Came in for a Gear swap, great group of guys, was recommended to them by a friend after my truck sat for a week at Tom’s 4x4 before I was told they couldn’t get to it for another 3 weeks past the original 4-5 days, these guys had it in the shop and done within a few days! Just in time for my Christmas trip! And they were WAY more reasonably priced then the other offroad shops in the area! Can’t beat it, will definitely bring my business here again.

Took my truck in for an inspection of the rearend. Was told over the phone a price if it needed rebuilt. Came in they told me my gears and bearings were bad and it was going to be $400 more than what they said. I got my truck back and took it to another shop where they discovered the diff cover had not even been removed recently and upon inspection and them even showing me the gears had no issues and simply a bearing was going out. Dishonesty is not the way to run a shop! Scorpion charged me $55 to open inspect and never even pulled the cover! Would recommend anyone who uses them to get a second opinion!

Ordered a hood upgrade for my 2011 Jeep back in 08-2020, came in damaged, poor communication, I always had to follow-up. Got a call in 12-2020 the replacement hood was in stock, and was told it would be another 2 weeks for paint! This company is not at all concerned with customer service, cancelled the order. Went to a company in Chattanooga will have it next week!

Heard abour Scorpion from a co-worker. Great location. Easy in easy out, with plenty of parking. Great place for off and on road vehicles of all types. I recommend them for your needs. Not much of a waiting room, but didnt have to stay more than an hour. Thanks guys.

Wanted a light bar for my tacoma. I guess im not spending enough $. Told me they did not have one to fit... which is fine. They also said they would look for one and call me back on the 13th. Still no phone call. So i called them told me they cant find one that will fit. Seems weird considering i can find one. Gladly take my business else where. I guess i should spend more than the 300.00 they wanted to do it.

I took my truck to Scorpion for their Offroad expertise, service, reviews, pricing and they did not disappoint! I have a 2015 RAM 2500 6.4L Hemi I took in to have Re-geared with Nitro Axle 4:56 kits for the front(AAM 9.25”) and rear(AAM 11.5”). They also mounted/balanced a new set of 37” BF KO2 AT’s tires. I can’t speak highly enough of the quality of work and attention to detail here. Pricing is very fair and they definitely went above and beyond for me! Best by far on doing alignment jobs in this area. I have tried new car dealers and tire shops. Have never gotten satisfaction . But Scorpion nailed it.

They are knowledgeable and really care about there costumers. They hold special events with free food and music and hold contests you can enter your jeep or truck. They also host jeep rides. Great group of people.

Jonathan and the guys at scorpion off road is the most friendly people.

They do not know the difference between a 2 cut or 5 cut gear and will blame every other part on the truck as to why the new gears are making noise. One employee threatened me when I was un happy with their service and asked for a full refund which I have still not received.
