John was professional and did a great job on my VTX1800. Services included tires, brake/clutch fluid flush and headlamp upgrade. The price was fair and John even trailered my motorcycle back to my house for me because the weather was not suitable for riding the bike home. If you dont mind someone having your bike for over a month for whatever it needs this the place for you dude always has a problem or excuse on why he cant get your bike done on time. But they do do good work just slow as hell

Dont waste your time. They told me it was going to take them a week to do work on my yamaha. It took them 4 week, everytime i called it was an excuse after excuse. this was out, we will get to it, blah blah. if you go here be prepared to add 3 extra weeks to your notice. no respect for peoples time.

Terrible!! I had my bike up there for brakes and a tune up. They adjusted the clutch and on the way home I was at a light and the clutch was grabbing as if I wasnt pulling in the clutch handle!! The motor isnt idling right at all. Took the bike back and they said they fixed everything but still the same results!!! Dont take your Harley here!! Now Im out the money and need to find another shop!!

Has no regards to other peoples time. Scheduled my bikes service and had in scheduled three weeks out. He said he have it for a week and ended up having it for almost three weeks. Could never return a phone call and left multiple messages. I came to pick up the bike after almost three weeks and sat in the office waiting for him for nearly an hour. Very unprofessional.

These guys are great! I recently purchased a used 2010 Harley Sportster and the rear/turn signal lights went out shortly after. Called the shop when it was closed (to leave a message) and John answered, and after a short discussion, he let me bring my bike in. It was a really quick diagnosis the next day as to what was wrong and they brought me in to talk about the options. Kevin wanted to take the bike out to make sure everything else was fine, which I was grateful for. It was a quick turnaround and they were always in communication with me.Overall Id definitely recommend Cycle Analysis. Fair pricing, knowledgeable and quick service. They genuinely love what theyre doing and it shows.

I brought my 01 Suzuki Bandit 1200s in to be jetted and tuned in October 2017.The carbs had already been rebuilt. The jet kit already on the bike was wrong and the carbs were way out of tune.The shop tried for several days to make the existing jet kit work (from Six Sigma on Amazon, who are terrible). After failing to get the bike tuned correctly we decided to get a Dyna jet kit. After several more days, I picked up the bike.It definitely runs better, but the tune was still off and the bike gets awful gas milage. The idle is rough. The vacuum lines for the carb synchronization were all left unplugged.The oil had been changed 3 days prior to me dropping off at Cycle Analysis, I was told the drain plug was leaking and a helix coil was needed. I told them to reuse the new oil (Mobile 1 mc oil at $10/qt). I guess they did, but they left the bike 1 1/2 quarts low (very unprofessional).So the total bill was nearly $700.Thats a lot of money for a mediocre tune and minor thread repair. The shop doesnt even have a dyno to tune bikes with. So its apparently done by ear and feel.So Im not completely satisfied.Addition : 6/9/18. I removed the fuel tank in order to plug loose vacuum lines (left open by the 40 year experienced mechanic, and to install led lighting. 2 pieces from the rubber mounting tabs on the tank were completely missing. There are 2 bolt tabs on the tank, each on is supposed to have a drilled out cone shaped rubber plug and a disk shaped rubber grommet. I know for a fact that all of these pieces were on the bike when I brought it to Cycle Analysis. Now there is only one of each, split between the 2 mounting tabs. This may seem minor, but given the other issues and the $684 I spent, it really bugs me.This is just more evidence that CA wasnt at the top of their game working on my bike.

I have always brought my motorcycle to Cycle Anaysis. I do some repairs on it myself, but these guys know there stuff, and are able to easily and efficiently work on my bike. At a great price.

I would definitely recommend this place. I have used them twice now the turn around was quick, and more importantly they did a great job. They went above and beyond what I paid them to do. I had them help me with some jetting on my bike and, while my bike was in they noticed some cross threaded stuff and went out of they’re way to tap it. I also had some miss matching bolts and they replaced them for no extra charge. Way better than taking you’re bike to a dealership.

I am a mechanic and the work here I had done was spot on. The owner is a very knowledgeable and sincere person. This is the second time Ive used there shop for work I didnt want to do myself and I will take it back there again. Good work and good diagnostics. As far as I can tell me does his job like its a motorcycle he would drive himself.

I needed a bolt for my Shadow that was discontinued by Honda and I couldnt find it anywhere. John spent a good amount of time hunting one down for me. He could have ordered it himself and made a cut as the middleman, but instead he gave me the phone numbers for 3 different dealers that had it in their inventory so I could get it direct. He wasnt making a dime off of me, yet he treated me like a priority -- even put another customer on hold to help me out. Great guy. Hell be getting a lot more of my business!

