I went in nervous and anxious about my first new car. Thanks to Darrell and the others at Spitzer I drove away in a very nice and affordable car. They really had my best interest at heart and did their all to give me the best price for what I wanted. I will definitely return for my next purchase!!

Had me waiting for hours and hours without telling me my car would have to be there overnight

My experience at the Spitzer Service Center, 13001 Brookpark Rd., Cleveland, Oh, was very very good. Previous to that, I was advised by a reputable mechanic to take our car to the Dealership as my car could possibly have more involved electrical problems. I told this to Mike Lanzalaco at Spitzer but their diagnosis was that it was a common problem. Thank You Mike and team for your honesty and professional courtesy. Since my visit to Spitzer, 3 months ago, our car has been running very well.

Very expensive service there. Not recommend that place. They charged me $700 for change oil, oil filter and two diesel fuel filters. Also it’s took them 4 hours. Two more hours they did door repair. Total 6 hours:((When I asked them why is so long, the manager said that to replace just two fuel filters took for them 2 hours labor and they charge $310 just for that.

Third purchase with them over the years and always professional awesome service and fast and efficient in and out of dealership. Frank and Darrell there are phenomenal.
