Unlike other dealers in the Chattanooga area where I was ignored or walked past with out even a Hi . I am treated with respect and professionalism. Mason is Awesome as a sales man. On July 5th, my wife took her 2011 Tahoe to this dealership for a warranty air bag replacement. The next day I noticed a large new crack in the dash cap that we were not notified of. I called the dealership and the only response I received was that my wife signed a waiver. I understand it’s not a new Tahoe, but at least present me with another option. Perhaps offer to sell me a new one and installation at cost or even a small discount? This was our first experience with this dealership and I am extremely disappointed to say the least.

Its truly a rare experience that you feel like you received EXCEPTIONAL customer service these days... but you will get this at Don Ledford. At Don Ledford Auto in Cleveland, Tennessee I had the pleasure of buying a GMC Sierra 1500 with my salesman Ryan Tidd. He made my experience very comfortable and fun! I needed a new key fob and was on my way up to pay and order one. I knew they closed at 530pm so called parts department to see if they could wait a few minutes for me. I spoke with Brennon on the phone who looked up the fob I needed and quoted Me a much cheaper price than earlier.Even though it was after closing he found the fob that I was told by someone else need to be ordered, cut the key then proceeded to program it which I thought I needed to come back for. I kept thanking him and apologizing and he told me thats my job.Thats the kind of experience everyone is looking for. Awesome job Brennon and thank you. Thats the kind of employees I want in my business.

Scheduled an online service appointment for brake inspection. Arrived at confirmed 730 AM appointment and was advised that we need to reschedule as the prior days services are backlogged. Move forward to reschedule date..arrived at 730 AM appointment, and was shuttled back home. No word, so I contacted the service department around 3pm to be told that there was still a backlog and my vehicle had not been inspected. Requested shuttle to pick me and return to get vehicle and arrange service at nearby shop that was not backlogged. Shuttle driver Hugh was very nice and mentioned that hed done the same shuttle for 2 other customers the same day. Need better communication and more staffing to fulfill customer needs.

Ric Clinton met me outside as I was getting out the car and asked a series of questions to understand what I was looking for. He broke some things down and explain what would be best ! We walked and looked at the used trucks as he explain each one and which would be the better choice for me to start out with. After we went inside to see what was possible ! We went through the process and even though my mom couldn’t co sign with that certain vehicle we found something even better ! We tried the process again and ended up where I could do it by myself at only 18 yo with no credit or co-signer !! He’s defiantly a great salesman ! :)

After the sale, she explained all the bells and whistles on the new car. I brought my 2018 Chevy Express van into the dealership because I was having issues with the engine. To be specific, the engine wasnt acceleration smoothly, particularly on an uphill grade. In addition to this problem, the check engine light came on once and then went off again. The staff were very friendly. However, after the van spent some time in the shop, I was called to the service desk where it was explained to me that the diagnostics had shown several error codes, involving several components. They explained to me that they werent able to identify the faulty component or circuit. They recommended that I continue to drive it until the check engine light came on again. I told them that I was going to be hitting the road soon and didnt want to get somewhere way off in the distance and have problems. They stated that if I experienced any problems while on the road, I could take it to any authorized GM repair shop and have it looked at. The bottom line: 1) I have a 2018 Chevy Express van that has difficulty pulling a grade. 2) I brought it to a well established, authorized GM dealer/repair facility and with all their technology couldnt repair the problem. 3)I left with a van that is unreliable and with the prospect of a possible breakdown while somewhere out on the road. Its not a question of if, but a question of when.

Great experience with Don Ledford Automotive. Met Jeff out front of the showroom and told him we were looking for a used vehicle with low mileage and fairly new. He told us to go ahead and look around and just let him know when we were ready to check out the cars we were interested in. Very pleasant to look without being pressured. It was getting close to closing time and he stayed late to help us with our decision, got us set up to get the car for the weekend and finalized the sale Monday morning.

