A few months ago Metro did an outstanding job replacing the hood and bumper cover on my 2015 Lexus. The customer service portion of my experience was as positively professional as the repairs. Since then I had an issue that I thought would be too small for them to bother with, but once again they treated me like their best customer and I was soon on my way good as new.

Accidents by nature are never easy, once the dust settles and the important things are allotted for (health, safety of others) the incontrovertible fact that procuring a repair shop is not easy and often times; far from cheap! However, Metro Accident Repair Center removed the aforementioned by practicing what they preach, they are truly “fundamentally different”.Mia who answers the phones, tremendous! Melissa who navigated a plethora of hurdles, fighting for the best parts; THE BEST!I could go on and on praising Metro, give them a shot if you truly want a “fundamentally different experience”!

Even though my car was totaled, Melissa, Jeff, and Lenny treated me with the utmost respect and kindness. Not so good just WAYYY over priced i will never suggest to anyone, or bring another vehicle there . They over priced soooo much the insurance just totaled the vehicle that was fine ! I drove it there needed a fender and bumper maybe small clips or holders and now a drivable good vehicle is going to junk yard for really not much work. Rather sad situation. The people there were polite and nice but i will never go there again. Now i have to go shop for another vehicle.

I was so impressed with Metro. Melissa took my extremely horrible day and turned it around. She handled Enterprise, for me when they were difficult as well as Liberty Mutual which was another nightmare. My car looks amazing! They even cleaned the inside. Would absolutely recommend them if you’re in need of body work.

This is an excellent repair center. I had to go back a year and a half after the accident due to a leak in the radiator that it started from in the repair area. Metro Accident Repair Center took all the stress of an accident and repair job away. Each employee was very professional and courteous, and I received regular updates on which step my vehicle repairs were in. They are awesome!

Took car in for an estimate, because my car got vandalized and had some scratches on the driver side door. They gave me options, and were honest about prices. I went for the courtesy option, and they buffed the door. When I went to pick up my car, I hardly noticed the scratches. A small dent, but like I said, I had the option to get it fixed for a price. Not only did they cover those scratches for free, they washed my car, cleaned the rims, vacuumed the inside. Car looks brand new! Definitely a place I would take my car back to if needed. They are a Toyota certified center, by the way. Very professional people!

Place was great, didnt take long at all. Went in for a dent pictured below and the car came out great. They even cleaned my engine cover which was all dusty and had oil on it, was not expecting that!! Ladies up front kept me updated on what was happening. Only problem I had was one of the worker doesnt wait for the car to come to a complete stop before putting the gear in park and that they halfway gassed it when the engine was cold (I know this because my dash cam recorded everything). All in all it was great working with them.

All staff go above and beyond for their customers! They charged $500 less than another body shop! Great service, job and advice. I will return here for sure!

They worked closely with anothers insurance company who I found to be difficult. They only use Lexus manufacture parts that is required to ensure safety, other collision centers use after market parts. The outcome of the repair looks as though never damaged. They did such a great job fixing my car! Quick service. Did a very poor job detailing my car, left a lot smears and swirl marks. They did try to corrected it but my shine is not like it was! Took my car to another shop to correct the marks. The shop told me they absolutely buffed my car incorrectly. This is going to cost me 250.00 to correct it! Not cool!

Had a wonderful experience from the minute i pulled in until i picked my car back up when the work was completed. I took my Rav in for repairs after a fender bender last week. Cindy and the front staff were great! She called every couple of days to keep me updated on the progress. Staff was very accommodating to my dropping off and picking up the car and picking up the rental was just as easy! I believe his name was Josh from Enterprise, took the time to walk me through the process regarding the rental car. The repair work was finished quickly and professionally. I want to especially give a Shout Out to the guys in the detailing department. They cleaned and vacuumed the inside of the car before sending it back to me. That was a HUGE job thanks to having a sweet pup who sheds a lot!! Thank you so much! That was a very nice surprise & I appreciated it very much! Thank you to the entire staff for making it so easy! There is no better place to take your car for body work than Metro. My car came back looking like new, and it was done in the estimated time period. Although the cost was covered, not personally paid for, it was very fair and reasonable. In addition, the staff is so professional and competent, yet also so kind and caring. Metro Accident Repair Center helped me through my first 2 car collision. The staff were welcoming and resourceful. I explained to them the situation involving my damaged vehicle, and they took care of the finding me a rental and dealing with the insurance company. I left my car at the repair center and one of the mechanics called me to inform me that there might be complications with repairing the vehicle due to a prior repair, which i appreciated greatly because I did not notice that the former repair caused the back panel to become asymmetric. Throughout the process, they updated me on the status on my car repair. When I received the car back, I was pretty satisfied with the results. They had replaced the right rear car door and the right rear wheel. Both parts of the vehicle looked like they were brand new, and they even repaired one of the side mirror covers that I had damaged prior to the accident. My overall customer experience was excellent! The team was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Extremely satisfied with the service!