Dont get what the negative reviews are about as I have always had a great experience with John and his guys. They know what they are talking about and get you the right parts for any budget. I store my Harley Dyna Wide Glide with them and they have replaced the exhaust, rear tire and fully serviced the bike. They are reasonably priced and much more inexpensive than my local Harley dealer who acts like I need him when I call. Give these guys a shot. Youll be happy you did...

Warrenteed work and warranty ran out while I was on the road driving truck. They wouldnt cover warranty when I rode the bike and noticed the oil leak.Stay away!!

Hello, if your looking to get a insurance claim fixed here... go elsewhere John had my bike for about a month and a half after he said it wld take 2 weeks. Jacked up the estimate Im guessing its an insurance thing after me calling after 4 weeks he cursed me out and hung up on me. After about 20-30 mins maybe when his audience leaves he calls back and apologize. Atter that I just wanted me bike he said the part dont have a time for arrive the estimate was for $840 odd dollars still didnt fix anything gave me a refund for a third of that amount. To fix turn signals and speedometer sensor. Nothing was fixed woke up the next morning the same singal that needed repair was hanging out so long story kinda short. He was paid over $500 for absolutely nothing light with labor costunder $100.

I will not let anyone but Cycle Analysis work on my bikes, as has been the case since 2006. I honestly dont know where the negative reviews come from, since CAs process is to go over all work and cost prior to doing anything, and John is the nicest, most honest guy Ive ever done business with.

Listen, the negative reviews here are a load of crap. John and his team re-built my 98 Honda Shadow ACE Tourer after it got demolished in a accident back in 2010 and she was BETTER than new. The new owner of that bike is STILL riding her 20,000 miles later (and is also a customer I will add) and I just picked up my next 98 Tourer today after having her carbs cleaned, jetted and synched. John has excellent mechanics, knowledgeable counter people and gets the job done at a FAIR PRICE. If you take a basket case bike to ANY mechanic and expect miracles for pennies on the dollar, then you are a fool.Every bike I will ever own will be taken to John and his crew for service that I cant or wont do on my own. I put my life in their hands every time I roll in there and have no qualms about rolling out of there.If...IF...theres any problems, they WILL take care of it.I bet my life on their quality of service. Every. Single. Time.

Swap parts off my bike when I went in for two tires to be changed and they didnt bleed my brakes proper so when I pulled out I had no brakes to stop at the red light

So this guy John keeps my motorcylce for 7 months starting December 2013, starts out with a $400 estimate which ends up being more than $1400, every month there is a new problem to fix . So I run out of patience at the end of July and he refuses to deliver the motorcycle free as promised . He promised he would waive the pickup and delivery if work was done. After $1400 worth of work, the guy blames me for the delays and says he should charge me for storage . This after giving me the run around for 7 months and wasting my entire summer.Absolutely horrendous service and the guy has the audacity to blame me for his laziness. This was by far the worst experience that I have ever had with an auto repair shop. I had dealt with my share of unscrupulous mechanics before but this guy is an out and out thug. But this was just the start.I was not sure how the repairs would turn out but the amount of work done for the money I paid alone makes this a bad deal ! Add to that the extra fees for pickup delivery and inspection and a seven month delay!But I was happy to finally get the motorcycle and Mr John Apostos even apologized to me, shook my hands and everything . On the way home, the engine sounded terrible and the shifts were hard . The next day the motorcycle was dead, would not start, so I remove the cover and lo and behold, my old battery !! after being charged $102 for a replacement battery!!!Ladies and gentlemen I HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF!!! You have been warned, so stay away.

What a rip off changed choke cable because it was stretched,, told me it was done, working fine.drove it 2 miles down the road overheated..wouldnt run right,,paid them in full before work was done.when i got the bike it was worse then when i brought it in.made excuses how it ran when he gave it to me.never again will i trust some hillbilly who lies and then tells you come pick it up its fine,working great..scumbags

Took bike in to get a diagnosis on the loose swingarm. Got charged 320 bucks to put on two thin washers supposedly. And bikes still not fixed.play is still there. Never again!

STEER CLEAR. The owner and his jackass tech charged me a full days labor for services that were never rendered for my Ducati. They werent even competent enough to bleed the clutch properly. But if being a THIEF isnt bad enough, I almost died and my bike was almost totaled because of these idiots and their incompetence...luckily I caught the mistake in time (brake system). John of course denies all wrong doing as usual. This is the absolute worst kind of shop....dishonest AND incompetent. Most shops are only one or the other. Youve been warned, wish Id read these reviews before getting skrewed myself.

Similar to a doctors visit, go in for one thing and they will search and find several other problems that might stop your heart/bike.

I think they over charge, since they charge by how long it takes, they can round up on the time. I had mirrors put on, they charged me 46 dollars, it also didnt work right, it caused the throttle to get stuck. so i had them take them back off but I didnt see my 46 dollars back. So I guess in the end I made a donation to Cycle Analysis.
