My daughter was here from out of state and her car broke down. This place recommended a towing company and was able to get her car in right away. They were friendly, honest and very helpful. It was a minor repair but couldve possibly turned into something more somewhere else. She was safely back on the road in a few hours. Highly recommend this place!

An oil change ~ part of routine vehicle maintenance. but it has to be done right or engine damage could result. Premier Tire & Auto does it rightthe first time. I highly recommend this shop for service / repair.

We were headed through town while on vacation and had a flat tire. We stopped in and they were able to fix it right away. The staff was super friendly and they had us back on the road in 20 minutes. As an added bonus,, the waiting room was clean and spacious for our entire family of 6. We could not have asked for a better experience! So thankful for this auto shop!

Premier, in my opinion, is the best car repair business in Cleveland. They are honest, thorough, and reliable. They make everything clear when quoting and repairing. Their staff are so friendly and genuinely nice! This is a family run business that strives to care for their employees as well as their customers, so they may not always be the cheapest. Keep in mind you get what you pay for.

Called with a mechanical issue and Premier was the only shop in town that could see me the same day. Dropped off my vehicle, they called within 2 hours with a very reasonable estimate and had my repairs completed the same day. Super-friendly staff too!!

The people running the shop are incredible! I cannot thank them enough for getting me and my family back on the road after an unfortunate situation with our tires. Brought my 2017 Kia Sorento in today. First time. Extremely impressed. Friendly service, prompt attention and getting my car in. Constant communication. Immediately found a seal leak. Showed me while still on the lift, took pictures, and talked to me. Leveled off my oil and didnt charged me anything since they didnt change my oil due to what was found. Taking car to dealership because car is still under warranty. Thank you to the owner that personally spoke to us about the problem. HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND WILL BE BACK!

I chose this shop by trusting the mostly good reviews I found using Google maps. My daughter is a student in Cleveland(I am in Nashville) and when having some electrical and cooling issues, I had her drop it after hours at Premier. The staff got on it right away the next morning. Not every repair goes perfectly the first time, and this one didn’t. The difference is in how the shop handles it, and in this case it was handled perfectly, even to the point of seeking expert advise on my vehicle from the dealership. The result was a perfectly running vehicle with no additional charges or surprises. Kudos to the management and staff at Premier Tire.

Every time I go have my oil changed and tires rotated at Premier I feel like they really care!From the moment I walk in until the moment I leave I’m aware of what’s going on; they send texts to my phone to keep me updated while I’m waiting - they have snacks, coffee, Water and a really nice waiting area so you can keep on working if necessary.

Very friendly, but they did a total car inspection without my permission and then charged me 50 dollars. I just wanted my power steering checked. If I wanted more done I would had told them.

As a single lady who knows absolutely nothing about cars they dont take advantage of that, but they make sure Im safe! Arranged for m daughter who goes to Lee to take car in for service. The Premier folks were so helpful and made her feel very comfortable. The service was done on time and for the estimated price which was comparable to others in the area.

My tire kept leaking down and needed it fixed, I called Premier Tire and they worked me in within thirty minutes of me calling. They found the leak, repaired it and had me on my way in less than twenty minutes. I always use them for all of my tire needs. They are professional, knowledgeable, understanding. The folks that work here are awesome. Very friendly and always very helpful at both locations. But the crotchety old man Massengil probably should retire and let those nice folks run the business.I have used both locations for years. When I took my wife’s van in for a brake inspection they quoted me nearly $1,100 for brakes & rotors. I thought it seemed high so I shopped around and found most shops priced it at $600-$700. So I declined the service and ultimately took it somewhere else and saved over $500.When I went to pick the van up, they charged $60 for the inspection which was okay because they told me they had it in the bay for a 1/2 hour. I did mention that I never paid for a brake inspection before.The crotchety old man was scowling at me the whole time I was talking to the clerk and finally spoke up telling me that he basically didn’t believe me that they have always charged the inspection fee. I wasn’t upset, I gave my debit card & paid the $60 but this old man who was obviously angry that I declined the work they wanted to do continues to scowl/growl at me. As I was walking out, I told him that I would not be back (based on the way he was treating me).I got almost all the way to my car across the parking lot and the crazy old man comes charging towards me yelling at me for saying I wouldn’t be back. I was leaving and he wanted to engage with me. I got in my vehicle and drove off.I try not to be confrontational. This old man was forcing me to be. Very strange situation. I definitely won’t go back.

Id like to take the time to redact my previous review. Mr. Massengill called me personally same day and made every wrong right and then some, assuring me that the way i was treated is not how he does business. I wont disclose the terms of the agreement but suffice it to say i am on here completely reversing the tune of my review. Any man humble enough to reach out to a customer and admit fault of employees is OK by me! Mr. Massengill has proven he will bend over backward for customer satisfaction. God bless him.

I tried on several occasions to buy a set of tires from a national discount tire store here in Cleveland, TN, but the waiting time was always too much and the shop was always crowded; which, of course, says a lot about either the pricing, the service or both. Fortunately, theres more than one tire store. I decided to check out other tire shops here and found on line reviews that spoke well of Premier Tire. I found the staff friendly, courteous and the price of the tires for my Mazda 3 hatchback priced well for 50K+ mileage tires.I went back mid-morning on the following Monday for service, but they had staff out sick and so as not to waste my time they encouraged me to return in 90 minutes; but because of the delay they offered me a free tire alignment for either of my cars whenever needed. Installing a new set of tires comes with free lifetime rotation as well. Good deal.The only small downside, is that after the tires were installed (about 60 minutes) I noticed that they didnt shine up the tires with tire gloss, which would have been a nice touch, and the steel wheels were all greasy and dirty, which gave the new set of tires a messy, dull, dirty look. Not what one expects for a new set of tires. A clean-up would have been nice. That cost them one star; 4 out 5, not 5 out of 5. The owner, Mr. Masingill was there, and treats his customers in a professional and friendly manner. I recommend this tire dealer, with the cavet that the installers should clean up the tires and wheels once done. They also have an outlet in Ooltewah, TN near Chattanooga.

I brought my wife’s vehicle in with an AC issue and they had the problem diagnosed and fixed in the same day. The orice was readonable and the owner picked me up. That is great customer service. Thanks Mr. Massengill and Premier Tire & Auto Service. You won my business.

Never ever ever ever ever take your car here...unless you know a little about cars already. I brought my car here and got a repair on my a.c..that costed over $1000 ....i paid cash....the REWIRED the wires to my blower moter and told me i would need a new blower motor ( they didnt know id had that replaced already) ... i had a PROFFESIONAL look for a second opinion amd we fixed the wiring to the blower motor OURSELVES. It worked fine. After they disconnected my BRAND new blower mower to caise me to have an extra future repair that would have costed me an extra $500. It cost me $10 to fix their attemot of taking advantage of a woman coming into a repair shop. As if $1062 wasnt enough for that greedy owner. Never ever go there. I haye that place.
