Perfect work I recommend They work with all the insurance And help With the Deductible

My car has been posted on their website for an example of their great work but I still havent gotten it back! THE OWNER ACTUALLY POSTED THE POST RIGHT BELOW MINE- THAT IS HIM HYPING UP HIS OWN BUSINESS- NOT A REAL CUSTOMER. Im getting the round about- IF I COULD RATE THIS PLACE -1000000 I WOULD!!!! Completely the worst place to go ever. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Broken promises!!! They told us that our car would be ready in 2 weeks and here we are more than 2 months later with no car. Their phone was disconnected and would not answer the phone. Had to actually go up there multiple times to learn the status of my car and then was pushed back another few weeks. Their own EMPLOYEES agreed that they have some issues. DO NOT GO HERE unless you want your car to sit in one spot for a while and bum rides off of other people or rent a car.

Oscar is the best mechanic I have ever worked with. I got into a bad accident on a Sunday, I called around everywhere to different shops to try and get someone to take my car and help me out but nobody answered except for when I called Oscar. He was there for me on a Sunday when nobody else was. He was at home when I called and he immediately got up and went to my location, no questions asked. He didn’t even care how far away I was, he just got his tow truck and met me at my vehicle. It was the best personal service I’ve ever experienced and something I am eternally grateful for. He worked with the insurance on my behalf and took care of everything. Before you call anyone else, you need to call Continental Collision.

Was the most professional staff I ever seen. The work was more than I could ever ask for and I would recommend this place to anyone. The paint job was flawless and looked better than when I bought it new. The new owner (Bryan) stood out the most. He answered all my questions and explained everything clearly and walked me through the whole process. I just want to say thank you and keep up the good work guys!!!💋

Quality work. Took in a Ruby red 2015 mustang with 2 large dents. Repaired and blended to where it looks like nothing happened. I recommend this business.

Bad customer service

My car has been there for over a year now! I’ve been more than patient.. The owner insist that he’s had to replace workers every other week. I gave he money up front for the job and nothing has been done that we’ve agreed upon. He has assured me that this Saturday 9/14/19 progress will be made.. stay turned..!!!

This is by far the worst body shop in the world they have had my truck since 5/15/19 here it is it’s 7/31/19 and my truck is nowhere near ready Mike the owner told me I would have it back by the 2nd week of June he’s a Joke I wouldn’t recommend Anyone Ever Going To This Place EVER!!! I’m now getting ready to sue the place cause he keeps putting me off and I’m tired of dealing with him so I guess I’ll let the courts handle it from here on out

Very unprofessional. Said it would take 5 days to fix my car ends up taking two weeks. Quoted me different prices before and after the job. The paint they put on my fender is slightly different than the overall paint on the car. The paint job was underwhelming as was their service. Theres a ton of autobody shops up and down brookpark. Go to one of them instead of wasting your time and hard earned money here.

They closed down the shop without informing me. My vehicle is stuck there and I have no way to retrieve it!

This place and the owner Mike are a Joke!! I was sent here from AutoNation Westlake to have body work done. The owner Mike told me he would need my truck for 4 days! 4 days turned into 3 weeks!! I called almost every other day and was told some lame excuse why it wasn’t done! Everything from ordering the wrong part to firing his help! I told Mike I was going on Vacation Memorial Day weekend and I was taking my truck. He said I’d be done Friday at 4pm.. I arrived at the shop at 4:30pm to find Mike the owner applying bondo to my truck! He said he’d have it done by 6:30ish.. Well 6:30ish turned into 3am. I sat at his shop waiting.. Mike was drinking the whole time.. when he said it was done I looked it over only to find that the paint job had runs in it. Paint overspray on windows. Interior of truck filled with dust. He told me I’d have to come back for him to buff the truck. I left the shop with the horrible paint job and I’m now hiring a attorney to sue this guy! I STRONGLY ADVISE NOT GOING TO CONTINENTAL COLLISION BECAUSE YOU WILL BE VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED!! Next time I see you Mike will be in court!!!
