove the car everything seemed fine. But when I drove it home that night I realized the emergency brake did not work at all. Which was my mistake for not checking, but hey, it was my first time buying a car. Steve was super cooperative and sent me to the dealerships mechanic. I get there and not only was the man rude to me, but told me I didn’t need an emergency brake and then pretended to fix it. Now my check engine light keeps going on and off, also my tire pressure light will not go off even though all my tires are filled with air. Also my traction light keeps going on and off and even when the street isn’t wet and tires aren’t spinning. Another thing which also was my mistake too for not looking was the whole underneath of the car is rust. The only reason I gave them 2 stars and not one is because of how polite and understanding Steve was, but all this is too much. I’m not paying for an unsafe car to drive.
Amazing deals and Steve was a great guy to do business with. Explained everything and more and helped me secure the best deal I could get for what I was looking for
My daughter and I had a great no hassle experience purchasing a quality car this afternoon.Check these guys out!
Very nice variety of vehicles and selection. Low miles, nicely maintained, and overall good vehicle options. Treated me well and Im happy Im walking out with a great car and deal. Steve treated me excellently and has a nice sense of humor
Steve was truly amazing! This place really really works with you if your are committed and serious about purchasing a vehicle. They even offer services that most places don’t offer when purchasing a used vehicle, which helps you feel more secure about the purchase. The process was smooth and easy. I’ll definitely recommend them to anyone! 5 stars for sure!
Great place to deal with! Steve was very helpful and gave us the confidence to drive 2.5 hours to purchase our vehicle. Was open and up front about all details so no surprises when we got there. Would definitely buy from here again. Thanks Steve!
The car was just as advertised and a thorough explanation of where/how they get their cars was given. After test driving it (no pressure at all) we sat down to talk numbers and make a deal. Steve was very accommodating in working with my credit union and insurance to line everything up.Definitely worth your consideration.
Had a great experience at X9 Motors. Their rep Mike was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. The car I bought was in an excellent condition, was fully detailed and it still runs perfectly after almost a year of ownership. If you want a used “like new” car definitely call X9 Motors. You won’t be disappointed!
Best car buying experience ever!! I know people claim this all the time for things, but seriously, Steve Rubin and the X9 Motors team are great. No pressure, very open and transparent with the answers to my questions about the car. Great deal. I will definitely recommend Steve and X9 Motors to all my family and friends.
Steve was great! He has upfront pricing, was extremely helpful and made sure I knew everything I needed to know before I purchased my car. Would recommend to anyone looking for affordable nice cars!
I found a beautiful 2017 toyota prius on CarGurus with only 28,000 miles, and for $14,000 that was being sold here. I reviewed the many pictures of this car posted online, and I corresponded with Steve numerous times. He was quick at responding and was open to answering questions which I appreciated. I was told in an email that the car looked practically like new, and drove like it as well. I will say that the Carfax was quite daunting as it had been in a major accident, and had to have (according to X9) the rear bumper, rear hatch, and tail light replaced. I was assured that the body work done was very professional and that this was not noticeable. I was told that if you didnt know it had been in an accident you would never have known. So, my mother and I drove 7 hours to come purchase the car. When we first saw it I was extremely impressed, however then we took it to a mechanic. After an inspection RadAir informed us that it would soon need new tires AND a battery (not the hybrid one). We were essentially looking at about a thousand dollars that it would need put into it in the next few months. I told X9 this when we came back, and they did not offer anything at first. Perhaps it didnt absolutely need the battery right then, we were told however that it died when they turned it on and left the doors open for a few minutes. Its possible this was just an opinion, its hard to know.Since we werent offered much money off (they reduced by $100, which was not enough to cover batteries or tires) even though it would need more money put into it right off the bat, we decided to look at it the next morning again. I am very glad we did, because my mother found 4+ areas on the car with issues. The very top of the car had seen some damage that looked like it was from hail. There was a small spot with rust, and the paint looked damage in splotches. The bumper replacement did not match the exact color of the original frame, and there were long scratches along the top back of the side door. Looking around the lot of cars most of the cars had no rust, especially on top, and there were no obvious scratches or chipping paint which lead