Great parts department, ask for Joe he really knows his stuff and will go the extra mile to make sure youre happy.
Ive been a customer for years, and Mazda has always given great service. Especially the intake service lady, who is always so pleasant and explains everything to you before and after your service.
Great staff, great cars, nice location.
I purchased a 2013 BMW X5 w/77000 miles and a good carfax, turned out to be a lemon. Had over 8,000.00 dollars worth of electrical damage. The electrical system was corroded. I didnt have the vehicle 90 days, was a preexisting condition . What happened to inspection ?
Experience stated out great. I purchased a truck ford f150 to be exact. Nice vehicle, high miles, however great deal. Montrose promised to do some service to my vehicle they fixed one which was my gas tank and they never finished the rest of what they promised. Whenever I called for the service Montrose warned to charge to look at what they said they were going to fix then I would have to take it to a Ford dealer. Now I took it to ford Montrose says they not responsible. And that ford is. I believe Montrose has no honor and do not do what they say they will do. I feel blown off. I will never go back again. I will stick with Auto nation ford. Great place to purchase and great service. And they treat you right. Glad to have a relationship with Auto nation ford
Classic Mazda of Westside was wonderful to deal with on the purchase of my new CX5. My sister also purchased a CX30 the same day. Mazda has great quality vehicles. We have received so many compliments on the look of the cars already. The dealer was so professional and easy to deal with . They made it enjoyable and stress free. Tony, Patrick and Sean were a pleasure to deal with. They were so knowledgeable and through on the financing and delivery of the vehicle. Thank you so much for everything. It was a pleasure. Sincerely Vicki and Nick Whitacre
Jay was easily approachable and made the process very comfortable. They had 2 vehicles in my search and his unbiased approach was a big reason I ended the search there. I absolutely dread car shopping but I left without the feared buyers remorse and I have to believe who you work with matters.
I bought a 2016 Maxda6 from Montrose Cleveland Mazda six months ago. When I did, they indicated Id get my first oil change for free. When I called to schedule it 6 months later, I found out that Montrose had been purchased by the Classic Auto Group and was now called Classic Mazda Westside.I typically wont go to a car dealer for service because their rates are usually exorbitant; however the person I spoke with told me that they would honor the Montrose deal and I scheduled it.When I checked in, the service advisor told me that they only give the first oil change for new car purchases, not used. I wasnt happy about that but since I was already there I told her to go ahead as Mazda requires 0W-20 synthetic oil, and their normal cost was $69.95 which isnt exorbitant.I got a pleasant surprise when I went to check out because they gave me a $20 discount for the service. Im thinking Ill probable go back there the next time, since Victoria was very nice to work with and she told me how I could register online and get a discount then as well!
Went to purchase a new car and was approached by Jay. By far, the easiest car purchase I ever made and the friendliest salesman. Would recommend this dealer and Jay to all my family members. Worth the ride to coming in for sure!
Got my second car from Montrose Mazda, and both experiences were great! Both times I worked with Matt Radeff who was a pleasure to work with. He made sure that I got exactly what I was looking for and helped get me to a price point I was comfortable with on my lease. He was thorough and has even answered questions I had about the vehicle after the sale (settings, controls and what not). In a world of salespeople washing their hands after the deal is done, he stands out and takes care of his customers.
I go to Montrose Mazda because of Jay. He is a splendid person to work with and has not let me down each time I’ve brought someone in to buy a car. Thanks to Jay almost the entire family now have Mazdas!
Love this dealership!!! Second time leasing a Mazda with them. Somer is amazing. Very thourrough & trustworthy. Wouldnt go anywhere else!
We bought two cars from them in the last 3 weeks! Matt Radeff was great and made it happen!
Travon landenberger & jason are great sales men they made the sales process fast and easy for me and my husband buy your cars from them
Jason and staff were incredibly pleasant and knowledgeable. This is my second car from Jay and I’ll be back in another 3 years to lease again.
Went to montrose to look for a car and had an amazing experience ! My salesmen Brandon Entz met every car buying need of ours ! Shop montrose for impeccable customer service .
Good news:• Got the best deal possible on the car I wanted - $1k UNDER TrueCar! Plus $1k more than anyone else on my trade. Other dealers told me that it was not possible to get the deal I asked them to match. They wouldn’t even try.• There was a financing snafu, and they worked to get it resolved for us. Very helpful. Special thanks to Mark and Rick! Not so good news:• The online/phone guy assured me (ASSURED) that the price he gave me (it was crazy good) would be correct at the dealership when I arrived. It was totally false and based on an impossible scenario. Grrrrr..• My first Mazda dealer gave me 9 Free oil changes. Another in Pittsburgh offers them for as long as you own the car. Montrose gives you one. Uno. 1. Un. Echad. Wahid.• Experience in the showroom was super slow and annoying. After getting my best price BEFORE going, they still played the “let me talk to my manager” game, going back and forth all day long. I could have wrapped this up in less than an hour, but...• The car came in +135 miles on a dealer trade. The person that drove it here left food crumbs and cigarette ashes around the shifter. I know this because Montrose never bothered prepping the car for delivery. I had to clean it!• My advice is not to buy any extra protection packages. They’re more expensive than typical repair costs AND you pay the first $100! The costs were misleading as explained, and after being there so long we assumed (Do NOT assume anything at a dealership!) we were signing off on an $895 dollar gap/protection plan, but after leaving saw that they separated the coverages and added another $2100! If it seems too good to be true, it ain’t! (Thx Brad Pitt/Aldo Raine!) Our fault for being weary, but I believe they count on that. Had to spend two hours the next day cancelling that because of how it was presented.- - - All in all, its a great car & we are glad the ordeal of getting it is over. All dealerships - not just this one, need to work on streamlining the process. We almost walked on this one because of all the time it took to get it done once all the pieces were already in place. Buyer beware: The golden rule (thx to Barbara Bush) is “Just Say No!” to the extras they say they have to tell you about. Save yourself time, aggravation, and money. If you MUST have one, get the details! Take the hour or two to get the costs for everything detailed out on paper and make “darn” sure you understand it all before you sign anything!Happy Driving!
Jason and the entire staff at Montrose Mazda Cleveland were so helpful and welcoming. They got me into my very first car, a brand new Mazda 3!
Matt Radeff was really knowledgable and helpful. He was very efficient!
They were not very forthcoming about financing options. Later, on being pointed out, they were unwilling to accept their mistake. Sorry, this is not a business model that builds trust. I will always think of my deal with them as a mistake.
Service is very good
I came in for recalls on my Mazda RX8. One of the recalls was a fuel pump. When I got it back I took it to the gas station and filled up. I saw a big puddle under my car and it was leaking a lot of gas. Had to call the dealership back and get a tow truck. After they fixed whatever they messed up on the fuel pump, they told me the car was ready and when I got there the back seat still wasnt installed.
