Two men were working when I walked in and a women walks in right behind me, she proceeds to speak spanish and they help her right away, the man that was left to help me seemed very uninterested in proceeded to tell me that I have to go to a shop when I explained my issues, I explained that my power steering is on and he didnt even offer to show me some power steering fluid or even ask what kind of car I have.

I’d like to be positive but about this one but the workers don’t speak English very fluently and is sometimes hard to understand. Other than that they had just about everything I needed and the store is actually laid out really well and it’s easy to find everything you need.

Commercial customer here. My uncle went in to buy a few parts under my account, they didn’t use my commercial account like he told them. No biggie, came back later to return them and buy them back with my commercial account. Was told I can’t do that by Frankie and tony. I’ve done this 10+ through advance at other locations without an issue. They told me better luck next time, call corporate sucks to suck. Will NOT be using my account through them anymore. Better off taking my business to auto zone.

The guys were great!!! Helped me find the wipers I needed and then went into the back and got them for me. They even installed then for me without me even asking!!! These guys here are just amazing no matter what I go in for.

Great service and knowledgeable workers. Was that the desk looking for a part and a guy by the name angle took care of me. 100% know what part I was talking about before he could even look it up. (heater inlet tube tee assembly)and he went back to his customer and seemed very knowledgeable helping them also.

I went in to get a $20 replacement headlight bulb. The staff was friendly and helpful, and volunteered to help install it (it required a contortionist and a mirror), and two of them spent well over half an hour working on installing it after I found that my owners manual barely even acknowledged the existence of headlights, let alone showed how to deal with the contortions there were necessary to find and replace the bulb assembly.I couldnt ask for a better customer service experience.

Man this place is full of fake reviews.Horrible return policy. Will not take back an unused sealed battery I bought earlier that day.
