The service team at Metro Lexus in Cleveland is first-rate. There is a beautiful waiting area (complete with free drinks and grand piano!), but they always make a loaner car available if you don’t want to wait. They always finish the job very close to the estimated time as well.

I’ve gone to several dealerships, but wish I would have stopped at metro Lexus first. It would have saved me a lot of time! I was immediately greeted and set up with an excellent sales Professional. Although I didn’t want the original car I stopped in to see, Ryan listened to my needs and was able to direct me to the car I absolute love. The NX300!! I stopped in at the end of the day and instead of rushing me to come back when they reopened, he took his time, walked me through the process and let me know next steps. My car arrived within 2 days and the personal welcome and reveal of my vehicle was phenomenal!!!They actually we’re clapping when I walked into the show room!!!! In addition, Skyler- my personal technology specialist, took her time with me to show me how to operate my vehicle. She was very personable, didn’t just rush me through the amenities, but made sure I was comfortable before leaving the dealership! Again, due to my schedule, I was there very close to closing and that was not a problem at all. I was not rushed to hurry up and read a manual later. All in all, I was treated like they were honored I chose them and not like they were doing me a favor!! Excellent customer service!l, which goes a long way!
I left 2 messages for a service advisor, and Lexus customer service tried to help me get a hold of someone 3 times, too. Could never reach anyone and not a single return phone call. Lexus customer service ultimately said I should try to call a different dealership because for whatever reason this one is not responding. This was nearly a week ago, so pretty sure no one is calling back. I just had a simple 30 second question about a vehicle.
What a great experience! From the Sales to the financing to the help with the technology. They really do put the “customer” in customer service. They give each customer the focus and attention they deserve. I have bought many cars over the years and by far this was the best experience to date. I am very happy with my experience with Metro Lexus. I live in KY (3.5 hours away) and wanted specific options on a UX 250h. I couldn’t find one in my area but Ryan from Metro Lexus reached out after I inquired about one at their store. He was very responsive and communicated well during the 5-week time frame it took to get my car. When we arrived at Metro Lexus in Cleveland they treated us like royalty. What an amazing experience. From the second I entered the door to the moment the door was held open for me to exit to my new car, I had nothing but excellent service. First, my salesman Abed was nothing short of superb. He was friendly, encouraging, hard working and never felt put out by any simple bump in the road. Second, the entire team truly works hard to get you what you need. It really was such a drastic change from any car buying experience I’ve had. I haven’t purchased a new car since the 1990’s. We wanted a new car we can comfortably drive across country for a picky passenger (me) and a long legged driver (my husband). We shopped the Toyota Highlander, Honda Ridgeline and Lexus RX.Metro Lexus was excellent to deal with. Christian was not aggressive (which we liked), very honest and kept us informed about dates our car would be delivered.We went through efficient receipt of the Lexus in record speed thanks to 30 year employee Dave. They presented my car to me with fanfare!!The highlight of the purchase for me was Skylar, the technology/info specialist. She quickly and efficiently stepped us through the important features and described the many other features. I feel I can contact her at any time and she’ll respond.I highly recommend Metro Lexus and if we ever need a new car again, it will be another Lexus.
Sales person never contacted me to let me know how the deal was going. I had to reach out to her to see if the deal closed and then again to see if I was approved. Then the Sales manager had me contacting the FBI and TREASURY DEPT because I got red flagged because of my name. A simple fix which the finance department was supposed to handle. I had the worst experience in my life dealing with this place!!!!

First of all I want to say I have always had First Class Excellent Service at Metro Lexus. I wanted to share the Awesome Experience I had with “The Gem of Metro Lexus” Dan Booth. I went in with a service issue and I honestly was not happy with the outcome of what the service person told me needed to be done and I proceeded to say just give me my keys and let me pay my bill so I can leave. Dan Booth saw that I was unhappy and intervened with a very comforting voice. Dan instructed the team to put me back in a loaner and told me to let him look into a solution for me. The very next morning Dan called me and said he wanted to let me know he handled the situation with my vehicle and it would take a couple of days to have the problem fixed. Because I received such First Class Care From Dan Booth, I will be a forever Metro Lexus Customer. Anthony in parts was very helpful in ordering a set of floor mats for my Lexus SC430. He was able to get it in one day for us. Everyone at the dealership was very helpful and polite. I would use them again.
Overall bad experience at Metro Lexus. Our brand new 300nx was presented with 2 dints and bugs all over it. I asked a very specific question about the key fob remote start functionality. Skyler told us 10 years, and Romi said he wasnt sure. Of course Romi provided the answer AFTER the sale was complete(3years 😡). Luckily we caught the dints (after their employees discouraged us from looking over the car) and they did fix them. This involved their valet service. I scheduled to make the car exchange between 10:30 and 11:00. About 11:30, I called to see where they were at. Turns out, they took the liberty of rescheduling us for the next day and didnt bother to call us. 😡 After several tries, I finally was able to schedule it later the same day. There is nothing worse than lying to sell a car.

In the process of exploring a new vehicle, Pete arranged for me to work with the “technology expert”, and at my age that is a scary concept in an of itself. I also have to say I had an extremely pleasant experience with a young lady named Skylar. She was the technology specialist she taught me things about the car I didnt know and was extremely kind and eager to answer any question. I will be back to purchase my next Lexus from Metro Lexus