Our salesman was Bill, great guy to deal with so be sure to ask for him when you are there. Had less than 2 months and had to take in to be repaired, not their fault as it was used vehicle. Completely didn’t expect to have an Engine Control Monitor go bad so quickly (less than 600 miles on the truck). They did get the part fairly quick and fixed it. Not completely thrilled with the loaner vehicle I got (Buick Encore). I would think you would get a vehicle a lot closer to the one you bought with at least the same amenities (heated seats, heated steering wheel, etc). Also the service manager said this was possibly a new part number for the 2021 3.6L, so I’d be interested to know if this might be a high failure item.

Service as authorized was completed on my truck in less than an hour. No one tried to sell me unnecessary services. I asked to be taken to a nearby Panera Bread to wait and that request was gladly accommodated. Interior of truck was clean and my wheel lock key was returned to where I left it for them. The cashier helped me redeem GM reward points to pay for most of the service.

I found a used 2019 Cadillac XT5 at this dealership. While considering the purchase, the salesperson told me it was covered by the Certified Cadillac pre-owned vehicle warranty. We made reference to this several times during the purchase process. This was very important to me, as it provided peace of mind about the car.After completing the paperwork, transferring personal items and my wife was sitting in the Cadillac ready to leave, I asked the salesperson for the documents that show the car is covered by the Certified Cadillac pre-owned warranty. He showed me documents of the remaining standard warranty. I insisted on the documents showing the car was covered by the Certified Cadillac pre- owned warranty as he had stated and we had discussed. He then admitted that it was not certified; only after I had signed to purchase the car. I expressed how disappointed and frustrated i was in him. He said he would discuss my frustration and disappointment with the dealership owner .I have written a letter to the dealership owner and left multiple telephone messages. She has refused to return my calls or respond in ANY way. Unfortunately I cant recommend this dealership.

I brought my 2014 GMC Sierra in for a brake recall. I assume the work was done correctly. But I have my questions about that fact. The receipt of work stated that a 27 point inspection was completed and that all fluids were topped off. I questioned this because the tire depth gauge records stated all four tires were the same. This is impossible because one of the tires is 2 years newer than the other three. I popped my hood and checked my windshield washer fluid, not topped off, my brake fluid level, not topped off... I do not think I need to continue with my explanation of dissatisfaction. I called and reported this to the service department and received an apology. Thank you for that, however, the result of my visit speaks volumes about the service provided by your technicians. Sorry. Not happy.

Well, first off your going to have to really impress me to get 5 stars and I have bought several new vehicles and I really do not think I got a 5-star treatment. Do not get me wrong I was in and out real quick and I knew what I wanted.Shame on you for encouraging this 5 star or fail, at most I would give them an average score. To me, you could use this experience to learn from mistakes instead of 5 stars or fail. I could if in your position ask a hundred questions to help improve the experience of the buyer. I got a quote to sell my car on KBB and carmax. KBB offered $7138 and carmax offered $6500. I filled out the information the same for both sites. When I arrived at Don Ledford they were unable to find my quote and offered me $2000. They later said that once they entered their information my car was no longer eligible for a cash offer. I went to carmax right after this and sold my car for $6500. They honored their agreement. Don Ledford automotive, you were dishonest and a huge waste of my time. Shame on you and your employees. DO NOT take your business to this dealership! They will BAIT AND SWITCH on you and provide no apologies.I called about a vehicle I found online and the salesman (Harold) spoke with his manager (Scott) several times and called me back several times to verify vehicle info and pricing. I was told the online price was correct and to come in today for a test drive. I left work early, drove about 40 minutes away, and upon arrival, I asked the salesman if the price was the same (before I test drove) and he stated it was. I test drove the vehicle, fell in love with it, and walked inside to discuss the purchase. I was so excited to buy a new car! Once in Harold’s office, I was told the price online was “incorrect” and the salesman stated I had given him a price $10,000 more than we actually talked about. He and his manager then proceeded to tell me that the asking price was actually $11,349 MORE than what I was originally told. NO ALTERNATE PRICE was provided in an attempt to work with me. They REFUSED TO HONOR the posted price (the same price) that we discussed prior to me going to the dealership.I called the next day and spoke with Amy who stated she was not there when this all happened, so she couldn’t say if it was correct, but said that they couldn’t honor the price, but she could send me a “Visa gift card for gas.”The general manager (Butch) called me later and stated they would take NO RESPONSIBILITY for what happened and called it a “miscommunication.” LYING TO ME is not a “miscommunication.” I asked to speak to the owner and was told she couldn’t call me until next week. I gave them the opportunity to at least try to make it right and he refused to even do that and HUNG UP ON ME. So disappointing and a waste of time. DO NOT deal with these people!AND a couple of hours after I spoke with the GM, they posted the vehicle at a price of almost $6,000 LESS than the asking price they gave me when I tried to buy it for the amount I was promised.If I can save one person from experiencing what I did, I will be happy!

