This place is pathetic customer service, when they want to sell the car they will go to any extent, but at the time of service they are very bad, unimaginably pathetic .When you have an issue with your car and tell your situation, they will give you appointment after 20 days, and ask you to keep driving the car with the engine light on .. so you really dont know what it going to end up to. The previous service team ( Roger and his team) was way too courteous, the current team is not very helpful and they are very rude.Please think twice before buying for them.09/23/2021 -Today morning the Volvo Montrose called me and said that they cant service my car any more, wow what a nice way to handle the customer, please think twice before going with this dealer, they have such a bad attitude they hold you hostage stating that if you cant put up with the shoddy service, they will not service your vehicle at all. There are other places where you can spend your hard earned money. Without listening you the situation they just tell there decision.Please dont go with them

I have taken my car several times for service over there and the personnel has done above and beyond to provide the best service. Audrey in the service department has the best customer service. I purchased a car Saturday and Sunday my brakes were squeaking. I called the dealer Monday and let them know, they asked me to bring the car in. The service department closed at 5 and due to my work schedule I wasn’t able to get there until 4:30. Audrey heard my brakes when I pulled in and was not going to let me leave and come back. She put me in a rental while my car was being inspected and repaired. She informed me of what was going on through the day and my car was ready for pick up the next day. She basically held my hand through the process. She was so nice and just had a awesome personality. I was extremely disappointed in the service department. Took my XC60 in because the ABS light came on and cruise control and odometer stopped working. $145 later they told me I needed a wheel speed sensor and to replace it would cost another $550 dollars. I asked about the cruise control and odometer. The mechanic didn’t have an answer. Oh, and by the way, he recommended another $3,500 for “required maintenance”. Amazing!!I took the car to a local mechanic and he replaced the sensor for $140.

I absolutely love the dealership to a degree, I had an excellent experience with purchasing my 2020 Volvo S60, But when financing this vehicle and coming down to the extended warranty in which they offer Easy Care I wouldn’t recommend this extended warranty company to anyone. This company doesn’t not honor there contracts or they have restrictions on there contracts. I hit a pothole back in January of 2021. I contacted EasyCare and they told me because there was no damage to the tire and because I’m not losing air they won’t replace my rim which was damaged by the pothole. I don’t know what I’m paying for? I don’t recommend using EasyCare at all! To add to this I’m not.Let me also add I’m not to happy with the dealership on a few things that I just found on my car. Now I bought my car at the end of October of 2020. So when I purchased it, it was a night and of course after filling out paperwork and it’s night time you really can’t see some of the little paint damages to my car. I notice that my left rear exhaust body molding is cracked and there are numerous of paint chips on the doors of the car that I really didn’t notice until recently hence because for the weather here in Ohio. I did mention this a couples months back and I was told that they don’t have any record of them owing me any work that needs to be done, yes that is true but again I bought my car at night didn’t really notice it until I wash it by hand! So with that being said just be careful buy a car at night because if there is any dings or chips you can’t really see it!

I purchased a Mitsubishi outlander 2019. I absolutely di not like my car. Wish I would have took my time. Seems as if they really needed to get rid of this car, so many flaws with this car its crazy. If you just purchase a car and have to have it serviced less than a week later thats bad. I wish I could get another car, but when the time come I would go to a different dealership. But Angie was nice person to deal with at that time.

I had a fantastic experience with the service department of this dealership yesterday. After an emergency situation on the road, I called the dealership and was told to talk with Cindy. When I arrived, Cindy was waiting for me and took my car in immediately to assess the problem. She brought me back to have the mechanic show me what was going on and then to review options. They agreed to fix my car right then and there and I drove away in about 90 minutes. They were so helpful and professional and Cindy really made it happen!

I was looking a for a new car, it was between BMW and a Volvo. Bobby Ozersky made up my mind - Volvo it is!

I called in to help stop global warming with a benefit I was putting on. There whole company is saying they are all about the environment but I was hung up on..Really mind boggling how you can say you are doing something positive not actually up doing it. Heart breaking..Maybe there is hope with another dealership but this one is Not Recommended at All!

Told my wife I made the deal of the century... Made a deal online on what was described as a certified unit (even though their online ad did not show as certified). Upon arrival vehicle had an odor of smoke. Asked sales person about it, he claimed he couldnt smell it. Car was masked with a heavy deodorant, however the cigarette burn in the back seat was the tell all. They ran our credit and wasted our time. I really cant say if it was a deliberate ruse, or a careless oversite. Two stars as our sales rep was cordial in all communications.

Its this an ongoing concern? Showed up at 2:00 there was nobody there. Maybe the change to Montrose wasnt so good? Id recommend a different Volvo dealer but Kempthorn was worse. At least here, the door was unlocked and a sales person showed up after waiting 10 minutes. Prior to that there was nobody there, no greeting, nada.This seems to be a trend with Volvo dealers and a good sign that I should look elsewhere.
