I am quite impressed with Johnnie and his crew.My 2007 Tacoma truck had a badly rotted frame. I was at the point that I was considering junking the truck.However, I am glad that I was able to connect with Brand S! They did a remarkable job on the frame, and a follow-up inspection months later.There are many Tacomas out there with a similar frame issue. Dont do business with these guys...had my car for 4 weeks to get a rear frame notch n nothing got done...my car sat outside in the same spot for 4 weeks ...the owner Johnny told me I would get my car on the 14 of August. So I decided to stop by the shop to check the progress....There was no progress...my car literally sat in the same spot for 4 weeks, water up to ur ankles on the interior, n overspray all over my car, and he tried to double the repair cost, we went from 650 to 1200 n nothing was done...these guys are horrible n very very unorganized...save your time n money n go with someone else honestly.

I was in need of a mechanic to look at my 2007 equinox had the radiator replaced and for some reason it was leaking fluid the owner John came to my house and looked at my vehicle for me no charge and found out the person who replaced my radiator didn’t properly connect the clamp which caused my car to leak transmission fluid. He took the time out of his day on his off time to come to my residence and look at my car. I completely recommend this shop to anyone. And their prices are fair.

I cant tell you how many times I have no idea whats going on with my car and these guys explain to me exactly what its doing and how theyll fix it! Ive even had the owner work on my car! These guys care about their customers and making sure everything is taken care of! Wont take my car anywhere else!

John bent over backwards to help me get my truck to his shop. Once there he found the problem and affected necessary repairs. He was very professional and knowledgeable, as well as very affordable. The men that cared for my car were very personable, and professional. They really seem to be concerned about my needs. No condescension. Their shop is full of cars because of the good service. They repaired my car frame within one week and at the cost they quoted me. No additional or unnecessary charges were added. The shop is dirty because of the constant welding and sanding and work being done. All of that is quite expected with people who are working hard.

I came across them based on a reliable source and upon the reviews..The initial meet went great, everyone was very nice and helpful which made me more comfortable to trust them and their work. The owner gave me a price and a time in which to drop my car off and that I did...That was October 6th..Two wks passed with no update so I decide to reach out to see how things were going, I was told that they were finished with the body work and about to start on the final problem and would get me out by the end of the wk( which would then be a third of them having it) That week comes and goes and no call no update so I reach out again and someone else tells me the same as before, mind you throughout this whole time no one never calls me..so I call on the 4TH WK and SOMEONE ELSE TELLS ME..We have everything we need you should be out of Saturday with everything done and this was on a Tuesday..Saturday comes on call no text so I ONCE AGAIN CALL THEM SOMEONE ELSE(3RD person now) Tells me it would done the next day which is Sunday and My dumb a@$$ pays for a ride to take the 45 min drive just to see no one is even there..I KNOW THIS IS ALOT BUT OVER A MONTH IS A LOT WITH NO CAR AND WHO HAS YOUR KEEP YOU GUESSING WHENEVER I REACH OUT TO THEM..I DONT USUALLY GIVE REVIEWS BUT I FELT I DIDNT DESERVE THE TREATMENT NOR THE SERVICE I GOT WITH THE PATIENTS AND RESPECT THAT I WAS SHOWING.. Hope no one else gets the service nor respond I did😤☹Could go on but Im tired from thinking how to fix the problem that I started with 🖖🏾✌🏾

I have brought 2 of vehicles here already and ready to bring another to them the work they do at this location is amazing I would never go anywhere else I had a 1988 dodge d250 truck that the frame was cracked in half on one side after they fixed the issue I put 24 squares of shingles in the back and hauled it with no issues at all then i had them do my Pontiac grand prix for my fiance that that the back housing for the shocks were completely gone had them do that work also and the car ran perfectly fine with out no issues great work very professional and gets the work done in the time frame they gave me 5 stars for sure great work to Jay and his team

John went above and beyond helping us get our car to his shop. When we got it there he ran a diagnostic on it and found the problem right away we were back on the road in no time and was very reasonable in the cost. Always get expectional work done here! Had my entire brake system fixed at a great price! With no problems at all! Quick turn around, was on the road the next day! Seen amazing paint jobs come out of this shop and want to get my entire vehicle re-painted because they are so good! Professional and high quality work done at this shop!

After years of taking my car to Conrad’s I’m finally satisfied with because of Brand S. I knew what the issue was told Conrad’s to fix it, spend $1,000 and not have my issues resolved. After taking a chance and bringing my car to John and Mike is they knew exactly what needed to be done. They listened to what I had to say; and they diagnosed the problem. They fixed exactly what I wanted done and for the first time in two years my abs light and traction control is not only fixed but improved. They also redid the shotty work Conrad’s did. Can’t thank you enough John and Mike! You guys are life savers! You are also half the cost of Conrad’s and do things the right way. On top of everything John and his dog are veterans, and I love supporting veteran owned businesses.

Bad day. Locked my keys in my car. After hours and several unsuccessful attempts I had resolved to break the window. A friend called Brand S Auto. We got the owner himself in 20 minutes. 5 minutes later I had my keys! Great price! No hassle! No damage to my car!

Was originally highly recommended for good body work on older vehicles but was unhappy with the work on my car. Bumpy patch, color didnt match (was told to park the car in the sun!...and let it fade!), bubbled paint after 5 days, paint on roof, tire, window, lose body panel, dirty stained headlamp from paint. Took car to another shop and had the work redone.

I was ready to take my 2000 Buick to scrap yard and someone told me to try Brand Welding. He welded frame and Im still driving the Buick 3 years later. I would recommend Brands to anyone who needs Welding done on their vehicle.

I have 2007 Trailblazer John cut out 3 rust spots and welded new steel to replace the bad spots on my frame he took 5 days but he did a great job on my trailblazer I will refer anybody to him that needs frame work done again great job John did.

When another shop said junk the Kia Sportage John at Brand S did a great job of repairing the frame section back to new. We have since pulled a 4x8 U haul trailer 1,225 miles to Colorado with no problems.

I TOOK MY CAR THERE ON A SATRUDAY,GAVE THEM THE KEY. THEY TOLD ME 2500 TO FIX MY TIRE,BUMPER AND FENDER. I TOLD THEM ILL THINK ABOUT IT. I CALLED THEM SUNDAY BUT NO ONE PICKED UP. SO I WENT IN TUESDAY AND THEY CHARGED ME A $40 STORAGE FEE JUST BECAUSE I DIDNT WANT THE CAR FIXED. VERY NASTY PEOPLE ESPECIALLY THE OWNER JHONNY. THEY HELD MY KEY HOSTAGE UNTIL I PAID THEM $40. I ENDED UP GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE AND SAVED $1500!