us to believe the whole top of the car may have been replaced as well. All that to say, we drove home and did not purchase the vehicle. I am very content with my decision as I had not been expecting the car that was described as like new to have small amounts of rust, hail damage, scratches, slightly mis matched paint, potentially a dead battery, and wearing out tires.I just wish these details of the car would have been out in the open, as my mother graciously gave up her weekend to take me. I would recommend doing as much research as possible before looking at used cars, and perhaps I should just look more locally, so as not to waste time and money traveling to look. If you live in this area you dont really have much to lose by popping over to check it out, Im sure they will be glad to show you. I would be careful and do research before driving very far though, lesson learned.Replying to owners response:Perhaps the car did not need a battery or tires, like I said I could not be positive of that. BUT in my personal opinion a car that has rust, scratches, mismatching paint, and paint damage can not be described as like new. Not to mention that when I mentioned how the trunk looked uneven, and asymmetrical Steve also noticed and proceeded to attempt to push or pop it into place to match the other side. I was not expecting this at all. I was fully planning to purchase the vehicle for their asking price, until the flaws were apparent, and that is when I expected some negotiation. TO be clear, we were approached in our vehicle in the parking lot after we had taken it to a mechanic and they offered $100 to cover the battery. The next day when we saw the cosmetic damage we were told they would ship us tires to replace the current ones. To me this sounds like negotiation. They admitted that they had not noticed the cosmetic damage until we pointed it out.
Best car experience ever. Thank you steve!
Excellent experience! I was leery of the smaller dealership but Steve offered a good car at a great price and the buying experience was smooth. With much less overhead, he can offer a better value and was able to offer a personal touch as well. I recommend X9 motors.
My salesman Steve was phenomenal. He was upfront, honest and very helpful. Id recommend anyone to buy a car here!
We’ve been shopping for a few weeks now and we found a Forester that had great mileage and a great CarFax. Buying out of state for the first time was a bit nerve racking but when we got here to X9, Steve was incredibly kind and made the buying process simple, no pressure whatsoever, and a great car buying experience. Thank you Steve, we appreciate you and X9!
Worked with Steve to get a new car. Absolutely great! Very honest and efficient! I highly recommend shopping at X9 Motors if you’re looking for a great car at an even greater price.
Fantastic experiance overall. No Bs, they make buying a good vehicle at a fair price easy
We searched hundreds of cars online and visited several dealers to find the perfect first car for our youngest daughter. Steve at X9 Motors explained their process of selecting used cars and prepping them for sale. He was transparent and helpful, even arranging in advance for me to take the car to the West Side to our own mechanic on his day off. I was able to drive the car off the lot without any deposit and keep it for the day. The car we purchased was spotless, low milage and well-priced. This tiny shop right off I90 is an unexpected gem of a find.
Great experience with Steve! He helped me finance my first car. He slowly guided me through the process, he provided great service, advice, and feedback, and not to mention the deal!! Ive been looking for a new car for over a year. Im excited Ive found something local and reasonable!
The car buying process was easy and quick. The vehicles where clean and in good shape. They didnt pressure me to buy any additions and warranties.
Amazing!! Got me a good low rate, low miles, newer car. Low down payments and was very helpful. They didn’t turn me away found me something and was able to get me in my car right away. X9 motors the place to pay!!!!
Very professional, fast and pleasant to do business with !!
Just purchased a 2012 Chevy Sonic from X9 Motors on Tuesday 11/5/19. The car drives really well, it was a great buying experience, Steve was able to answer all my questions about the recall list on the vehicle and told me about its accident in detail from the carfax list. Going in slightly hesitant, I left very reassured and confident in my new purchase.
One of the best car lots you will ever go to. The process was fast and easy and Steve is great. I highly recommend.
Friendly, no pressure saleman (Steve) sold us the cleanest car we came across. He also helped us save money on a fantastic warranty package and have piece of mind with our purchase.
Great place. Steve was very straightforward and nice to deal with. The car was a great price and x9s financing offer was in line with other bank offers. I’m about an hour away from the dealer so Steve nicely emailed me the carfax and gave me other info by phone so that I didn’t waste the trip. I had the car checked out by an independent mechanic before buying and they said the car was exactly as described. Low miles, great carfax, clean title; count on no surprises at x9 and the process was quick and easy!
