Received car repair services from here several times and found I was over charged or items were fixed on my car that did not need any repairs. The last straw was being told I needed major work done on my car, Instead of going by what was told to me at this place I went to the dealership. I had a diagnostic completed only to find out there weren’t any major issues with my car..., the best $130.00 I ever spent. I tried to patronize black owned business as much as possible, when you’re being mislead & taken advantage of I will spend my money where this will not happen no matter the cost.

Had a totally flat tire and thankfully found this wonderful, family-owned business. When I arrived, Rhonda immediately made me feel at home. They did a great job repairing my tire at a very reasonable cost. There were several jobs ahead of me so I had to wait but I had a very pleasant visit.I highly recommend them. They do great work, they are honest and friendly and offer very reasonable pricing. Thank you for the great service!Clare

They have been there on 131st street forever black family had cars fixed there but they are expensive but if you wanted done right thats the place to do it

I asked for the cheapest rim they could find me one visit a man quoted me 80$. I then came back another time and this big lady named Rhonda told me 125$, I respectfully declined. I then drove 6 mins away to a shop called Gibson Tire Service they charged me 40$. I wouldn’t recommend going here because these people barely get customers and when they do get one once in a blue moon they ridiculously overcharge.

My uncle referred me to Mr.Haynes shop.They did great brake work on my Ford Fusion.Mr.Haynes and his staff are very courteous, professional, and they do work quickly and efficiently.I will most definetly be back!!!!!

Stopped at this tire shop after getting a nail in my tire. I arrived at 8:20am to get tire plugged. They started working on my vehicle within 15 minutes of arriving. I was told after an hour it couldnt be patched and had to purchase a new tire....I wasnt able to leave until 10:00 am. I will not be returning or referring this place to anyone! They move very slow and the owner is very unorganized.

This has everything youd expect from a small, family-owned business--kindness, appreciation and a little tlc. We were treated with the utmost respect. Been going to them for almost 6yrs now. Staff is super friendly and they do an amazing job. Thwy recently fixed my windshiel wipers andnmy husband gas leak onnhis truck. They are always amazing and handle your vehicle with care.

This place is the most expensive car shop 👎 in Cleveland. They quote you one price you come in to pay that & you have a whole nother bill. Paid them in full told my truck would be ready in a week it took them 2 and a half weeks they ordered new parts that I didnt need. I would never go there again owner is very rude aswell