Two issues: 1) Service rep should have verified my phone number at the time of service. The dealership provided a shuttle ride to my home while servicing my truck. 2) Later in the day I called to get a status my truck and the service rep said that they couldnt get to my truck and suggested I leave it over night. I said that my wife had a doctor appointment early the next day, therefore, I could not do that. When I ask when the shuttle driver would pick me up, I was told that the driver had gone home for the day and that there was no one available to pick me up from the dealership. I finally got a ride from my neighbor. Had the service rep verified my phone number, all this stressful situation would have been avoided. 3) The service request was to check out an air leak on the right rear door seal. A simple cabin pressure check would have confirmed it. I brought the truck in around 8:15 am which is more than ample time to do a leak check. I must say that the waiting room was very comfortable and amenities was extra ordinary.

Disappointed! Purchased a new vehicle that had and still have some dirty / muddy issues even after being washed twice by the dealership. Please inspect your vehicle underneath it before purchase, even if it is New.10/30/2020: I had conversations with the sales rep and an email from the business about how dirty / muddy this new vehicle was underneath it. And today this issue was resolved. I was given an explanation what happened that caused so much mud under the vehicle, tires, and the tire wells, but I wish it was caught by the Dealership before I purchased it. Since I had to deal with such an issue like this within a few hour after the initial purchase, I wont give this business a Five Star, but will increase it to a Four Star.

When booked on line it specifically said oil change and tire rotation for my 2017 Silverado $49.95 with no disclaimer that I could find. The final bill was $68.01 claiming an extra quart of oil was needed for the Silverado. That extra quart cost me over $18 including tax. I have no problem paying $68 for oil change and tire rotation but I do have a big problem of advertising one price and then changing the price after the appointment is made and arriving for the service. Nothing extra was done to the vehicle... just an oil change and tire rotation exactly what was advertised. None of the service reps could explain why one additional quart of oil raised the price including tax $18.06. Just told me that is the way it is.I normally like your service department and Your pricing is reasonable but as far as this customer is concerned, this was false advertising and just a gimmick to get the customer in for the service. Just advertise the real price and at least this customer would not have a problem.Your device department has always been polite, well informed and very helpful. Not quite the way I saw it on this visit. If you are going to advertise prices, you need to advertise the real price.

Well to start with I am kinda surprised that my warranty expired on January 4, and the transmission expired on March 8. (ALL service work has been completed at Don Ledford including scanning for problems) No one can explain why the dealership doesnt care at all. I also looked to the salesman I bought the car and truck from (both at same time) about replacing the suburban for a new one but nothing in stock? Car OR Truck??I was also told that Don Ledford was phasing out the Cadillac this year. SO with no cars to sell and no explanation of the transmission problem that Chevrolet has had for a while now should I go to another brand or dealer? I was told that the problem exists in ALL chevy vehicles cars and trucks alike. TROUBLING NEWS!

Drove an hour to work with Bill Benjamin on a pre-owned SUV they had. He had it ready and waiting, was easy to work with, I came back the next day to drive it home. Came today to talk to Amy and Todd about trading a vehicle that we hated for something we would enjoy. We fell in love with a 2020 ZR2 Colorado and they got the deal done. This is our 9th Chevy and possibly the best buying experience. Amy took us on the test drive and was so down to earth and honest. Todd did our paperwork and was fantastic, friendly and informative. He got the deal done for terms we were very happy with.We are in love with this little off road truck and couldnt be more excited! We definitely will be return customers. Jeff is always helpful and keeps me informed if there are any problems. My only concern is the time for oil change and tire rotation. Is 3 hours normal. Seems to long to me. Just my thought.