I havent had any dealings with the accident side of things; however, I was able to get my door handle replaced for a great deal. Dave took care of me, did an excellent job, and certainly made things right. Therefore, my review is based solely on the services he provided. On the other side of things, I cannot recommend the detail services. But from what Im told, it wasnt officially offered. Though, once again, this issue was addressed properly and I appreciate Dave for the kindliness and professionalism.

Another dealer damaged my sisters car, causing the front bumper to repeatedly fall off. We kept snapping it back on, but it kept coming off. The dealer sent us to Metro Accident Repair and they fixed the bumper quickly and well, without charging us for the work. Wonderful and generous folks - will definitely return in the future.

Of course, bringing my brand new car in was not for happy reasons. Someone had smashed into my car, but luckily their insurance paid for all the damage! The ladies at the front desk were so helpful and sweet! I liked that I could see the workshop from the office area, everyone was very hard at work:) My car (which had been scraped and dented all down the entire side, rims and tires included) was so incredibly shiny and just like new. I had cleaned my car inside before I took it in, but I swear it looked even cleaner when I got it back! There was a cute card on my dashboard. One of the ladies came out to show me my car to make sure everything was perfect, all doors and trunk open. Anything I left in my car had been bagged and placed in my trunk (thanks!) They made everything so easy, and I didnt have to wonder when my car was coming back to me because they gave me super kind check-in phone calls to let me know how things were going. I highly recommend them!

Would only recommend for MAJOR body repair. Small dent? Were gonna cut the entire rear quarter out and weld a new one in. Oh thats unreasonable? Sorry sir, thats our policy. Translation: We know you have to bring your lease here and were gonna bend you right over it. Never believed shops like this existed until now. Service managers are clueless pencil pushers.

In 2017, I was rear-ended and Rob Sprosty at MetroLexus strongly recommended that I have Metro do the repair. It was an absolutely great experience from beginning to end.As a business owner, I put a high priority on quality customer service and relationship development. Fast forward, 21 months later: I got stuck one of the green poles outside Savers on Brookpark and Ridge. I called my mechanic at Shaker Auto Hospital who referred me to a collision shop in Cleveland close to my home.Since I was so close to Metro, I immediately went there with my now green and gray car. While they were cleaning the green paint of two doors (dont even ask), Cindy and Melissa merrily lifted my spirits. As they repaired my car, I got periodic updates from both them and my insurer, Safeco.If clients and friends ask about where to go for collision repairs, Metro Accident Repair Center is my strong recommendation.

My 2007 Pathfinder has been in the shop multiple times and every time I have had a great experience. My car has been returned to me on time and cleaned up every time. I would recommend Metro to anyone in need of collision repair.

I can only say positive things about my experiences with DCR systems at both the Metro and the Mentor locations. I have taken my car to both shops on a number of occasions for repairs and have been more than satisfied with their services. The staff is always extremely friendly and helpful, and I always appreciate the amount of communication that they provide to make sure that I am happy and comfortable with their services. They are always very helpful in communicating with my insurance company and I have drove away with a clean, perfectly repaired car each time. I would, without question, recommend DCR to any family or friends who are in need or their services!

So when someone backed up into my car I freaked out, I was extremely worried about the manner in which my car would be repaired, especially since repainting a vehicle professionally is so difficult to do. I called the lexus dealership and metro accident repair center was recommended to me. I toured their facilities and was blown away by how clean and professional their shop was (professional paint booth etc.) In dealing with Allstate Insurance they wanted to repair the car a cheaper way, instead of buying a new or used fender they wanted to reform the damaged one on the vehicle. This made me 10x more uncomfortable. Since i wanted no body filler. I was assured by metro that if the results werent pre-collision quality they would do what they neeeded to do to fix it. And I now know why the stand behind their work because the results came out fantastic, all of the angles and curves on my fender are perfect, and I cannot for the love of god tell the car has been repainted. It literally blew my expectations out of the water. No bubbles, particles or swirl marks where present anywhere in the repaint. Both rims replaced where 10/10 quality with the right rear off slightly in color, but they replaced it promptly.

Unbelievable that Toyota would recommend you cut off the entire back part of a car to replace a small dent. At least that’s what I was told by their service manager.
