Not sure what was happening here, but I thought twice about going in after seeing an assistant without a mask on, and having a company sign posted on the entrance door that all customers and associates require a mask before entering.Other than this the store has everything you need most of the time.Associates are helpful, and can answer most questions.The store is well organized and clean.I would recommend this store considering these photos.Not being a nay sayer just being cautious and safe.

Morgan saved the day and weekend!!!!Car was dying on numerous occasions so took it to Autozone the nice lady did the battery test and yep needed a new battery at first didn’t wanna spend the cash so she explained that cables would be good till payday however taking a trip so she swapped out for the new battery she was quick and efficient and knowledgeable on vehicles thank you again for all your help Morgan first time being here sense recently moved definitely be back phenomenal customer service highly recommend this location thanks again Morgan

Product is fine, price is fine, store is fine, but weird customer service experience. Without looking away from his monitor and after making me wait an uncomfortably long time in line with no acknowledgment, the only associate at the registers finally asked me, “Are you just checking out, sir?” That would be fine except I’m a woman which he would have realized if he had made eye contact. It wasnt until I asked, “Are you talking to me?” that he looked up and immediately uttered an expletive. An indication that he realized his mistake is not the same as an apology for offending someone. Another associate ended up taking my payment. He may be good at what he does, but customer service is not it.

Mixed emotions, its close so I use it, and this past visit was quick, I was the only one in the store, but usually 5 or 6 people and you end up waiting for seems an eternity! Understand, usually when you run in there its because you have something torn apart or wanting to do a job, and playing the waiting game just is counter productive.

Sam M did a really good job helping me with the Fix Finder report. If I didn’t take it here, I would not have known what had been wrong with my vehicle.

I was so impressed with Douglas a store employee. He could see that I had trouble walking so he went over and above to help me. I needed a battery. I explained to Doug that I dont take the car out everyday which is whats causing the problem. Sometimes the car sits for two weeks. He was terrific. He replaced the battery with a new one got all the paperwork ready and I only had to swipe my card. He had a smile on his face the whole time which was good to see. He was so nice and very professional. He does AutoZone proud.

Excellent products and services! They look up your vehicles make and model for precise parts that match, perfectly. Not only will they find the rights parts, but include light/simpler services, for free! Like if you need wipers they find the right size, recommend type of products thats best for you according to what you tell them, and then ask to put them on fir you. The customer next to me was been serviced by a customer service representative/cashier with a cart full of automative fluids; the customer has their hood open while we had our cars serviced right in our parking spot, in the cold winter weather.

Ordered windshield wipers online and they didnt come with the right adapter. Instead of having me buy new wipers, they took the time to modify wiper adapters to fit the wipers I bought and my car at no charge. Definitely very helpful and saved me money. Thanks for the service!

I brought my Chevy Impala in after my battery died while running errands. Michael, took care of me, from recommending a new battery, to installing it. Unfortunately, he was up against a few battles, such as having a very difficult time getting the old battery out, to putting in the new one. Turns out, the computer suggested a battery that would not fit! Michael swapped out the bogus one for a compatible battery. He couldnt have been more professional, and just had the best attitude in a very frustrating situation. I cannot thank him enough for just being a top notch human being. Boss, if you read this, this guy deserves a raise!!

Clean store. Went in and showed the gentleman a picture of the product i was looking for and he got it for me. Was in and out pretty quickly. For a woman shopping for auto parts/supplies he didnt try to upsale me or anything like some other places do.

I go here all the time to save on some parts but I do go to Detroit auto parts and save even more. Best thing about autozone is there tool rental its great they do that thats where I go whenever I need to rent any tool. Thanks Autozone.

Good guys here and are generally knowledgeable on most needs for anyone whos going to DIY car maintenance/repair. You can also take your oil here to be recycled after a change, which makes it easy to dispose of your used oil.

I went to 5 Autozones in the past 2days. This one on State road was far superior with the cleanliness, customer service, speed, knowledge, etc. Excellent. The one on Euclid was nasty from the building to the staff. Complete garbage & Ill never return. It was the only one with my part in stock so it was purely necessity.

I went in to get new wiper blades for my car. The clerk was very helpful in showing what was available for my make and model and he even put them on for me!

Made a quick stop here for a windshield wiper after I snapped it clearing the windshield of ice. I was greeted immediately and the associate found what I needed, rang me up and put it on my car for me. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

Nice staff but their machine did not detect a bad battery which it was defective.

The helpers were fantastic! They not only determine the problem, but check with their expert helper to make sure that I had all the information that I needed.

Had to buy a calipers for my truck the guy was super nice an made sure i got the right part.

This is not my regular store, but I came here for a special type of battery they were holding for me. Store manager was very helpfull and attached a discount to my order due to an issue I had at an other Auto Zone location. Salesperson installed the battery free of charge and went out his way to replace a rusted bolt. Definitely a 5 star experience
