I asked for a yukon door they gave me a silverado door saying its capatable to mines i tried it and it didnt work i had to take it back off and return it and find a match at a different place.

Had enough of this toxic place. Communication is a one way street with them and mutual respect is unheard of here. Go elsewhere, like, anywhere. The old owner Mike kept his people in line. Im not saying theyre bad people, but not worth putting up with. Sorry, hope you all learn to change.

My favorite salvage yard in Cleveland and Ive been too them all!!!! Always get excellent parts, excellent service, and if they dont have something they will do there best to locate the parts youre looking for. Pricing is very fair and relatively cheaper than other yards if they have it on the shelf!!! Always a pleasure seeing the staff and doing business with A&C!!!!!!

Last week I was a first-time customer at A&C. I needed a few parts for my pickup bed. They had exactly what I needed and gang at A&C treated me like I was a life-long valued customer! Also, the price was far lower than what I expected. Its a little bit out of the way for me, but I will have absolutely no problem going there again if I need something. Tom, the young lady and the other gentleman upfront had their customer service game on point. Even the guys in the back were really pleasant. Definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Competitive prices and availability of parts. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. This place is famous locally for checking their electrical parts before they sell them so you dont have to keep reinstalling parts. Tom is one of the fairest and friendliest guys I know.

I went in to get a part for a 17 year old car they thought the part was available but it wasnt we ended up with the help of Jeff ordered a used one for double the price .But still less than a new one and I will have it tomorrow. Good at sourcing car parts, employees are nice and helpful. Prices arent always the cheapest but still usually reasonable, especially if its a harder to find car part or for a lesser common vehicle.

Awesome place

I was very disappointed with fhe service i was given when i cam in. I was told i would not be served and being able to spend money in the store if I did not have a mask on. Governor DeWine stated it is not mandatory to wear a mask in a retail store it is a suggestionm I felf very uncomfortable on how was treated when i am trying to spend money in this establishment. VERY UNACCEPTABLE!! I had to stand outside in the cold to wait for my part and then hand my credit card to be ran inside. Very rediculous how to do business! I have been a long time customer now i am having second thoughts about returning anymore after this experience!Additional to postI did have a conversation with Mike the owner and came to a mutual agreement he did advise that he is going to revisit this this issue and maybe make it to be a strong suggestion to wear a mask like the Governor suggests, we can only see where that goes. I will give this establishment another chance in the future and hope i can make my own decisions as an adult.May 31st 2020Well it looks like its being proven everyday that wearing masks are worse and making people weak and sick because not getting proper oxygen in the body and the germs that the mask attract. So continue to listen to the media propaganda and make your customers wear masks and make your customers sick and does not block Covid-19. Wearing a mask to block Covid-19 is like trying to block bullets through a chain link fence! I hope you have changed your policy already not to make your customers wear masks in your business. I have not been back since until the policy to wear a mask is changed.

This is a very large well-organized Salvage part yard very friendly and informative staff. They have great rates. I got the exact part I was looking for less than 24 hours after asking for it.

I recently purchased a alternator for a 2000 jeep grand Cherokee laredo 4.7 V8 online the online experience was easy and the pictures helped ensure it was the part I needed now Im just hoping 1 it works when I get it and its what was shown in the picture been fooled before by other companies... I want the refer-a-friend my neighbor he had some parts for his daughters car that needed to be returned and when I got down there this morning absolutely no problem whatsoever everyone was very nice took very good care of me unloaded the stuff from my car and put the replacement parts back into my car it was very enjoyable experience I havent been in that wrecking yard and over 15 years but if need be I shall go back

The pricing is good but the wait time is too long when you say you have the parts off the vehicles and i was the only one in the store for a side mirror. Wait time was like 40min. But other than that its great.

Were do I start I called this place about some front end parts for my 06 Ford f 150 waited on hold for over 40 minutes different people would pick up and put me back on hold so I was on hold for way to long and you cant really hear them you hear people talking in the background more then you hear the person on the phone I asked for the owner of this place so I could have a talk with who ever owns this place I would hate to be waiting in a line this long just to see if they even have the part I need and how much would it be you really cant be that busy at 330 in the afternoon that you have to put people on hold for over 40 minutes then after someone picks up the phone they ask can I help you then put you back on hold that is very bad for business you .lose money and very good people that way I really hope the owner sees this if the owner sees this can you email me please and have a talk with your people

Needed a bumper and they had it. Easy process, even getting shipped. Talked to a Tyler that was super helpful. The bumper was packaged well and exactly as they described.

These guys know their stuff, Mike Maury and Ryan are always able to help my father and myself out whenever I need a part, that yard being organized and the entire staff including those up front being friendly and helpful is the reason Ill only deal with this yard and this place only

Not being open on weekends is ridiculous! Most people work between their normal business hours and rely on Saturdays to try and get some things done. Definitely will be taking my business elsewhere.

Maybe they should consider a call center with a couple of people specifically for phone orders.Otherwise, they are fair and friendly.**Update. This should have been No star but in order to write a review I have to. This store has a VERY POOR customer service. I have been waiting for at least 30 min they never ask me what I need. Although, when two ladies came in on the store they immediately asked the ladies what they need. I am not the only one in the store that has been waiting for them, another lady had been waiting for an hour and they have not help her. What kind of business are they running if they are choosing which customer they want to entertain. They loss me as a customer.

I went to this business on a Friday evening, they gave me the wrong part. Then when I called on Monday they said I had to wait until Tuesday, finally I just went to get my money back. At that time the lady informed me that they had to give me a check to have a paper trail... Not to mention they have just given someone else a cash refund. To top it off when I asked where that was on the receipt she replied with an attitude that she couldve charged a restocking fee but she didnt like she was doing me a favor... I didnt make a mistake with the part so that should not have been a issue. Finally I go to their bank because it was closer and was charged 7 to cash the check. I will never do business here again!

I bought a Dodge Dakota engine from these guys and they told me it runs great and needs nothing. Well, when I got it to my shop it was missing parts and wasn’t even in running condition so I called Ridge Road Auto Parts to come look at it and they blamed me for not inspecting the engine. I told them that THEY were supposed to inspect the engine, after all theyre the ones selling it and they’re the ones who told me that it needs nothing. Long story short, I will NEVER do business with them. Customer service is terrible and when you have a problem with their products, they blame you. I’m not the only one this has happened to but by writing this I hope I’m the last one to fall victim to their shady business dealings