Steve is awsome salesman, great selection of car and outstanding customer service
My son purchased his first car from Steve. He was extremely helpful and made for a pleasant for experience for my son. Will definitely recommend!!!
Steve was very easy and nice to deal with. The quality of the vehicles for the price is unbelievable. I would recommend to my own family and friends!!!
I purchased a 2012 Chevrolet from X9 with Steve Rubin, he was great and made my first car buying experience smooth and efficient. Shop with x9!!
Amazing experience! Steve was very pleasant! I highly recommend X9 Motors to anyone looking for a nice, clean, affordable car.
Excellent service, casual and not pressured at all, AND my car was in excellent condition at a price well below blue book and car fax price. Great place to buy a car!
This is the place to go if you want to buy a car without the stereotypical car buying experience. They were ready to go above and beyond the call of duty and truly treated my family like their family. The car is amazing and the experience was hassle free. If you are in the area, go see Mike, just make sure you schedule an appointment, and I am sure he will treat you as well as he did me.I can honestly recommend X9 Motors to anyone who is apprehensive about a visit to a car dealership.
Ive spent the last month looking for my daughters first vehicle. We found it today at X9 Motors. It was the kind of buying experience we had hoped for.Im confident that we got a good vehicle at a fair price. I especially liked the out the door price (which included all tax, document, tag, title, and warranty fees).I knew the bottom line cost upfront, since it was included in the ad for the vehicle.Mike was a great salesman; friendly, honest and not high pressure.May God bless your business, Mike! Well be back.
Steve was great to work with and I LOVE my car.. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend.
Great experience. Great service, very friendly, and the cars are in good quality. I would buy a car from here again.
Steve is great - he helped set us up with our new car and was kind and flexible. Really good little lot dealership! Would buy a car here again
Steve is the best, great customer service. Walked me through everything I needed. Highly recommend.
X9 has a great selection of cars at a fair price. They offer financing and warranties too!
Did not want to write this review until I had enough miles on the car to change the oil. So far car was everything it was suppose to be. The only reason it is not a 5 star is because they charge an extra 250 on top of the price of the car to get it ready. Also huge mark on the hood was covered by sharpie. The 250 bucks service fee for the car did not include a full tank of gas or actual paint but a sharpie. It is not the end of the world, and I am not mad about it for the price I got the car for. Either next time fix it correctly with paint marker from dealer, or leave it visible. Also state the 250 dollar fee when you give the out the door price. My fault for not going over the car and the paper work thoroughly. I live about 2 1/2 hours away and was in a hurry. Other than those two small things great people to deal with car is reliable, so far only had to put oil and gas in it. Guy also stayed later than he had to so I could purchase this car. If I ever need another car these guys would be the first dealer I would look at.2014 nissan versa
So i went to probably 10 to 12 dealerships looking for a used car. Out of all the dealerships i went to, this place had the quality and price that beat all others. Friendly staff straihht forward, no bs. They offer their best proce up front and it was the best deal out there.
Did not buy a car from x9, but had a great experience dealing with them. Very informative. Answered all my question for days since it was a state away and a long drive to their lot. Very open.
Great buying experience. Would work with Steve again next time I am looking for a nice used car!
The best experience ever with dealing with a used car company. My salesman Steve went above and beyond before and after the sale.
Excellent job, purchased 2 vehicles from here, 1 did have a minor issue after the sale which was immediately taken care of. Will not hesitate to buy again!
Got Audi A7 from Mike. Best support and Best prices. Thank You. I love My Car
Nice car. Good price. Easy transaction.
Great customer service and vehicles. Pleasure working with Steve!
Shady place felt uncomfortable. I asked for the Carfax on the car (which wasnt even there) I was considering buying. I was told their system was down. So I end up using my own phone to Carfax the vehicle (21 reports.)
Everything went very well Steve is awesome
Steve was polite.very fast and friendly
Steve is a very good salesman!!
Outstanding service and very high quality vehicle, I could not believe that we purchased this car for so cheap, had my brother in law who is mechanic check it out before hand, thanks Mike, really appreciate all your help on this one.
Great customer service
Everything was handled professional, I did make a purchase.
