Great experience with North Coast Auto Mall. Chris helped me get into and almost new SUV that had very low mileage and no issues with affordable payments. They even took my car in for a trade in as a downpayment. My vehicle had no warranty but the manager made sure he put a warranty plus other beneficial aspects I may need in the future. Very friendly staff members that make you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in the door. I love my new Nissan Rogue! My first time at North Coast Auto Mall was such a great experience mostly because of my sales associate Jacob Stern, from first point of contact to the closing of my deal. He never made me feel pressured, very honest, no games and straight to the point. Jacob made sure my family was comfortable while the purchase transaction was being processed. I love the fact that they dont sell you junk. My credit is 550 and they got me in a 2012. Beautiful car. I have to pay more than most because of my credit. But it is well worth it. What a terrible experience I have had trying to make a purchase from this dealer. Sent over photos of our trade in and we did receive a value from them, which was the only progressive part of this process. From that point they only would text asking when we were coming in to buy the vehicle. We had responded several times to them that we wanted to speak on the phone with them several times regarding the out-the-door purchase price that we would need financed (vehicle price, taxes, fees, and deduction of the trade in). No response to any of those requests, but still received continuous texts saying are you coming in today to purchase. What time can we expect you. ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL. To make it even more frustrating, since we couldnt get anyone to answer our questions or actually call us, I took it upon myself to call the dealer. Your call is then answered by a call center who forwards you to the person you say that youve been talking to (through text). No one answers the phone when it is forwarded or returns the call when you leave a message. More texts of the same though!! One of the times that I called I asked to speak to a sales manager or any manager. Surprise surprise, no answer or call back. It is honestly impossible to get someone on the phone besides the representative at the call center. As a nice little cherry on top, when I attempted to try again, the representative spoke a little more than just a transfer call. She has asked me if what I was inquiring from the call, and I told her that we were trying to get the final purchase price so we could get our financial institution that info so they could get us the money to purchase the vehicle. She responded to me saying oh we dont like dealing with outside financing very much. What?? So this is the reason we havent received a call back and why they are so adamant about us just coming in to buy without giving a final price?? A dealer should have way better respect for their clients and prospects than this. Its about helping the people that come to your business and not about what ever kickback you get from whatever bank you partner with for financing. We had the credit and our financing, All we needed was info.I have purchased many vehicles in state and out of state. Flown to other states for the exact car I wanted and drove it back. These other dealers have always gave me every bit of information that I requested (walk around videos, final price, solidified trade in value, held the car for days until I arrived, etc.) and that is how you take car of your customers. Never have I received such poor customer service like what I experienced at North Coast Auto Mall of Cleveland!! You lost this sale and Im now talking to a more helpful dealer. I hope this helps others from dealing with this ridiculous process and results in the loss of more business

Theyre negligence and theyre thieving ways is going to make me pay for years to come cuz I went to that place so take a lesson for me do not buy a car from here I know like six other people that doesnt happen to from them I repeat do not buy a car here ever and if he did do it because I guarantee you theres something wrong with your car and they like to try to pretend like we didnt know like they just buy vehicle by vehicles and not know anything about them or look up look underneath them cuz I didnt I couldnt see it but I needed a lift up see what I was looking at

Stephany Morales was prompt and welcoming. However, the Dealership itself needs improvement. The buying process is very antiquated and could use some upgrading. It should not take 4 hours for the finance department to handle their business. I also ended up with a 2020 Camaro with a clean title, however it was noticed and proven after purchase that it was repainted in certain areas. The manager had zero interest in working with me to resolve the problem. They may be the Top dealer as the manager so eagerly reminded me continuously, but I still warn future buyers to be cautious. Apparently they do not go over their vehicles with a fine tooth comb as most reputable dealers do, and I was informed that I should have had the lemon police, and body shop and mechanic look it over because all sales are final. This dealer missed out on the next 3 vehicles I purchased since buying from them.

These people blatantly wasted my time. I got an “instant cash offer” from Kelly Blue Book and NCAM was the first to call me about it. They texted me every day trying to get me to come in. When I eventually came in the guy that had to handle the transaction wasn’t working that day, even though I was texting with them all day about coming in. What a joke.

The only reason why I’m not giving this a 5 star rating is because the wait after we made the deal was 3 hours long waiting for finance to come up with our documentation (which was not his fault). I’m a returning customer to North Coast, Leroy Barnes is an amazing Senior Salesman, and Steve is awesome with the financing. Them and the staff at North Coast took the extra time and effort to get me into a new Mercedes Benz and take my GMC trade-in from my original purchase 2 years ago with them. The entire sale took roughly 3 hours because of all the work they had to do to get me approved, taking the time to answer all my questions, searching for a car, and explaining all the details.
