Al is so nice, and the prices and workmanship here are wonderful. We moved to the area 6 years ago and began taking our cars here. So glad we lucked out on the first try and found a good place to take our cars!

I had Master’s install two new tires. The next day I ran over something in one the Orange Barrel zones we all know and love. I went to two National Chain Tire Stores near my home that told me that I would have to order a new tire. It was on the weekend and Master’s was closed. So, on Monday I called Masters and told them I needed a new tire and explained what happened. My nephew dropped off the tire that day and Master’s called me within an hour and said that they had fixed the tire. That the puncture had only created a tiny hole in the tire and that they had already fixed the hole. I asked if I could bring my car over now if they would mount it for me. It was my lunch hour. They said sure. So, I drove over, they installed it, and told me “no charge, we need to take care of you.” I was back at work and still had 15 minutes to eat my lunch. Great guys, great service and honest!!! The National chains had stated $31 and $32 to repair but each refused and never said it would depend on what they find once the object was removed. They just stated I needed a new tire. Where would you rather go? I know who I want to service my car.

My husband knows Al because they use to go to church together until we moved. He and his brother are as honest as they get. The shop is just a shop. Nothing fancy. But youre there to get your vehicle fixed by honest and trust worthy people, not a latte. Honest people + reasonable prices = Make them your mechanic!

Appreciated their customer service. They accommodated me in an emergency situation. I felt they were thorough and did not overcharge me. They noted another problem but did not fix it without asking, and even stayed later so I could come pick it up. Even though our mechanic, Allen, could be a little confusing to talk to -- he seemed like he felt rushed and under pressure, tho I didnt put that on him -- he did a great job accommodating me and tried to get my car back to me asap.

Excellent service! Ive been taking my car to them for years, and theyve always been honest and extremely decent on the price. If you want the best service in town at reasonable prices bring your car in. They also gave me a ride to pick my car up. You cannot beat the service and friendliness!!!

Very Honest and they know what theyre doing. What more can you ask. Was told at one shop that I needed a whole new timing belt went to Masters and they told me all It needed was some grease slapped it on my belt and sent me on my way no more noise. This is just one of many stories I could tell about this place. They have saved me alot of money !

Ive never reviewed a company before, but with the experiences Ive had so far, its worth it. These are amazingly talented guys! This is my second visit, much more detailed job than the first time around. The first time I came in I was greeted by Alan, I explained this noise I was hearing and he didnt write me off. He helped me right there. We took my car for a drive and he was able to spot the noise, got my car fixed a couple hours later. The second time around I was greeted by Dave, I hope thats his name, and since Alan was out on a run, he immediately stepped in and we took my car for a drive so I can show him this new noise i was hearing, and to no surprise he picked up on it. The first visit I was not super surprised they could fix it. This time I was only because it was a toss up between my tires or the wheel bearings making the noise. I was so sure it was the wheel bearings, but they suggested it was the tires. So, I kept thinking with my luck theyd change the tires and then decide its actually the wheel bearings. Shockingly, I was wrong. They changed the two problem tires, tested the alignment, and did a couple minor things. Now, it sounds like a dream. Point is, no matter how big or small the job is these guys got some good healthy ears! Lol. Pricing is fair, and even if its a little high, its worth the impeccable work they put in. Im glad to support a local business that is devoted to their customer service and car care. Thank you Alan, Dave, and Masters for the the quality work and not thinking Im crazy. I look forward to getting new tires soon and bringing in another noise issue! 😁

Great service and good prices! I hate going to shops typically. I like fixing things myself or having my friends look at it. I didnt have the time or the tools for certain problems, so I had to take it somewhere and glad I took it here. Didnt over charge and answered all my questions. Now I wont take it anywhere else, but here if I cant fix it myself that is.Thanks guys for all your hard work.*****UPDATED***** 04/15/2019Now I dont know the difference between Matt and AL, but it seems I wont be taking my vehicle back here. I had a rough idle and Al said it was a lose spark plug after changing the spark plug all seemed good. A week or so later and back to rough idle. I of course bring it back in hopes it would be maybe a stripped spark plug hole. Instead I get told it may be my brand new alternator. I say alright ill have the company send a new one and reinstall it because new parts can be defective.Also I ask about a hose leak which turns into a bad water pump. (Now I fix my car most of the time myself, but sometimes you cant beat a lift/ a shops tools.) That being said you can see the hose clearly dripping the coolant, so even then I said I could buy the $50 STOCK part and have you guys install it and would pay for labor. Matt got mad and snippy and said If this is a defective part who would pay me to install the new part Now of course Id pay them to reinstall a part if said part was defective. He wouldnt have it though and continued his rant about how he has shop/people to take care of. Which I understand, but wouldnt give me the chance to tell him I would pay for labor...Just not the $250 for the part he was trying to sell me on.. Which the stock part from ACDelco is only $50...Now the other times I visited Al took great car of me and didnt mind explaining things or using parts that I bought..So I dont know if it depends who you get or not, but due to the hassle and the attitude from Matt I cant and will not bring my car back to this shop. Another reason I wont give more the one star is now I have to find another shop I can trust and rely on..

THE BEST auto repair place in town. They are crazy honest, reasonable prices, nice capable techs. There are only 3 mechanics so you usually know who you are dealing with. Myself and 6 different family members have been go to them for years and years.

I came here for a second opinion after a recommendation from a family friend. Initially, Id received an estimate of $1,500 from the Westlake NTB and didnt want to proceed without some confirmation. Master Auto was fantastic. I spoke to two different mechanics about my car, but both of them were kind and knowledgeable and took the time to explain in detail what the problem was and what they were doing to fix it. Ultimately they solved the problem for $190. This is where I will be taking my car for as long as I live in Cleveland even though its a long drive. Its worth it for the considerate service and technical skill.
