Ive had work done on 3 separate occasions now between my 2 vehicles. Every time the service has been pretty good. They call you and communicate whats going on you dont have to call them. Pricing is fair. Matt is always professional and will educate you on any questions you have. I experienced the same with Kelly who was filling in from another store this week as well as the guy who did my throttle body 6 months ago. They will answer your questions and concerns thoroughly and with patience. You usually want to get there in the morning cause they do fill up fast. Watched one of their technicians fill a womans tires who pulled in about 10-15 min after closing one time and couldnt help but think how many people would say SORRY were closed. But he saw a woman alone after dark in the middle of winter with a child and filled them for her. Point is-they seem like pretty good guys and Im sure Ill be back.

Above and beyond is all I can say! The service writer is a sweetheart and the guys that work in back are down to earth! I had a wedding to attend and they ordered parts and let me take my vehicle so I could go home and grab my stuff. This is after 3 hours of running around at other muffler shops and getting quoted three times as much with triple the wait! They even let me get ready in the bathroom!(which is cleaner than most of my friends!)Quality parts quality repair and all together A1! Will recommend to all family and friends! Matt and Adriana are amazing! (Sorry if its not Adriana, you know who you are!)

At the time when I went Jake the manager and the mechanic Emilio who worked on my Matrix great work reasonable price and the receipt is very detailed. Dont bother make an appointment this is like the Wild Wild West first come first serve it is a very extremely busy store especially on Saturdays so if you can get your car in here during the week kudos to you otherwise you going to have to get up early.

Matt took care of me they got my part from dealership it was bad him and John took engine apart again 1st said my car want be done today but still got it done with free oil change and sensor because the Chevy dealer had a bad part. And did the work for half the price dealer wanted 2200 I paid 850

Original tech gave a more reasonable rate than present . Wont receive repeat from me !

Rainbow is a place where i take any of my vehicles to get looked at and they do a pretty good job at telling me was going on with any of my cars if i buy a used car or truck rainbow is the place i take my cars i recommend rainbow to take your vehicle to if u not shore what it is they dont charge to look at it and to give u a diagnosis

Made an appointment for 7/17/21 8am waited for them to open went inside only to be told we cant do it today the lady like she had a problem Ill never got there again never waisted my time

I personally will NEVER go to BROADWAYS Rainbow muffler EVER again...its not because of their prices or any of the techs...the woman at the front desk is absolutely pathetic with customer services....sometimes when you are tasked with taking customers money dont some as though you know everything just try comforting and understanding where the customer is coming from...REMEMBER the customer is paying NOT YOU MS.PATHETIC Amanda

Long time customer and for the most part pretty good service, but recently I sent my youngest son (20) to get break inspection and he did without problems, then 3 weeks later he complained about scrubbing noise when braking. Sent him back for another inspection and boom!! $900 estimate, calipers, pads, rotors all needed replaced. Took to another shop, only replaced pads. I have both inspection estimates which I will take back to speak with management. Not sure how this happened but it was alarming.

This place is expensive for a hood shop.

Took my mothers car to have her front brakes replaced and an oil change. My mother is a senior citizen has been taken advantage of over the years but she received quick and professional service from this Rainbow. We arrived a few minutes after opening and her car was quickly taken in. All work was completed in less then 2 hours. The oil change was thrown in for free. Rainbow didnt try to up sale my mother for other serves. First come, first served. So, bring your car in as early as possible.Edit: I went back to Rainbow a few months later for a muffler for my mothers car. Her muffler started dragging and immediately took it to Broadway Rainbow. Even though they were VERY busy that day (Saturday) the manager was able to squeeze her car in. The mechanic that did the work was polite and helpful. When the work was done and my mothers car was parked in the lot, she was boxed in by waiting cars. She couldnt pull out of the parking lot. Without being asked the mechanic moved another car so that my mother could pull out. Great guy. I wish I knew his name.

Well idk yet Im still waiting on my vehicle, I drop it off Monday morning & still getting the run around so I guess to be continue .

As a single woman I felt incredibly safe taking my car to this particular rainbow muffler. I have been back and forth between this one and the Maple Heights location ever since I bought my first car in 2006. Unfortunately I was charged for unnecessary work. My car began to rock so I took it in and I was told that I needed a control arm and a rim from hitting a pothole. He told me that the car would still rock until I get the rim replaced. So a couple day later I caught a flat tire and since I had my tire changed no more rocking. Go figure. Never got the rim replaced because the rim and control arm was never the problem. I NEEDED A TIRE!! I was charged 350 for unnecessary work. Very disappointed because I have been a customer for many many years and I definitely won’t be going back.

Great shop fixed problems unrelated to repairs i had done with them for free. Threw in free wiper blades and an oil change FREE OF CHARGE. Highly recommended, great prices, fast service.

My husband spent close to $800 to get his car fixed at this Rainbow and he cant even drive his car on a regular bases any more. We were there end of Dec 2018 to first week of Jan 2019. I have never been so discussed in my life with a car repair shop. Almost $800!!!! and he can not drive his car. NOW WE HAVE TO GO INTO OUR PENSION PLAN AND WITHDRAW MONEY TO TAKE THE CAR TO THE DEALERSHIP TO GET CHARGED EVEN MORE MONEY TO GET THE CAR FIXED CORRECTLY JUST SO MY HUSBAND CAN TRYING TO MAKW EXTRA MONEY DOING UBER. ABSOLUTELY UNBELEIVEABLE!!! PEICE OF TRASH SHOP!!! Were been to this shop in the past and never had a problem, so needless to say we were shocked by the service.

I would not recommend this place! I left my car to get checked out and it was broken into nit only mine but 2 more cars. Drove by 2 weeks later and there were 2 more cars windows busted out. Told me they can only compensate me if my car was parked inside. So thats my reason and thief is still on the loose

I love this place. So honest and professional and full of integrity. Matt was a God send and very Professional and quick and efficient. Very easy to talk to. And I traveled from North Royalton just to go to this Rainbow muffler only. Matt Matt. That is what will keep me coming back.
