This was the most pleasant car buying experience Ive had in my 42 yrs of living and I have brought numerous vehicles. I started at Motorcars Honda and ended up going across the street to Motorcars Toyota. What a convenience!! I saw a Toyota that I liked more than the Honda I was about to purchase. I would definitely recommend dealing with them and their sales lady Ivy Vernell.!

Fantastic experience. Not only was the quality of service great, but the customer experience exceeded all expectations. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful throughout my experience. I accidentally left some personal items in the shop after a cleaning but the staff kept my items safe throughout the weekend and returned it to me as soon as possible. Ill definitely return in the future.

Motorcars Toyota services my car. Im treated like a queen. They listen intently to my problems, and get it fixed quickly and right,-the first time. Nice lounge, free warm cookies, and coins are given if you ask for a soda. Peaceful and always in good hands.

Good place in Cleveland Heights but I rather bring my money to classic

... is the only certified dealership in the area for my vehicle. The techs and mechanics are wonderful and extremely insightful and helpful. The sales people however I feel like were ripping me off and gave me condescending attitudes. I wish you could deal with the mechanics directly.

Went to look at a Corvette they had for sale and even made an appointment one week prior to come see it. I go there and what do I get? The car is in a warehouse down the street from the dealership. It had so much dirt and dust on it that you could barely see the clear coat. And the icing on the cake? The salesman says to start it up and it does. Battery dead as a doornail. And Im a previous customer! I went to another dealer and bought their Corvette for less money and half the miles the car at Motorcars had. Im so disappointed that come end of summer, when my other cars lease is up, Ill be looking for a new dealer to deal with. One that appreciates my business and my money.

Yall charge me shop supplies, fee for diagnostic tests on my car. I was told yall charged me to use your on equipment. Lol!! I will never use you guys again, Ill never send anyone I know to you guys. Biggest rip off ever. $17.25 shop supplies fee. I want everyone to know to never use this business again. Horrible!! I wish there was thing as negative stars, because yall would get negative 5 stars.

Such a great place. I hardly noticed that I drove from Detroit to buy my Honda in Cleveland. Worked with me every step of the way. Three months later and they still jump to help in any way possible. I will purchase from them again.

Went for and oil change. I was glad they sent me a $20 coupon. Tried to upsell me on additional services. Asked me when I wanted to schedule additional services. I did not. I will be going elsewhere . Told me I needed new ties and a wheel alignment not going to happen. Just had one tire replaced two days prior The tread wear rating was lower and the other place. They did not say I even needed all new tires. I only needed to replace the one that had a nail in the sidewall.

Not happy with the customer service recieved when I got there. They greeted me with the next time im late they wont be able to take my car. Mind you I wasnt late. The lady was on the phone for sometime before calling a service tech. The only good thing from my visit was the gentleman at the parts department, he was very helpful and informative. I am already looking for another dealer to take my car for service.

I just had a question for the finance team. Other than that, no service needed today. I have used them in the past and they are good.

My car came from another dealer. A key was missing and we had a misunderstanding about rugs for the car. All was solved promptly and courteosly. This dealership is an asset for Cleveland Heights.

I wanted to lease from them again, but they took to long and I got a crossover cheaper than there cars. I loved my Civic but it was to low to the ground and when you have back problems you need to be in something higher.

I was very disappointed, I paid $125.00 my receipt claims tech fixed the heat shield using new hardware. But its still rattling. For a $125.00 it should not be rattling. Ver very disappointed.

Ive been coming here (Motorcars Toyota) for 10 years to have my previous and current cars serviced. Never had any issues. They offer shuttle if you dont want to wait on site. If you choose to wait, they have a nice and comfortable waiting area. They offer complimentary cookies and coffee. You can ask for a token for a free can of pop as well. Theres also a vending machine. Theres a TV and computers for internet access and free WiFi. They are almost always done with my car before the quoted time and you get a voucher for a free basis car wash at the Rainforest car wash down the street.

Least a new Camry. Got a horrible deal. Dealership car Wash scratched car Big Time, manager said she would call back tomorrow. That was November. Very dissatisfied! I would not recommend this dealership to anybody.

This place has the worst customer service. Everyone we have been there, they have been rude. Note call before you go. Shop closes at different time than sales floor and website doesnt list. The very first time I got my oil changed and got the car back the muffler was extremely loud. I called and complained, but of course they were rude and unhelpful.
